With the new redesigned app for GTBANK Ghana is a plus for me as compare to the old one. However, in other to get 5stars I will like the developer work on the mobile money transaction. After the transaction it tells you "communication error with the host." Meanwhile the transaction has been sent already. This lead to paying or sending money multiple times and it is dangerous. We are talking about money here!!! Please work on that. Thanks.

This app is so not reliable. I did a transfer from bank wallet to mobile money wallet and after close to 30 minutes the money has still not reflected in my account. This is very very unfortunate as this app is meant to be reliable enough to make people lives easier but apparently this is not the case. I am deeply saddened and infuriated by this incident. I would not encourage anybody to use this app. In fact i would strongly advise anybody to cease operating this app.

Whether I use my registered email or numerical ID to attempt login, non will be accepted. Attempting to reset my password via the 'forgotten password' link only shows a grey-ish screen with a circular timer that just spins endlessly. I am however able to access the online facility via the GT bank website, which leads me to believe the app is faulty. Please address whatever fault is causing the issues. Thank you.

Very easy to use app. I have a problem with the app display. It is not optimized to full screen resolution on larger displays like Samsung note 10+ kindly check in you new update to optimize the screen size to full screen.

This app needs to be redone. Too many bugs and a poorly structured user interface. The user experience is a frustrating experience. Passwords errors and an overall confusing debacle with the OTP. App doesn't deserve anything better than 1 star.

This is the error message I get when signing up, "Alert: Error communicating with host, please try again later " I have tried over and over again but the same message keeps on appearing. You guys need to work around it ASAP. Let us be frank to ourselves when it comes to reviews, it is very important. The truth be told so the developer can work at it and give us a good software and stop writing things which are not true even when you have not tested the software.

The app is woefully not reliable. I had a hard time making payments on several occasions because of a notification that "can not connect to host" meanwhile the e-levy charges were debited on each occasion of the failed transaction. I tried sending a complaint via the app and it was not working. Infact, I had high hopes joining GT bank but this sort customer service has left me unhappy and disappointed. As if that is not worse, I can not even view my transaction history longer than 5 day. Why?

After deciding to download the app to give a second try, i would say its unfortunate to receive such feedback from interacting with the app. There is no simple way to sign up. I think GT bank, the tech giant in banking would needs to rectify the issues to make the app friendly to bank customers. i look forward to more improvements.

I love gtbank and this app, you can do everything within seconds and it's user friendly, I would have given 5 stars but there is a little work to do on the transaction feedback, it will tell you transaction failed meanwhile the transaction was successful and end up making double transaction and also please try to add investment to the menu at least treasure bill will be OK. Until these things are corrected, it's 4 stars for now.

This current update claims to have developed improvement and bug fixes, but I do not see it to be so. The older version was much better in operation than this current version. I cannot make Account Transfers, mobile money Transfers, etc neither can I even view transaction histories. Saved beneficial account details can't be viewed neither new ones could even be added after signing into my account. Quick Balance check isn't responsive. Only the Quick Transfer / Quick Airtime is working.

Not enough banking implementations. I mean, when it comes to investment like fixed deposits, treasury bills and co', this app doesn't have it unlike other banks. Banking app isn't only about checking balance, making transactions and paying bills. Please implement investment parts into it. We can't always visit the bank to do those things all the time. That's the reason why I gave 2 stars. Thank you

I don't know the essence of installing this app because I can virtually do nothing on there. Transfer to mobile money? No Transfer to another bank? No Buy airtime? No Then what's the point?

Transfers through app not going through lately, came to check the PlayStore if there is an update available to fix the issue, but none available.

I noticed that I get the error of communicating with host when I used my email address to activate the app. I switched to using my banking ID and it worked well. I suppose most people are probably using their email addresses hence this error. Considering it's easier to remember email address than some random number, I'll appeal to the developers to work on fixing that aspect. This is why I give 4 instead of 5. Apart from that, the app is fantastic and has served me well.

Not good GTB Ghana. You had the best app for years and just like that, you threw it all away. The app, over the past year or so, has been woeful with erratic performance, inconsistent feature availability, persistent communication issues (not internet connectivity but comms with hosts/backend servers), and so on. Just fix the issues and improve on feature availability. Finally, up your UAT and QA game.

Come on GT BANK! You can do better. This app of yours seriously needs to be redone. I tried registering my account on the app. I went through all the horrendous procedures only to be brought back to square one, requesting I register again! Ah! It's is so frustrating.

I would have given a zero star if l had the chance. How can a whole bank be this careless with customer's info. I registered with your bank and was given a Mastercard. Visited their branches several times but still haven't been able to activate the card. This is a disgrace to the whole gt bank as a whole.💯🤨🤨🤨

I have 3 connected accounts but only one shows on the app. I should be able to toggle between them. Also, information update doesn't work. I figured it may be subject to review or something and I guess it's never attended to as well.
