Received email notifying savings account is available to sign up, but when i tried to sign up, i got rejected immediately. No reason was given when rejected, only show faq which does not answer my question. Even after reaching out to the support email, no specific reason was given. I was simply told not eligible. An alternative savings account I suggest would be OCBC 360, which also offer high interest rate with terms and conditions.

Great app that can park your savings using pockets, but hopefully the interest rate of the savings pockets will increase due to the current economic conditions

Try logging in after logging out completely. Cannot see Singpass QR at all. How to log in again? Something wrong with new updates?

Good to see increased competition in the banking space (high interest is good, but inexplicably only given within a saving pocket), but GXS app lacks basic functionality, eg. ability to save payees (at the point of writing this review, these details need to be re-input each time - irritating and error prone). Suggest that rather than working on cool, but otherwise non-essential functions (like saving pockets), the company should focus on the basics first.

What I've installed on my phone is none of your business. I've been using these apps for years and your app only for a few months. Make a whitelist feature or this app will remain unusable for me.

Gxs is simple and easy to use, with a saving account/pocket that has minimal TnC. Finally I can add payees and there is a debit card too. I am looking forward to the introduction of credit card and perhaps, investment into money market funds.

Terrible experience. Took 4 attempts to finally set up account. Previous 3x received error msg "couldn't approve your account at this time". When the account was finally set up a few hours later, the app crashed. Have restarted the phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm still stuck at the first page after logging in, which seemed to have a popped up msg/ad but not loading. Then the error msg of "app is not responding" appeared and prompted me to close the app.

hi! I'm an avid user of this app and I really like it! I just have one suggestion to make it a 5 star app and that is to roll out the nfc feature, it would allow for greater convenience!

Many times tried to log in couldn't log in. Keep saying log in expire. Bad service.. disappointment 😞

Generally good. However please add either NFC function to the app, or allow link to Google Wallet or Apple Pay. Everyone is going wallet-less these days without having the need to carry physical wallets or cards. And why are we unable to scan SGQR codes for payments? Only PayNow QR codes? Would definitely get my 5 stars if not for the above 2 shortcomings. 4 stars for now.

This app is buggy af and the ui needs some fixing. Edit: okay , i'll give it 4 stars for customer service ; app dev responded to my issue within same day and i manage to troubleshoot after a reboot :D

The best app that only get your Singpass info for free and doesn't even allow you to be their customer. Always let you know it's their matters that they couldn't do it and they are working on it! Powerful!

Couldnt sign up for the savings account. Attempted more than 10x. After Singpass login it automatically goes back to homepage. Update :. Managed to login to GXS website after updating Singpass app

There is a place where need to upload Proof of address...the button always show the example of documents...I can't proceed with that becausethere is not button to upload ..please help to improve for the new user

Very bad experience. The rates you get after you apply is very different from the website that was advertised. Advertised was 2.99% but later what you get is 5% for instalment loan. Balance transfer loan was advertised 4-12 months but later what you get is only 6 months.

After i changed 3 phone finally signed up via singpass. Unable link the account to grab. And link to eGiro required key in OTP from other bank app, obtained OTP back to GxS the session already terminated due to app login PIN. Fingerprint login is not working. Been 2 month since i downloaded app, 9 critical bug found but not fixed yet.

So far the first few month of usage is good but since last month the digital card that is saved into the various apps declined payment.Merchant say its the bank but bank say the digital card has no issue.But i believe it is the bank side as it happen on different apps.No choice but have to use alt payment.It is hit and miss thingy where you not sure if the payment will go thru.But for the physical card has no issue.Still thinking if i should continue to use the digital card for future payment?
