Transactions are not updated in the hala application. Also charged fee for checking balance through ATM.

Swear of Allah one of the most annoying service I have ever had.when I need money urgently go to ATM it's cut money from my balance but money doesn't come out from ATM.every week this app and company have new problem.when I call help line it's not even pick up everytime says it's busy with others coustomer.i am still on line it's been like 1 hours still saying busy with others coustomer.the most worse service I have ever had.we don't have this much time to face this much problem

After last update the service was very bad. I not even open my app and Don't know about my transection. I call the hala service center according to the hala office they dont know how can help me. This is the worst service ever.

Application is not responding from previous to this update it's simultaneously crashing and yet installed on other mobile same problem Kindly fix this issue as we pay for the service charges every month Im deeply disappointed

The worst company ever. just withdrawn the amount and atm card regected and came out displaying the messege that system error. but recieved the sms that the amount is detucted from the account. More disappointing thing is all the time I try withdraw this happens and when I try to raise the complaint (24/7 live chat they never replies immediately. it takes more then 48/72 hours to recieve a reply) and then if the complaint somehow registered then more then 25 days to reverse the payment.

Service is very slow they deducted the amount from my hala wallets while transaction got declined and my claim is pending since 24 march .🥺🥺

02/03/2024 I had a problem with my transaction, I went to withdraw money, the money was deducted but not paid! I submitted a claim on 08/03/2024! Today 10/05/2024 still not resolved! I don't understand what kind of banking system this is! Just send sms on live chat and expert team is working please wait!!!
