Waste of time. The system sucks. Their agents are useless. Don't bother. Their stupid 2 steps authentication doesn't work properly. I keep asking them to turn it off for me as none of their code works. I had talked to them over 10 times. I can't even log in now.

I'm new to Groupon. I downloaded the app and all the numbers don't make sense. Under "campaigns" it says I sold 4 units. My impact report says 3. And the dash board says "no sales yet, we will notify you when someone buys your deal"!!! I don't know what is going on.. but this is crazy. I chatted with customer service and they told me it would be fixed once I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't. Not the quality I expect for the percentage of our sales you are taking.

No matter what I do, the app will never let me log in. I think the coding needs some tweaking so that android users can stop having so many issues. I'm not the only one. I would love to be able to use groupon merchant on my phone for easier access but I cant even log in! If you can please work on it and let me know when it is fixed or in the process of being fixed. I'll be happy to change my rating as soon as I can actually work it!

I need to pause my campaign. I've been trying to pause it for 4-5 days now. You can't get ahold of an agent. The chat with an agent feature doesn't work at all. If you try to email, it says connection error. This app is garbage.

Easy to navigate and provides the immediate essentials for conducting business. Would like to be able to edit the profile from this app so I don't have to login via a desktop. Has the occasional crash but it never lasts long.

User friendly for the most part. Some sections slightly confusing. Setting up the pricing is a good example of slightly confusing. I feel like for the first campaign, a little more hands on assistance would make it easier and less frustrating.

The app itself is fantastic and easy to use, the only feature it doesnt have is the ability to update and change things on your own. You still have to contact Groupon, if youre lucky to get your rep on the phone. Other than that, the graphs and commentary from your guests are great!!

It doesn't matter the connection I have it stays on the buffering screen. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing. Would love for this to work but unfortunately I'll just be uninstalling all together until the bug gets fixed.

Do not waste your time and money signing up to this app. You will not be able to cancel the deal later. I have tried many times to cancel it as it's a loss of profit as most of the money goes to groupon but they keep declining my cancellation. I have also tried to contact my groupon manager but now he keep saying he does not work for groupon anymore. I've tried emailing and phoning groupon themselves and they will never reply and it goes straight to voicemail.

THIEVES!! I used this app as a merchant and I never gotten paid for a síngle service, It's over $100 and this people had my payment option updated and they said everything was updated, this is definitely a scam for small businesses trying to come up, they don't even have a customer service number to call and the online assistance It's terrible.

this app was great at first but then it would not let me log in on my mobile device...I called and they fixed it then it happened again a few days later then they fiedit and it happened again a few days later...I tried and tried to get help ..but through the emil customer service its hopeless, they are slow and ridiculously unknowlegable. I finally gave up and don't use access to my account at all. I just tell the client to show and redeem from their phone. Really dissatisfied, and disappointed

The worst experience for a small business. I did it thinking good advertisement. They discount your price for service then take 50% of what the customer pays. Claims to pay bi monthly but I have yet to receive payment. Everyone keeps saying the issue is being looked into. No what will say what the issue is or what the solution will be. They won't even say how much is due to me.

The app drops your campaign info. Leaving the user blind to what campaigns are running and # of groupons sold. Refreshing the screen doesn't work, reinstalling the app doesn't work and restarting the phone doesn't work. The app claims it's unable to establish a connection while all the rest of the features including the voucher list and redeemer work perfectly. The only other aspect of the app that claims it cannot establish a connection is the email form for the support team.

I am unable to access the options from my merchant account as it's not available there, as shown in the support article. Trying 2 contact the support team for the last 1 month. I wrote many emails, but no one ever replied back. Always get an auto generated email to follow the support articles.

Every negative comment in this App is very much true since am experiencing the same thing, but in life one have to always learn the hard way. I was introduce to this lady who work at groupon, she trick me into signing this 3 months deal and she has total control over my account icluding editing. She even block me from setting 2 Factor Authentication which protect my account from a third party using my password. When I want to edite something, I will always have to send her a WhatsApp

Every support link I have tried just gives me an error that the connection is broken. When I try to send a support request the email fails. For how much money they demand from businesses the support should be way better.

As a merchant you will enjoy receiving less than you agreed with customers that are rude, do not tip, and won't come back without another coupon. Groupon customers mostly hop from one deal to the next. They don't show or call to cancel. There's nothing you can do. Only 3% of the Groupon customers will return to make their purchase worth your time. Groupon benefits from your hard work. Not you.

I've been a Groupon merchant for quite a long time. Recently, I have been unable to redeem any customers Groupon with this app or even through pc. This issue has been a problem for the past three months with no resolution. More recent, the support option for live chat or sending an email hasn't worked. I give this app a three star rating because this app has worked well over the past 3 years prior to this past 3-4 month issue. Please fix this.

I do not recomend this app or service. They keep permissions to silly things like being able to change your own address. This not only causes confusion with clients but hurts ones online footprint. Then its impossible to contact them to get it changed. You work for a quarter of your fee for clients that never intended to come back and pay full price for services. Perhaps its better for higher volume, lower cost products or getting rid of old stock.

The ui elements and text is not responsive to the phone size. I need to side scroll to see the options. When I click through, it loads for a bit and then I'm presented with a blank screen. I downloaded the mobile app because the dashboard on the computer is worse. The left navigation covers the main area where you would begin creating the new campaign. Since it is mostly cut off it's impossible to start creating a campaign. These glitches made it impossible to create a deal.
