I can not get this to link with my bank account. I did everything to create the account and when I get to the section where I input my bank through the drop down and I click on the ok to open my bank app. As soon as I do nothing happens and I don't know what to do next.

The app itself is pretty straightforward. The support and help is pretty lacking though. My first investment has been sitting in pending for a week but there's no explanation why and nothing in the support KB to explain it. I'd give it a 5 were it not for the lack of assistance.

The app is great. Easy way to invest a little at a time. Its great how you can change your investment settings for how much you want deposited for each debit transaction. My suggestion for an improvement would be to see which companies you received a dividend from and the amount instead of just having it deposited into your account as cash.

This is the worst investment app. I should have never left Aacorns. I've been locked out of my account for months now. Reaching out to customer service has been a pointless waste of time. They haven't been able to tell me when or if I'll ever be able to get into my account. Now I feel they are blocking me access because I've asked for my account to be closed multiple times. No luck nor access to my money. Updated : If emailing customer service was useful wouldn't still be having issues.

I first saw the ad for Grifin on Facebook and thought it looked really cool. I have other investing sites but not ones that will invest in my everyday purchases. So it's really cool that you can buy stock the places you shop or bills you pay. I feel like with every payment I make I'm getting a little something back in return. Great app. Easy to use ..I would use it over any of my other investing apps. Great job guys! I recommend this to anyone...

Update: have been trying for months to withdraw into account. No option to submit option available after selecting the card to withdraw into. No response from the support email. Need that money to pay bills so this has been very cumbersome and unresolved. Great insight into which public companies I spend money on each week. So far so happy with the easy of use and simplicity of investing.

It's a cool concept, but the app crashes when trying to access it's MAIN feature lol haven't been able to "view investments" once without the app crashing. Which is super important because there's a random $20+ "cash" investments section that I don't remember setting up and I would like to know where that's going... Until then I've turned off auto investments. Waiting for fixes to use this app.

I love how easy the investing is with this app. Shop. Invest. Thrive. And it's as simple as throw and go. So far, no matter where I've shopped in the last month, I've gotten $1 for every trip. Supermarket, gas station, pet store, Amazon. And because it tracks spending on the Bank side of the transaction and not the card side, everytime anyone in my family's shared account shops, I get another dollar per transaction. Kudos to grifin for making a super easy way to grow wealth!!

Update 6/18/24: I still cannot reconnect my funding account. Been 3 days, no one emails me. Lots'o concerns regarding the functionality of this application. Initially, it took an unexpectedly long time, four days, for my account to be created, with the system indicating repeated failures. This caused apprehension, as I had already provided my banking credentials. Subsequently, I encountered difficulties while attempting to make deposits, receiving error messages on three separate occasions.

Good APP if you want to play aroud with some low spend stock plays. Once set up this is an easy way to : play around with some low spend stock purchases. I still use an investor for larger investment stategies. I like that it provides easy options for the places I normally shop and is a little bit of buy and forget type of investing. Although I wouldn't consider this for heavy or serious investing, it allows for a but of fun to see what small investments can provide.

App is tanking fast. Adding new stocks is great but its taking money from my bank account but not putting it the stocks where it's supposed to go. Been in contact with customer service, they say the problem is fixed and they are monitoring my account to make sure it's fixed but the problem is still there. When the app works it works amazing but it's not there right now.

App has a few bugs to work out.. sometimes requires me to manually close the app, and reload it to gain access to the account, and I wish there was some more info on the dashboard showing some statistics, and which stock is performing the best so I can make an informed decision on which to put additional funds into. So far pretty good.. basic glitches do not inspire confidence when it's your finances.

Constantly crashes. I made it the screen to add my banking information and now can't do anything with the app. It worries me that the app is linked to my bank and now I can't get into the app. I'll be working on that later to protect myself. Edited to add: I have tried downloading on different devices, freeing up memory, clearing the cache, and many other troubleshooting techniques without success.

Not great at all... Still trying to claim the free $5, and still can't connect with Amazon, the app says I have to complete a transaction with them first to add them, AND? I complete a transaction with Amazon every ten minutes and it still won't connect me. My initial $4 investment is still pending... this app sucks! I even emailed to get my yearly subscription back, and no response. Don't install!

I've had this app first a few months now. To be fair, I forget about having it installed until my weekly finance check-in. then, to my surprise, there before my eyes are all the places I've spent my hard-earned dollar at, being invested in by this wee app without me ever having to do anything other than pay a bill, buy groceries, get an oil change, what have you. The reason for 4 stars? It canceled a $31 transaction/transfer with no explanation.

I saw a reel for this app on FB and, after looking into a little further, decided to download the app and start quietly investing a little bit here and there. Just a few dollars, nothing major. It's investing made simple, by auto purchasing stock shares where you spend your money. And on top brands or consumer sites. The folks at Grifin do the heavy lifting. I just check in every now and then (or when I get an email notification about new stock). $5 to $50 in less than 6. Pretty Awesome!

I've been using this app for about six weeks now, and it's not awful, but it's not great. Customer Support is nonexistent. No one responds to the emails and with an app like this, dealing with your money, that's IMPORTANT. Also paid for the yearly sub, but somehow I have the monthly sub? Still wondering what's gonna happen, because my emails have still gone unanswered. Other than my personal issues, it works like advertised. Buying stock where you shop, and you set the limit. So far so good.

App is buggy and required many attempts to set up account and to connect bank accounts. I prepaid for 1 year (only option available when I signed up) but decided I wanted to cancel on the same day. When I wrote to request a refund they emailed back that I did not qualify since I had completed on-boarding. Despite the fact I corrected my subscription to one month, then canceled it, they refused to refund the unused portion of the $50 annual payment. Buyer beware!

Zero stars preferred. They do not process transactions to invest, whether it be Alpaca or no one sending to Alpaca. Everything has sat there pending for so long it disappears with no investment. CSR claims they are overwhelmed. I paid for yearly subscription, that is a loss and so is the initial $10 deposit to open account. It is never put towards anything. I tried to withdraw the $10, it has been "processing" for about a week. I removed my bank info so they will stop accessing it. 👎👎👎👎👎

I started this with not a lot of high hopes, but to my surprise it has actually done pretty well. When I make purchases/pay bills it does the stock if there is an option which is nice. I really like having the option to not allow certain ones. But the option to continue to get great ones like Google, Amazon, Walmart, Capital One, Disney+, etc. I love that I can just let it sit & it alerts me when things are done or something is needed.
