Service has gone downhill fast. The app itself is not easy to use. In fact, I have to delete the app and purchase my ticket online. I like that I could reserve a seat and even pay for the seat next to me to ride passenger-free(this is exrta nice as I'm disable and the extra room helps with pain). Don't like that my reservation/booking was changed by Greyhound, and I was issued a refund voucher. Greyhound made the change to my ticket, and I should be refunded to my original payment method.

Worse app I have ever used. It forced me to book a round trip as 2 separate reservations and got the dates wrong, which had me leaving, and returning before I left. When I tried to fix it using edit, it only allowed me to change 1 of the reservations, and calling customer service cost me the price of a whole new third ticket. Ending up could have flown with an airline for less due to the extra charges caused when got the dates wrong. Terrible app and tremble customer service.

Doesn't give an option to change your old phone number to receive the code for a forgotten password. And now, it won't even bring up any bus routes with the locations I've inserted. I've done the same exact routes before not that long ago and it worked fine. A friend of mine has down loaded the app and has ran into the same problems. Greyhound has lost two sales due to this because as far as I can tell, there's no other way to reserve a seat. Therefore no way to purchase the a ticket.

So far it's been pretty reliable and accurate on my trip. Times update and change.i noticed my bus status did not update from on time to delayed when my Dallas transfer was late. Other than that, it seems to be functioning near top expectations for apps design. I'd like to suggest adding driver ratings link for passengers to leave feedback more conveniently. (Current driver is above expectations and deserves kudos!)

Not sure why my digital onboarding didn't work until I called and they said you can only tap the button to view it once before you board........ it made me almost miss my departing bus because I had to print out my ticket. I added the trip to the app, but it wouldn't show me anything and the reprint information wouldn't even show up unless I went online. Not how I expected the app to work at all and became such an inconvenience.

My expectations of the app was different than the app actual features. I expected a fully intergrated experience. There are no bus updates or delay alerts, there are no gate numbers listed, and you have to open an outside browser to show the scanner qr code for the bus driver to scan and allow you on the bus. This is literally just a purchasing app. And let's not talk about the onboard wifi and movie experience which should also be included in this app but isn't.

This app is not reliable. It couldn't track my bus. In fact it claimed the route didn't exist. The app can't adjust trip plans. I needed to take a later bus and that adjustment is supposed to be a $20 fee. But the apo would only allow a new trip to be booked at full price and no refund for the original trip. I had to call Greyhound to get the adjustment. And then the app refused to recognize the changes made by Greyhound. There is nothing this app can do well.

It worked great and got me on my bus in time but halfway through the trip it logged me out and refused to let me back on. I uninstalled it, and I'll stick with the web browser for the next trip. Great bus service with same day booking, and the apps features were convenient. Just made me a little nervous when I had to switch busses and couldn't log in to verify. The woman at the bus station was happy to guide me tho. I'll use Greyhound again. It was clean and the drivers were friendly and safe.

The app is fine. Greyhound does not always deliver as promised however. Some stations are frightening and quite run down and dirty. Very often amenities like power outlets and wifi on buses is not functional or not present at all. Lastly, I have very rarely gotten anywhere in the time stated. Not late by minutes but generally hours and hours depending on the trip. They either don't have a driver or a bus ready. I have seen people left at stations because of literal last second transfer changes.

Garbage app. I had to claim 4 separate refunds after I booked 4 tickets then they were instantly canceled. $67 each time and 7 days to see it back on my card. Wow. Had me frustrated and thinking they actually WERE canceled which had me extending my vacation and it became expensive after the hotel bookings, etc. I found out later that they WEREN'T canceled at all. I've never had any issues booking before on the app. Makes me want to find a completely different way to travel to visit family.

My upcoming trip disappeared when I tried to print a ticket on the self-service kiosk using the confirmation number given by the app. Imagine the distress that put me through when the trip was just about a hour away! Luckily the counter lady managed to retrieve my reservation and print me a physical ticket. If this happened to a customer when the counters are closed in the middle of the night or wee hours of the morning, the customer would be left in a bad fix!

I really want to rate this app higher because a lot of the core features work wonderfully. But when your app offers potentially very useful features like real-time tracking that almost never work, it really damages the experience of using it. I'm not blaming the app developers directly since it might be an issue of access to data, but in that case the feature should just be removed until it's functional the vast majority of the time.

Before things were so difficult. I tend to travel to New York and Connecticut quite often so, I would have to print out my ticket every trip back and forth. With this app it makes everything so much easier and more accessible. Love it! Now I am just waiting for them to give options to some how get refunded for itineraries that were accidently booked through the App and also a way to notify if trips are vacke up. I booked a ticket leaving NYC at 9:15 but did not leave til 10:15.

App is fine but could be better. I like how I can quickly book trips and skip going to counter. It remembers what I did previously which is nice. Negatives for me would be bus tracker does not work when looking at individual ticket but when you go to main bus tracker part of app you can put in your bus number. The other bigger negative is when looking at your trips there doesn't seem to be any order into the way they are displayed. I have to look through a random list to find my ticket.

This app is great. What I like the most is the simplicity of layout and ease of use. Put travel info in and BAM!, you have several packages to choose from. Once booked, you can go straight to your itinerary from 1st page. Information about Greyhound, their travel requirements and traveling tips are great. When I get to go on another trip, I will definitely use this app again!

Except for occasional bugs, it's a decent app. As of lately, it's been crashing when I first open it up, but it's fine afterwards. One idea that may be found helpful by other users- an option for viewing potential routes drawn out on a map, so they'd see where the routes would take them geographically, as opposed to the current option of only reading the info in the ticket details. I plan to "go Greyhound" myself soon, so it'd be awesome to perhaps use a "route map"(?) to choose which way to go.

It looks like things are going to change with the layout. The way it is, is fine and is easy to work with. if you book trip after feb 22 it will be very confusing and difficult to work with the new booking system. I like being able to enter zip codes in or find different cities. Like if i choose portland, OR to go to, on the new booking system it wont even let me choose that place. Why change things when they are fine the way they are. Very sad and disappointed that they are changing the app.

Seems reliable enough. The bus tracker needs a couple improvements. The live position should update automatically instead of requiring the user to hit the refresh button. It should also allow use of the traffic layer, so the user can understand delays... The tracker is powered by Google Maps, so it shouldn't be an issue. Additionally, hitting the refresh button should not zoom all the way out to the full route. It should zoom in on the current position and destination, or not move at all.

So I showed up to the address provided on my ticket but the bus never showed up. The employees there were everything but helpful. Customer service straight up ended our chat before they could help me. Tried calling them and they answered the 1st time and they told me I had to wait for 2 hrs but after that, they haven't picked up the phone whatsoever. I'm just trying to change my reservation since the bus never showed up in the address I was provided.

Trying to find pricing and date to go from Grand Rapids MI to Morgantown WV (Clarksburg WV is where I need to be). However all I get is a message that it's not available on that date(tried like 10 different days). Tried to leave feedback that they should adjust their app to say not available on this date however available on these dates. But you can not leave feedback or complaints unless you have an ID # for your ticket. I do not have a ticket because they won't give me options.
