Re: Beer Guarantee. I sent two ladies t shirts sized large back to you to be exchanged for XL. They were Christmas gifts. You returned one and said the other was out of stock. You did provide a credit of $19.99 and that's great. The selection is the women's red blood blue collar v-neck - black size XL. I couldn't find a way to use the $19.99 credit against the $27.99 price of new shirt. Please help. I could use a credit card to charge the difference. Please let me know. Thanks.

2 Stars for friendly, quick, English speaking customer service. My problem is with shipping, I paid for "Rush shipping" $25 but the app or website doesn't give any ETA for delivery for ANY shipping method and I wasn't able to track the order. Called 3 days after ordering. They said they had "warehouse issue" & it will be another day before shipping then 1-2 days after that for the "Rush Shipping" Asked for full refund since I won't get my SW shirt in time for May 4th, will see how that goes.

I love this app! I love everything I buy there! But never never never put the app on your phone. The reminders/deals notifications are unbearable! Sometimes as much as one every hour! Knock it off I buy a lot of gifts n things here. I don't need to be reminded every hour about a new sale item!!

Cant complain about the products. But they take your money in seconds. Then take over a week to even get the products to the post office. Makes you think its coming from China or something.

Closest thing I can "complain" about is that it gets a little wild when I try to scroll, but that could be my phone or just me not being built for touchscreens. And even if it is the app? It's not a major thing and I can tell they'll get to it if it is more than just me. Everything else would have to revolve around the shop itself, and sadly, Google won't allow anything higher than 5 Stars. May be other ways to show American pride, but they don't have their own app yet 🤷😊🇺🇲

Unfortunately, I was not able to get my first responder discount and further was not able to redeem my rewards points. Kept saying error. Not happy with that. The first responder option doesn't even come up on the app anymore. Hoping this gets fixed

This company has really gone downhill. I ordered back on June 5th and still don't have my order after a month. I thought this product was American made, but it's not. This product is made and shipped from China. Yes, that's correct, China. I made this order so that I would get my stars and stripes shorts for the 4th of July. I did not receive them in time. Trying to get customer service to help, is a joke also. Think long and hard about ordering from this China loving company. What a joke

not trying to be that guy, but, maybe veterans who put their body and soul on the line should be able to get a little bit more of a discount. especially when they were rated at 100% t&p when it was rare and ment something. obviously I want to replace and wear some badass clothing, but to be a vet company and only offer buy one get one 50% off, well, that's crazy. and I notice alot of the "sale" items, are the ones you only have small left. I doubt your sold out, that's left, and you want a sale.

Can't use multiple discounts, which makes no sense, and if you do use points with a discount then you can't get them back if you try applying. Waste of time buying off the app only to get ripped off from the points I've earned. Not buying off of them again. Be cautious, they won't give you back the points nor will it help trying to reach out to them about it.

Easy going app. Quick service and response time. Shipping is fast and has options. It's affordable for all budgets and it makes for a great gift. Let's not forget about the exchange policy. If you want a new one, send back old one and you'll be mailed the shirt off your choice. Remember to fill out all the paperwork needed for the returns.

gets a little glitchy sometimes. when backing out from a specific item it will revert all the way back to the home screen as opposed to what you were looking at, take a while to load, etc. really more annoying than a detrimental flaw. otherwise absolutely love this company and the app is pretty easy

App could be improved. For example, while browsing the shop items, after scrolling and selecting an item to view, if you try to go <back to the item in browsing, the app pushes you back to the to the top of main/home page. This was frustrating and makes browsing large sections quite a headache. That said, I am thoroughly satisfied with all my GS purchases.

Try to put my credit card in, and a pop-up that says I qualify for free shipping, blocks entire screen, and won't let me complete transaction. I can only hit back, but then I have to start over, and it happens again. You lost a sale cause your app blocks me from paying.
