Please Gtb.. Your former app was way better off and easy to use. This new one is disaster and so frustrating. You just cant do anything or access anything with ease. Help.

This version of GT world is terrible 😡 it won't let someone sign in, it will be saying incorrect password or username, meanwhile you are inputting the correct details. It's terrible you guys should look into it and do something about it coz this is not funny

This application is somehow difficult to sign up , I tried more than once , however it keeps showing me visit the Bank and update phone number and email, while I had Been receiving sms and email alart , actually this is burring .

This is total rubbish from GTBANK NG.. how could u ask me to upgrade my accs and am unable to access it again... Who are the stupid set of people managing the app .. my saving and corporate acc(current) is merged in one app and it's only saving I can access while I was forced to upgrade d app.... This is a total failure of app upgrading. The thing come be like opay app sef

I blamed myself to have naively bought into the idea of updating this app. It's highly regretted because I have been denied access to all services. And for this anomaly to take GTBank this long to resolve shows a great sign of unseriouness on the side of the management.

I think GTB is under a spell or attack. My app was working fine until I woke up one day, and I've been kicked out of the app. With all the bad reviews, they did nothing about it. They have apps for different countries, but they didn't consider those in diaspora. Who tampers with a working system? It's a shame I've depended so much on GTB over the years and neglected other banks. I don't even know what app to download right now

To be fair to all concerned and with word of honesty here, there is need to flush out the official in charge of this GTB/GTco new app, it's a mess, for over months, till now I couldn't use the app, my PIN it stated, it is wrong, when I never change it, same PIN will work when using USSD, to reset, it stated, wrong answer to my secret question, I entered into the GTB to lodge complaint, they promised to send code to reset after filling a form, till now everything na same. Why now? 18th Nov '23

Rubbish!I updated to this new app from the old one,but since that day I can't log in to this app,it's telling me" your account might become compromised to protect your data,we cannot let you use this app",if this is the case then why do you always text me to update my app to new version.this is not helpful at all😡

It's a failure, I can't transact on it. Telling me my phone number and Email not linked, go back to office. My phone and email are linked. Please amend it, it's a disappoint. Asking for password, secret question and secret answer when this my first time to activate. Help me out please.I complained on email but you people keep silent and no rectification. You only responded with promise of 12hrs rectification but over five days, nothing is done. It is annoying. Why was it created if it couldn't.

I am finding it difficult to log into my account. I believe the intentions of app upgrade is for better experience. However, this case is the opposite. GTB should immediately call their app or tech department to order to resolve this mishaps before GTB start receiving court invitations courtesy of their angry customers. 😠Moreso, the mumu in that ICT department that did this upgrade should not be payed and should have his certificates revolked ASAP.

Worst app ever. Gtbank should have stayed with the previous version. Recent updates has been a disaster I completely lost access to my account info and their customer service are as clueless as you can imagine. Unfortunately it downhill from here on for this bank.

I don't understand this grammar '' ROOT DETECTED, YOUR ACCOUNT MIGHT BE COMPROMISE IF DATA ARE NOT PROTECT, SO YOU CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THIS APP. 6 Hours after I use my gt app, this was the grammar they brought for when I tried to use it again. I called customer care service the said I need to use another if still want to continue using the app. Help me Who buy phone for me GTB or myself

Very very bad experience 😞😔 with this new app. Worse part of the whole matter is, old one is no longer working and the new one is saying rubbish. Right now I cannot access my account or making any transactions online. It really hurting 😔 honestly speaking.

This app is terrible, it won't let me sign up. Whenever I try to signup a pop up will appear saying " there's no phone number and email linked to your profile , kindly visit a branch to update your profile". If no number is linked to my profile why then do I usually get alert whenever I send or receive money? This app sucks 😔

There's nothing to review here because as far as I'm concerned, GTBank Nigeria doesn't have a functional mobile app for now. Since they came up with this recent upgrade I've never been able to login to my account. It has really been very frustrating. I can't even begin to talk about my experience with the so-called new updated app here. GTBank should just do something urgently to address the situation before things get out of hands.

Why did GT do an update for crying out loud? I can't log in. Telling me that my email isn't linked to my account. The updated app is just useless. Poor interface and difficult to navigate. I can't even access the quick credit and salary account options on the updated app. It's a zero star rating for me😡😡

Terribly terrible experience. Finding it difficult to log in. The annoying part is that, I didn't update the App. It updated itself. How can you put up a new App that has not been tested and confirmed that is working well.

This is absolute nonsense. I wonder why you would upgrade a perfect working app to an unaccessible one. This singular act has hindered a thousand customers from their normal mobile banking transactions. It's high time you do the needful for a better service delivery. Enough of holding customers into ransome. There is no better time to act than now.........

The older version of the App stopped working and asking for upgrade, I did and couldn't log in anymore, thought at first if I have downloaded the app that is meant for other country and after I had gone through other customers review is then I know it's kind of general issue, GTB kindly do the needful as urgent as possible. Thanks

Haven't seen an app as useless as GT mobile apps. The other one with GTCO icon, which I've been using, suddenly changed my pin from 4 to 6 digits, hence I couldn't login. This particular one is simply trash. If there's zero, that's the rating you deserve. Look, if you can't develop a simple app for seamless mobile transactions like other banks, then just forget it, rather than stressing people unnecessarily.
