It works as expected. I would like to be able to view my credit card transactions again. It's bad form to remove functionality from an app.

It nice to be able to deposit checks mobilly, but not able to transfer from other accounts. Other wise I would give it a 5 stars.

Very easy to use. Shows deposits pending which other banks and credit unions don't show.

I am very satisfied with the app and fingerprint login. it's simple, effective and quick. my only gripe for 1 star is I would love to have the option to put separate titles on my accounts. i.e. name them so I can differentiate between joint accounts. supper bummer! the priority organizer is nice but a little love would go a long way!

Lately your app as been acting up. Having trouble signing p with biometrics. Last 2 days. I took off the biometrics and it works ok for now. Like Greenwood C U.

The app is constantly crashing, every time I sign in it crashes everytime I go to look at an account that crashes everytime I try to do a transfer it crashes. I have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Still crashes.

The app never loads even when I try to go to the Greenwood Credit Union website. And sign in, it still doesn't load.

Best Credit Union in the state!!! They prioritize their customers. They have a variety of accts, no matter your means, they can set you up- no unnecessary fees at all! They also care about the community, they're always contributing to local charities & orgs. They're hospitable, have an open lobby with a beautiful fish tank that's ALWAYS clean & has happy/healthy fish:) I'd say I wish they had more branches, BUT I find when most banks expand there's a drop in quality/customer loyalty. GCU is it!

Constantly fighting with the short comings off the app loan is due in three days and I get an error everytime I try and pay now, it's always something with this app it seems can't just simply pay what I owe kinda ridiculous definitely wouldn't recommend using them.for loans unless you live local

It will not let you log in to account consistently or smoothly. Has a delay. I have the experience of log in and exit, try again to log in and locks my out. I have not been able to log in through about already for a couple of weeks. It is making me reconsider the flexibility to make payments and keep track of account. This account I had for a while and did not want to cancel. I did move far from the actual branch. Therefor it makes it even more frustrating not being able to even see you account

Depending on what phone your using, sometimes it won't work. It works on my girlfriends phone, but not mine always. I had to factory reset my phone at one point and now it works religiously. So add that up to whatever that means. Extremely convenient app. Cash your checks without going to the bank.

The app works pretty well the only problem that I have is when I click on my Visa card it says no transaction found. So I have to open a whole separate app online to view the Visa transactions. This is not convenient. So I basically only use this app for transfers and balance review. I use my Visa for online purchases often and I need to view these regularly.
