I really love Grey, they are the best... But I hate the new user interface. Pls bring back the old one. This new user interface keeps adding 0 to every digit I type in, and it's annoying when I want to withdraw to my Nigerian bank account. Pls work on this or better still bring back the old user interface which is more user friendly and simple

I think I'm loving grey. The grey interface is easy to navigate, swift and user friendly. Plus, the good rates they offer. I'm waiting for my first payment to be credited successfully and then I come back to rate five 🌟. Everything seamless so far. Kudos to the team

Your app is FRUSTRATING! I spent so much valuable time trying to do my ID verification that I nearly burnt my family's dinner!! Why won't you just let us have the option of uploading our ID via our gallery? One keeps taking and retaking, yet the picture is always blurry! Haba mana!!! Honestly, you guys do not even deserve a star!!!

My experience so far is terrible about this app. Why is my money being delayed, after providing necessary documents you requested for. It's an urgent transaction and there you are dustabilizing my plans. Please, let this issue be resolved in some hours time. I pleas with you. Thank you

Not fine with grey at all, I after a little while of opening my dollar card just twice, my card was frozen, I. Unfrozene it and after few days, it was totally canceled without any notification, I complained and I gt a mail that I should open another one for free which I wasn't able to do on the app, more so, i funded my wallet with 10,000 naira so that i can open another caed but it wasnt reflecting on the apl at all, i keep getting sorry and was told to fund my wallet with another cash. What kind of rubbish is this,I downloaded the app and I started creating my account, during the last process whereby I was asked to send the code that was sent to my email,it became a problem.after I finished putting the code and clicked on next it kept on showing me please check your network connection.and there was nothing wrong with my connection..I even tried logging in it was still saying check your connection..

Thank you for responding. I have checked the guidelines and it' still the same thing that I read through before starting my KYC. I think I'll explain the issue all over again if you would understand. I only have the NIN slip as a means of identification, but I can't go on with my verification process because the back part of the slip is usually empty. I tried scanning the empty back like that, but it's not accepting it. I have skipped the back part so I can go on but it's still not working.

The app is on the right track, but there's a lot to be done, I can't top up with all 3 currencies, says "TOP UP NOT AVAILABLE", USD Eur and British. Then what is the use of having a U.S account if I can't use it to transfer money to it. I need to be able to move my money freely e.g from PayPal=my grey account=my grey account=my local bank. App crashes when trying to create invoices, a lot of work to be done.

the latest update has been so bad, I can't do some certain things, like buying airtime for my line, it won't allow me chose the network I want, I can't find the card from the add money option it won't allow me select naira, also you rates are way too expensive, pls fix the app, I had to uninstall it and download the older version from third party website thank you

I have been using the app for a long time without any issues. But with the recent update, the app keeps on crashing when I click on the 'see our rates'. Will change the ratings once this bug is fixed.

This app is good but I am giving it 3 star review so that the customer care should correct some things there, when ever I want to covert my money I am always scared because the charges is too much, not only that if you receive money from 10 different person, they are also going to remove charges for each payment you receive. Please if you can stop removing charges when someone send me money and just charge only when converting money that will be better.

Honestly i supposed to give five stars because this app is actually a mind blowing, have been using this app now over 2yrs and it has been so perfect and very easy to use, imagine using an app with a beautiful interface and zero in complexity But the reason why i remove one star is because when i try to make use of gift card features i realized that you can only buy gift card but you can't sell, this is my concern, but i which the developer consider selling of gift card in the nearest future.

Withdrawn twice from my virtual card in two days still showing in progress and never gets successful. Tried from account transferring to local bank still says in progress and never goes through. I created and haven't been using it until recently and i can only say your service is poor. I tried chatting support and I was sent to a bot. Finally went through after i postted this. Grey is totally a time waste, after a long time of waiting for a fund to arrive into my account and it ended up reversing to the originator account. I provided all the necessary documents including the transaction receipt and why the transaction was made and yet i was told that i have no enough evidence so they couldn't approve the payment. So disgusting qnd annoying platform

If you like to be stressed and treated like you don't matter, you can go ahead and download this app. I'm deleting this app. They used to be a good service provider but the decline in their services recently is massive. They pend payments for days without genuine reason and offer no explanation or help as to why this keeps happening. Don't recommend👎

Grey's customer support is excellent with fast response times. However, I have concerns regarding the fee structure. I was charged both a deposit fee and a withdrawal and conversion fee on the same funds. Given that the primary appeal of Grey is to simplify international money transfers, seems reasonable to expect that fees might be incurred for either depositing or withdrawing but not both on the same transaction. Now considering Cleva as an alternative due to its single deposit fee structure.

Great app. I've been using it for about 2 years now. First the web version, and then the mobile app. One thing needs fixing though, the screen to calculate charges before confirming transaction checks too frequently and I lose my input almost instantly. I have to type and wait before entering the next character. Asides that, it's just great 👍

Well, they are reliable & good. So I'm rating four stars. Transaction use to delay, once it enter, it will shows pending, for almost a day or two days, which is very bad. The best is to make the transaction successful and completed immediately it entered. We are tired of this pending issues that's requesting for documentation such as source of funds, relationship btw you and sender, purpose of transaction. pls remove all these, so as to enjoy the fullest service from you. Thanks.

It's okay but the dollar card doesn't work on any platform. I have tried the dollar card for different platform and got errors on all trials. Please work on that. Secondly, try to find a way to enable customers toggle between light and dark mode respectively as to this it really important also ensure inbound and outbound transfer and related transactions
