DON'T DO IT!!! UNETHICAL COMPANY!! I've had the absolute worst experience ever with this company since I signed up. They refuse to cancel my subscription, every month they have been taking the subscription payment of $10, yet only collecting a few dollars for the repayment of my $50 advance. So far I've paid out $106 to repay a $50 advance and somehow I still owe $40 and some change on that single advance. It's a racket, scam, rip off! DON'T DO IT!!!

I would not recommend this service for anyone looking for short-term relief. They automatically take bits of your money until the advance is paid off, and then, recently, I decided to cancel my subscription with them (roughly $10 a month,) because I was trying to save money better. The dumb thing is, they want to charge me $5 just to cancel! That's ridiculous. Why should I pay to cancel something I'm obviously not going to use any more? 🤦🏽♂️

This app is actually quite great! It's very simple overall and easy to setup. I honestly didn't have any issues. I was approved for an advance right away and was able to transfer to my bank (it takes about 10 hrs to transfer funds to your bank, it's not instant). Each time you pay back your advance you will move up a level, increasing the amount you're allotted for cash advances. Also, Grid has many other features for users to utilize with their financial needs. I would definitely recommend!

I think it's a scam. I read the reviews and signed up anyway. It let me connect my account, and it verified my debit card. But when it was time to send my advance, all of a sudden there is a problem with my card. There was no problem went they sent and withdrew the verification deposit, but there's a problem sending the real.deposit. I think they are just stealing information.

Won't link my debit card! I uninstalled then installed & still didn't work. Know for sure I entered info correctly but again the spinning wheel that never ends. No good if I can't get an instant advance when NEEDED if I can't link my debit card to get it. I'll change review if it works until then waiting for my ticket to get answered. If still not solved I'm requesting they delete my info then uninstalling. UPDATE: No resolve. I've 1 bank & card is connected. I can't use any other. USELESS APP!

This app was finally working out for me.. my advance amount was high , whiched helped out when needed. But it's been two days with the app down. I go to the app and it's just a white blank screen. If they are doing upgrades and the site is down , it would of been nice to receive a email or message stating this. But nothing, it's just not working at all. Would like to know the reason for this issue.

I took a fast advance and it says it was delivered. I still don't see it in my account. It has never taken this long. This app has been not been worth the monthly $10. They take your money fast but when you need an advance it takes days to "confirm" the payment (which they took immediately and cleared your account), which hinders you getting an advance.

Was great at first! Easy to get $50-$80 then upped me to $100 on their credit line. The limitations on the credit line are awful. The customer service is sub par. They double charged me more than once and after a week of back and forth I finally realized the only way to get my refund quickly was to say I wanted to cancel. I used my credit line once and that was enough. Canceled as soon as it was paid in full.

I'm more than just a little disappointed with Grid. Good point is that I finally got to the $70 advance level. But the $10 monthly fee is a bit much and customer service is the worst. Always forced to chat with a bot and it can take hours or days for someone to get back to you. Payback period is too short ,and the inability to pause your membership without having to pay a $5 reactivation fee is another pitfall. And the last time I advanced I was not given an Instant transfer option

Seemed okay at first. After a change of phone number I was locked out of my account and left unable to pay my balance; it has been incurring interest on the money I owed since. I've Been trying to work with support for a few months and gotten nowhere. So far, my credit score has dropped over 100 points (101%+ utilization and missed payments/poor payment history on an account). I do not recommend this service.

Not a horrible way to borrow money when you're in need! I wish my level would grow quicker and I think the app, which is quite bland and sort of an eyesore could use a fair bit of work and maybe a modern touch l but that leaves no impact on the overall quality of this app has to offer. Hopefully they can get a better looking UI together shortly and somehow refine the experience as a whole. Thanks grid!

They don't offer a trial subscription, so be ready for them to take $10 out of your account right away. When trying to cancel the subscription, it just messages support, whichtakes 1-2 days. I doubt I'll receive a refund for a service i won't use. Also, there are requirements you have to meet in order to even use the service. You must spend at least 1k a month, but I spend a under that, including rent/bills. This app is terrible. Don't waste your time.

I've had no problems getting set up and approved for advances. However once you pay your advance back, it takes days(almost a week) when another advance is available. And after paying back like 5 or 6 advances, I've just now gotten to the $70 mark. Lastly looking at these reviews I'm afraid once I'm ready to stop using the app I'll be charged after I've cancelled my subscription.

DO NOT USE! VERY PREDATORY APP! Where does the trouble begin? They only let you change a debit card when it's convenient for them (if their subscription payment fails) and never again. On top of that, when you ask for an advance, there's no guarantee you'll get it! I'm still waiting for an 80 dollar advance that I haven't seen a penny of, and you better believe they still want me to pay it back! The app crashes and breaks frequently as well. Ye be warned

Downloaded the app and used one advance. They took my money with a quickness but it took more than 2 weeks to be able to receive another advance when the app claimed only 1-3 business days. Tried to delete my account but you have to go through support which is a bot. I was only able to reach an actual person once, then never got any other response. I will probably have to change my bank account so they don't keep charging me.

Used this app for the better part of a year. Then back in May the app stopped working. It would crash every time you opened it. I deleted it and attempted a reinstall. The app was no longer downloadable. The only way to cancel the subscription is in the app via a chat conversation. After 2 months of getting billed for a non working app I canceled my payment card to stop getting charged for a non usable service. Then 5 months later they bill me for 5 months of subscriptions for a non working serv

Set up was easy and I got my advance pretty quick. After I got the advance I paid a $10 subscription fee. I paid the first advance back, then when I went to get another a week later it was stuck saying it would take 1-3 business days to process my payment. I've been trying for 2 weeks now to delete the account and it won't let me. I've even contacted customer support. My "account" can't be found. I know I'm going to get charged another subscription fee because it won't let me cancel anything

HORRIBLE!!!!...that's all I can say. Took out 1 advance, paid it back and I decided to cancel my subscription. After I repeatability requested cancelation of my subscription, they continued to take money out of my bank account. So to make sure they don't take any more money out.I canceled my entire checking account and started a new one with my bank. The worst business I've ever experience. DO NOT USE THEM THEY WILL CONTINUE TO TAKE FROM YOU!!!

Grid cash advance has been very helpful to me, when my funds run short. It helps get me through the end of the month. Customer Service is good and they always respond to any issues or questions within a short period of time. The app is easy to navigate and cash advances deposit to your bank account immediately with the express fee. Their subscription fee is minimal, compared to some other cash advance apps and I hope the low fee isn't increased. Overall, excellent app.

App is awful, will receive error messages on connection issues getting cash advance. This app is awful. You will get error messages when getting a cash advance regarding that there is a connection issue. The chat feature doesn't always work, it won't connect me to a agent, there is no cancel membership button or cancel advance button. It has to go through support and they put in a ticket. What is worse, customer service is only open from 11 AM to 8 PM. Sounds like they understaff the help desk
