The pathetic thing about this app is that it does not offer any search capability. I was interested to see if a particular Pinot was in stock. However, with only four items shown per page, there are 156 Wine and Alcohol products to "browse". Obviously, whoever designed and approved this app is clueless about the frustrating experience they are providing.

There is always a food to try that I would not because it would cost too much. Not at Grocery Outlet. The price is great!!. I walk the store looking for what I need. Then for a real find. Food, Coffee, Household items, Pet food, personal items. -Every visit is different. I love this store. It's The best. Marva

Cashiers need to be better trained that the app can have coupons. The first time I used the app, the cashier scanned it but had trouble, when I asked if the coupon worked she lied! And then implied to the manager that I was lying about a coupon. Completely disappointed in that experience.

The entire settings tab won't load, including the option labeled "don't sell my data", so I can't interact with the preferences in any way. Most of the reviews seem to be for the store, not the app. Does let me browse some of the store contents from my couch, though.

The Madera Grocery Outlet has the nicest, friendliest, and helpful people working in every position. They are quick to do anything to assist customers. We look forward to seeing them all every time we go in the store! There are many great buys! The more flexible you can be in planning meals and stocking up will mean the more you can save.

Always has Great Bargains, wonderful staff at my Folsom store! I require gluten free and lactose free diet and they frequently have the newest options. The 1 lacking star is that they don't always have some of specialty items I have found. So go in with an open mind and an air of adventure. Lastly, the wine, is also an adventure with a lot of good finds and a few not so good. We've made it a bit of a game. Choose a wine, rate it and share your list to others..so go forth and find your bargains!

Like, thanks for actually giving me a way to see some of what is in stock, but the app is pure trash. It refreshes lists by itself regularly, and it doesn't load items quickly, so if it refreshes on you and you're near the bottom of a list, you're gonna have to scroll-load-repeat until you're back to where you were.

Very disappointed. I added this app, and spent $200 on my groceries. I was sure to make the checker scan my digital card. He said it scanned. My receipt said I saved over $100 But my savings has not showed up on my app. Its been 2 days. Also, its harder to navigate what is available in your store without a search bar. Please add a search bar and please fix the savings glitch, otherwise its not worth taking up the space on my phone. Weekly ad never works either

I just loaded this app and having trouble getting it to fully load. Plus from what little I have seen and the sample screens I have seen it is an issue for people with vision impairment along with dyslexia I have both so I would like to see your app have a dark mode which works best with people who have dyslexia and those certain vision impairments. Plus allow the user to use font style and size that works best for them and add text to speech which will help with those with severe dyslexia.

The Grocery Outlet website does not mention anything about this app only being rolled out in Washington state. And if you happen to miss the message in the app, only provided there once, you can be frustrated when you can not find any stores in your area. Would be nice is the app flagged any out of state zip with another message reminding the user that this is still being tested only in Washington state. Did not check out any other features of the site.

You need to add a SEARCH feature. The filter isn't refined enough and it's time consuming to scroll through products. I showed my WOW digital card to the cashier to scan and she had no idea what it was. She didn't know the store even had an app. So my first purchase is unable to be recorded, though I don't know that it really matters, I don't think we earn any rewards. I had 5 items on my list and found 4 of them. Inventory control could be improved.

This app only works in WASHINGTON state. Love the coupons on top of discounted groceries. Everything is so expensive these days so stretching a dollar is important for feeding a family! Cons would be there's no search bar. The filters are not refined enough and it takes too long to go through pages of products to look for one thing. Another con would be I've only gotten one 5$ off 25$ and I've had the app for 2 months now. I scan my wow card everytime I shop, but for what? Need more coupons!

Since 1st download, it said my profile was incomplete even tho it wasn't. I could never get the "changes" to stick. 2 weeks ago, a $5 off coupon was loaded & good for 1 week. The next day, app requested an update. I did it & the coupon disappeared even tho I hadn't used it. No response from GO after I submitted requests 2x via their website's Contact Us form. Shady practices. FIX THE APP! Plus, REPLY TO PEOPLE! You're losing customers. I've been loyal for years, but now I want to shop elsewhere.

thoroughly being advertised in stores in my area (San Diego) but won't show me any stores closer than 158 miles away when I try to complete my profile. $5 coupon pushed to my notifications, nowhere to be found when I open the app 😐 Update: opened it again today on a whim and there were my local stores! once I could choose one, was also able to see the digital offers and find the aforementioned coupon. yay, looking forward to trying it out on my next shopping trip!

APP Sucks It's hard to setup they are really bad at telling you the instructions for signing on a new account!! Once you finally get in...it's super difficult to navigate. Some of our screens wouldn't show full screen. I have link to Windows...I was able to view on my computer to complete this arduous task! It seems like they used a discounted internet company for the app to match their pricing structure of the stores!!! It took us 3 weeks of dabbling to finally get in the system and setup!

Not every Grocery Outlet location uses the app so have to deduct a star for that. How some can choose not to allow you to use it for points is beyond me. The app itself works well I'm able to see the weekly sales and browse. I like that this replaced the need to print a receipt in the store. Scanning it was easy for me and the cashier. I also like that you have a chance to win your savings, that is a cool idea. The only thing is the winner announcements are behind by a couple months.

The app is really buggy, you try and scroll through the options to make a list and it will randomly auto refresh and send you back to the beginning, which is really annoying. This app needs to fix that, add a search function, and also enable the ability to set multiple filters at once to make searching easier. Also the filters don't even work that consistently either. They really need to get a better app developer for this. Super frustrating and almost not worth the bother of installing the app.
