Before updating, the app is good but after updating the app it keeps on crashing upon opening it. It always show the warning that the app detects untrusted connection

Cannot access my account due to unsecured connection. I have tried switching from the wifi to mobile data but to no avail. So frustrating everytime I log in there's a problem.

It keeps crashing, I can't even get past the opening of the app itself, it just shows a black screen then exits back to my phone's homepage.

I can't access/open the app. It keeps on showing "GSIS Touch detected an untrusted connection. Please switch network......" and keeps on closing.

have some security issues. pls help. i have been using the app for more than 2 years, suddenly i can't open it. i have uninstalled, reinstalled the app several times

i can't access my gsis account via the app. It says untrusted connection while my internet connection is just in good condition. Kindy fix the app. Thank you

Bad experience with the app today 7/24/2024. I cannot open the app and it says that I have to change my network connection which I did. Also, I had tried to re-installed the app. The problem still persist.

Works fine but can you add a 'read all' button in the notification, it's a hassle going back and forth just to read all the notifications about payments. Thank you.

please....kindly modify the verification section in the input of the birthdate..... its kind'a hustle and inconvenient, especially on the date below 1970, 1960 down to 1950 to 40's...you need to manually press the cursor many many many times until you reach the year of birth, wrong touch, you're going to repeat it again.... hope we can directly enter the desired birthdate... thank you!

I have used this app for so long and find it very useful until now. It keeps saying I have an unsecured connection, even if change from wifi to mobile data. And it was up to date. Please provide assistance.

the app keeps on crashing. it says it detects unsecured connection and keeps on closing. tried switching between wifi and data but still the same. uninstalled and installed the app but to no avail. pls fix this problem asap

Can't load the app. There is promt that says my connection is not secure. I tried using mobile data and switched networks but same prompt kept showing up. I reported this problem via email....will update this review once problem is fixed.

I cannot open the app since I install the updates. There is this message that says untrusted connection even though I tried to change internet settings and connection. I also tried to open and reopen the app. Hope they can solve this problem.

What is going on with GSIS touch? It has become inaccessible for the past few days. It says it detected an unsecured connection. I've tried switching between mobile data and wi-fi, but it's still inaccessible.

App not working on android devices as of July 24, 2024. Have tried clearing app memory, updating my phone and uninstalling/installing the app. "Always shows GSIS detected an untrusted connection". Hope it gets resolved soon, as due to the inclement weather, government employees is in dire need of easy access to calamity loan.

It claims to be fast and easy, but quite the opposite, just on the capturing of ID for enrollment alone it can't even capture a clear image of the i.d, it ain't my phone because I am using samsung, clearly, it the verifier that has a problem. due to the, and the limited number of attempt in capturing the i.d. per day. I've done a lot of kyc with this phone, this is the only one that does not go through, really the worst an very inconvinient, better revert to traditional lines and physical card.

Where to get assistance with this app if the app itself crashes while it boots up. I'm using android 13, pretty sure my phone can work with higher-end apps requirements, uninstalled and reinstalled yet the same issue is about the "untrusted connection". Sure, you have reasons why but tell me if mobile data and wifi are both still unsafe connections then what else does the programmers of this app have in mind for us users connect this app? Fairly unreasonable for a mobile app to behave like this
