just came back after a 1½ years and the people are still super awesome. I got $100 for coming back, totally worth it. My payment got messed up, and they fixed it immediately, accidents do happen. You'll see people from all walks of life in there.I mean, you're getting money to save lives just for an hour or 2 of your time. What's not to like? Thanks, guys, see y'all in a few days! Keep up the good work.

it takes a long time to load / log in. after that I think it works great. I really like being able to answer the questions from home.

Works fine for me had it over 2 years, some bugs at times but not often. Can be updated with more features link health to keep track of proteins, weight, etc, bonus games (better challenges) etc.

Hands down the worst app I've ever used. After the miracle of finally getting it to "work" you get a pop-up that says "You can use biometrics...", but whatever two year old wrote this app is too stupid to understand the difference between "can" and "must". You CAN NOT use this app until you add a screen lock. That's just stupid. This app is ransomware and should be removed form the store. Still terrible ransom ware. It somehow got even worse. The questionnaire hasn't worked in over a month

Nice app! In the beginning it lagged behind but only for 24 to 48 hours. Now it's all caught up. It allows me to do exactly what I need to do schedule appointments and track my payments.

Every time I open the App is asks for permission. The only options are to give your location or ask the next time I open the app. The app is a bit clunky and difficult to navigate as well

I have had the best experience with the app and the facility that I utilize. The staff is excellent and friendly! Thank you for taking the positions seriously from people working on the online schedules to the workers and nurses on the floor. It's appreciated, thank you!

App used to use my biometric fingerprint to log in. Now, it requires me to sign in fully with my email and password. Then, after signing in, it requires me to use my fingerprint to access the app. Ever since the most recent update this app has been backward in its functionality and the opposite of user friendly. The changes are detrimental to the older donors who aren't tech savvy and will become frustrated and change to somewhere they don't have to jump through hoops.

Everything about this has been a shitshow. App doesn't save password for login, so you have to manually enter it each time you want to make an appointment. Process has gone from a single screen to multiple screens and clicks. Says there is a newer version when none exists. App is pushed over website despite being beta test garbage and non-functional. App is a skin over the website function, so adding complexity over a strictly worse experience. App devs need to fix this asap.

Doesn't offer much as far as an app goes. If you can add the ability to complete the questionnaire on mobile, then check in once you get there i would give it 5 stars. A huge issue is the kiosk not responding and constantly being out of service. I'll see as many as 5/7 kiosk with an out of service sign at once. It is not unheard of to complete the questionnaire prior to donation as your competitors (i won't say any names XD) already have the functionality. So please, do us the favor and add it.

It's sadly funny the description says this includes bug fixes and improved performance. I never experienced bugs with this before, just slow performance. Now it crashes before login. I'd call that a bug! And performance is the opposite of improved. Can you just put up the previous version that was at least functional until you fix this? Call it an update, give it a new version number if you want, just please get us back to something that actually works! NO STARS

Zero stars! Absolute trash... Rubbish. The Grifols staff is under immense pressure (from management) to get this app installed on 70 and eventually 90 percent of the members phones. Do not listen to them, it is pure junk. Ive re-installed 3 times and have had all the problems in the reviews. Even when it did barely work its a terribly written app - and - pretty much is useless anyway. Spare yourself, you do not need this aggravation.

Been donating for 3 years now. It works well enough, you can schedule appointments easily and I like that you can do the questionnaire in advance. However: - If you don't give location/notif permission, it will ask you every log-in to enable them. There is no "don't prompt me again" option. - In one of the latest updates you must log in every time you open the app. This is very annoying. - You can't see what your card balance is, just total compensation.

Worst App ever. Ive been trying to log in for 3 days and it just spins the loading thing. I've tried resetting password even though it's right and that does nothing, it doesn't even get past me putting in my email so it can send me the reset instructions, it sits and times out. Apps crash and the fact that no one has jumped to fix this considering they dont take appointments over the phone. It's ridiculous. I imagine this is how they lose donors. If I cant log in, I cant make an appointment.

In the 10+ years I've had a phone, I have never once felt the need to rate an app until now. This app is claustrophobic, contains poor design, and is inexplicably slow despite its lack of features. On it's own this would be annoying but at least bearable, but this app exists to replace the website for appointment signups, making it not only impossible to ignore, but actively creates comparisons to the older, superior webpage.

I like being able to schedule and log in with my phone, takes some stress off the staff. However, this app takes forever to open on full bar wifi, on anything less it can take several tries. Recently, it started asking about notifications EVERY TIME I open it, only "yes" and "not now" options. I don't want/need notifications from this app!! It also picks the worst possible times to log me out as if to mock me, like twice a week. Overall useful but frustrating.

I have been trying to get into the app for 2 days now, and every time its telling me my password is wrong, so i tried to change it, would've been easy except it kept on closing. My system is telling me it has a bug. I cleared cache, ran my antivirus software etc. But nada. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Now it's your turn. I'm using Samsung galaxy s22. Please fix. I tried to contact you directly, but even that didn't work.

-just downloaded the new update and now it has a major bug. It won't even open. It crashes before it even gets that far. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Getting a donation is easy, if not as often updated as the website had been with changes in options. But there used to be a text reminder about the exact time of donation and doesn't happen with the new system. Either a text reminder or even a link to add it to your phone calendar so you can set a reminder that way.

there is a QR code that you have to use. it's too small for their cameras to pick up. you have to take. you have to screen capture and I end up deleting a thousand pictures. the app crashes sometimes. a lot. it's slow. sometimes you have to completely close and it will load instantly after that. it doesn't save your QR code forcing you to answer questions again if you get a call.
