Has anyone else lost their loyalty elite points after they decided to do an unnessacary update? The app ran fine before.. now I can't access it whatsoever. I have to go through Chrome to get onto it, and I lost 75$ in points.. I'm choked ..I was loyally.. Guess not so much

this app sucks. doesn't categorize things for you so if you're looking for a wallet. you'll have to look thru all the purses too see the wallets. ridiculous!

App does not open when some other app pages are also open. User has to close all the pages to open this app. Doesn't show current orders in the app which are not shipped yet.

This app is terrible it's very glitchy I can't even change my birthday they have it wrong I never even entered anything. You leave and come back to a white screen.

not user friendly takes a long time to load while scrolling and then shuts down in the middle of shopping experience it's taken 3 times to come back to the place I've left off I'm over it

Unable to load the app. Waste of time will continue using website as it's very user friendly and secure. Would have been nice to get the $60 reward but alas!

Super buggy. My order history in the web is missing on the app. There's staging access too if you tap on the version number lol

Doesn't accept my valid log in credentials. So was never able to log in through the app, however, I was able to use my credentials to log into the online website.

App doesn't work! Always closing! Can't log in under my profile, but I can go online and log in with no problem! Tried to reset my password and it takes me to the damn website! App is AWFUL! FIX IT OR GET RID OF IT! SHEESH!

Couldn't checkout after signing in. Had to go to the website, couldn't use my discount code for downloading this app either. Waste of time, super slow and can't check out if you sign in. I uninstalled after writing this.

Too glitchy, keeps on closing out or stops working. Also, why not restock products? I want a green jumpsuit, but it's like everything final with these clothes and doesn't have enough to restock. Also why doesn't my $15 reward apply to the checkout? It just removes itself. So much to fix.

horribly made...incredibly slow and have to restart it a few times just for it to work. no option to turn off notifications...just a poorly made app. use the website its better.

The app is slow, my items in my cart keep deleting themselves, some items come and go after going in and out of a category. After choosing Canada, the app goes to the start menu with the Guess logo and now its just stuck on loading. 0 star

The app is terrible! It tells you items you've bought are out of stock when their not. It lags and shuts down. The website already has some issues but the app is WORSE!

Alright retail shopping app for phones. Works as described and is pretty simple to use. Don't use the notifications. Does the job for shopping their products.

You're better off shopping on the website itself. The app glitches and closes randomly while shopping. I deleted it a year ago for the same issue and just re-downloaded it right now. Same issues

Uninstalled, the app no longer works. Cant login, even though i can get in online and suprise all our rewards are gone. Took our earned $30 in credits because they werent used during the pandemic. Quite disgusted with the company right now. Not sure I'd re-download, not sure we will be back to the store either.

I enjoy the app most of the time but it has bugs.First, you are kicked out of the app and when you go back in it gives you the option of USA or Canada.I select USA and press "Ok" the app gives me an error "Guess unable to load".It keeps doing it so I have remove the app and reinstall.Second, sometimes when you click on the wishlist through the app it gives the same error as mentioned above "Guess unable to load".Please fix this, it is an inconvenience to your customers.

This app is glitchy and slow. Sometimes the screen turns black when loading product images. Also does not provide a great check out experience. The checkout page reloads, or disappears before you can complete your order and when you try to go back it just shows pages of script...I gave up. Save yourself the headache and use their website.

I was able to log in and look for a little bit but it kept crashing. Kind of a shame that it hasn't been fixed since someone's review in 2019.
