Had a few unconfirmed btc transactions stuck. Contacted support, followed their instructions, and was told my funds would automatically be returned to my wallet in a few days if they had not been confirmed. A couple hours go by, I check my wallet, I'm missing most of the btc in the account. I checked my transaction history and there was an unaccounted transfer made about two hours after I spoke with support. Support told me to contact the local police... Avoid this app, don't make my mistake.

Think twice before you use this wallet. I did a swap 5 days ago and I was told they have a display problem. Not only is the mobile display not working the history tab is not working for some tokens. So when you do a swap on their site you have no proof of it except that your money is gone. So I log in to their webapp and get the receipts on my Litecoin swap and it says that it went to a wallet that is not mine but it is a Litecoin wallet. I am out $348 as of now! THINK TWICE BEFORE USING.

Beware of LOSING ACCESS TO YOUR BTC with the error “Failed to send transaction” and zero support. For these who already cannot transfer your BTC out, here is solution that worked for me: I downloaded 2 years old Android version 2.48.3 and transferred my BTC out without any problem. I did the test again with the current Web, iPhone, Android version – “Failed to send transaction”. Put back v.2.48.3 – no problem. Their support is clueless. Who knows what you gonna lose in futher updates?

Does what it needs to as a decentralized wallet. My only complaint is the "Total balance" tracker in the top left corner rarely works when I log in. It just keeps slowly going from black to gray. Happy to update the stars when this gets fixes.

It's alright but the known issue about the value of your currency not showing has still not been resolved. The only way to see that is to calculate it yourself or to log in on the browser.

SCAM alert. If you want to lose your coins, keep using this app. I put more than 2000 TRX for staking, and these idiots sent it to a random adress that they do not give you have access to. Support is useless and blame me for not "getting the private keys" for a random adress that they sent my coins to and I couldn't access to begin with!! SCAM alert. You owe me more than 200$ and you have the smug to blame me for your mistakes. I'll change this review if you give me back my coins

Incredibly bad wallet. 1 of 3 transactions get stuck pending and entire wallet gets stuck until those transactions get confirmed or cancelled. I have been trying to move my btc for 2 days and i cannot. This is beyond absurd. Do not use this

Great wallet app, but need some more features like transaction notification, since you won't know for any coin movement while the app is off. Also, the app always will force you to enter the password if you don't open it with 30 sec, which is annoying if you move between apps. it should have a feature that let you signed in as long as the app is in RAM.

I deposited my ont a while ago then I decided to ustake them... I waited the needed epoch and when it was the time to redeem the redeem button it did not work (tried with many different browsers and ways). Now its a week and several mail with the Cs while the fund are still stucked. Avoid at all cost. Update: do not trust their answer its been 2 month but they are doing NOTHING to solve the issue! I'm writing them every weeks but their Cs is non existent and they reply like a bot.

This is one of the worst wallet I've ever used. Not recommended in any condition. They are scamming people. I'd balance of 25 USDT in my account and I was trying to withdraw it. It was showing me a fee of 69 trx when I was trying to withdraw 25 USDT but when I changed withdrawal amount from 25 to 26 then it was showing a fee of 31 trx. Now I've deposited more 9 USDT just to reduce network fee but when I'm trying to withdraw 34 USDT it is again showing a fee of 69 trx. Are you making us fool.

Wallet value does not display or update! Had the wallet for a few years and has been working fine. Recently it does not update upon opening. It shows the amount of coins I have but does not show the value in fiat. Refresh after refresh, clearing cache, restoring from back up etc does nothing. FRUSTRATING. Update: The wallet vaues are still showing as $0 even though the coin amounts are showing correctly. This is ridiculous, I've contacted support and they just give the cookie cutter responses.

Not all typical crypto will transfer but the big problem is that it shows $0 USD for my BTC after I made the trasnfer, it only lists the token quantity. It does show the correct amount in $$ on the desktop program correctly. Very annoying and nerve-wracking. I changed my rating to only 1 star. Customer service suks, they have no idea how to talk to a customer. STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY. You will lose your crypto and they DO NOT CARE

Awesome wallet! I've tried a bunch of different wallets, all of the main ones. This one was the best for me. Very flexible, many options, simple, but yet still versatile. It feels very secure. It reminds me to backup my wallet often. And the support at Guarda is phenomenon! A transfer from coinbase didn't go well, and Guarda responded right away very clearly how to get access to that money. Meanwhile coinbase was not helpful **at all**. Five stars to Guarda! I highly recommend this wallet!

I was having a great experience with this wallet. I used it for store some of my less popular coins. Unfortunately I am having problem with my Cardano (ADA). It has essentially been frozen. It's under maintenance and I can't send or exchange it. Its been like this for several weeks. I reached out to customer support and I still don't have an estimate of when it be fixed.

I just downloaded it; (4/22/19, 19:30);and I will be reviewing it the next few days to weeks. A couple of suggestions though, Bold the estimated balance and you could surround it with a darker background. Making it stand out. Make the wallets sortable particularly by balance. Also you could allow the option to hide wallets with zero balance. Thanks, G.D.W.

One of the better wallets out there that's has the ability to add blockchains such as XDC, XRP, and XLM. When it comes to the backup/restore, there's not a recovery phrase exactly. It's a bunch of code and weird characters that's paragraphs long which is not exactly something you can write down on a piece of paper. Highly recommend having a USB drive to put the backup text into. Like every other wallet the recovery of the wallet isn't needed until you wanna put it on another device.

Had a bit of trouble in the beginning. Had over $70 sitting in limbo for 6 days due to a "rare" technical difficulty but for the most part back on track finally. I can say though that the customer service is indeed pretty darn surprisingly fast to respond(when you're actually able to get ahold of them) pretty straight to the point and quick to fix the solution. Though I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because #1 money debacle and #2 the price to exchange. Other then that, pretty decent app

Pretty great wallet. Nice and simple but supports a wide variety of tokens and coins. The exchange and buy options are also cool and simple. My only complaint is the lack of explanation for fee and transaction costs during exchange. I get that they are a necessity but I'd like to be able to gauge them better as small purchases get hit hard percentage wise. Also, current market prices take a while to update on the wallet side.

My first crypto app. Seems to work well. Have yet to try and withdraw from my account yet, but as far as trading and buying, it functions well. There does seem to be some lag between the current price and the buy price. It will show one price, but the buy price is different when u do the exchange. Not sure what fees there are, because it doesn't break down what went where. Just a congrats, your transaction worked. But it doesn't always work...

App works well. Fees are not well advertised. I bought $50 in XLM using my debit card. The fine print shows that there is a debit card fee of $10 or 7% of your transaction, whichever is greater. They also don't give you a detailed receipt, so your money just kind of disappears without you being able to easily track what happened. Edit: As an interface, users should be able to expect clear communication, or expect the interface to require that of its affiliates.
