slow application ... drivers take longer than stated and up to 2 hrs and still not here ... application logs out and has issues and no option for cancellation as well as reporting the problem function has issues to report too

Too bad app.too late delivery..very bad customer service...it takes about 1 to 2 hours to deliver the order every time I order. And customer service replying is just bla bla bla...😏😏😏

Very poor application. There are no menus uploaded in most of the restaurants included in the app. You need to work serious and hard in order to compete with similar app

It came much later than the hour they specified although it was a small order from a supermarket very close to my home , it took more than 2:30 hours to arrive. They didnt apply promocode. Moat of the order came feom other brands than thw ones i specified. I expected a message or call to ask if im satisfied with the service, but got nothimg even when i sent a complain the following day. Im removing the app and wont be recommending it

Tried to choose to deliver to Sheraton it kept signing in west el balad, then when choosed another location in west el balad" isaaf" it said we don't deliver here! So were do you deliver in Egypt!!! Why don't you say you are useless application!!!!

Delivery time is the worst I need to wait an hour or two, customer service responds late and when they don't solve anything, the driver doesn't answer when I try to call him. Missing items , inappropriate, cold, bad

I love this app ☺️ l use it almost everyday. Easy to use, and fast delivery in my zone .. Can order from restaurants, supermarkets, and there is also a "Packages delivery" service. I also enjoy the offers & the promo codes ☺️

Every time i try to order they cancel and tell me they dont deliver to my location which is in nasr city and they deliver to all the places except my location and when i ask the customer service about it they respond in a rude way saying they just dont deliver there without a reason

The worst app ever! Verification code was sent after several tries. Can't even add my address and the app is full of bugs, you need a front and back end Eng to fix those issues. Will check after a year or smth.
