There is a bug while authentication Absher during initial setup. I was unable to type the last 2 digits of Absher code.

It used to be good. Now I cannot even log in. The massage with pass code never comes to me. Support do not answer. Don't waste your money here.

😂😂😂😂 This is a complete joke. The development team didn't even take the time to consider different calendars used in KSA for the birthday field requested at the registration step. Still couldn't even register with my Gregorian birthday matching ID. Contact me if you couldn't do it.

1- crash when try to send money to contact I tried to clear cash memory, clear data, then uninstall and re install again, the same result, always crash. 2- I tried to charg my account 100 SR, ha ha ha ha it cost me 101.3 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 then I canceled Ha ha ha If I will use this service then you have to buy 100 SR and pay 101.3 ha ha ha ha what the joke. Would you please give me one reason to use your service 😂😂😂😂😂 farce, comedy 😂😂😂😂

I'm using the app on android, I'm facing a problem when I try to open my QR to receive money the app crash and close immediately, I tried to remove and reinstall but same problem remains.

The worst app dont waste your time lots of technical issues and when you call the support team they have no idea and giving you wrong answers and above of that they will reply to you after 24 to 48 hours with a same answer

Please please add international remittance 🤗😇 Many of the residents here in KSA have families to support in other countries. Especially now that the time is limited and also some banks are closed, please don't hesitate to put a International Remittance Menu and Exchange rate to your app and In shaa Allah, it will be 100% 5stars!

Pathetic. I have verified my account and yet not Able to transfer money to local banks. No response from Customer support not even on call. Avoid this app if you want a safe banking experience.

Charges 2% to add money to the wallet. Whe I tried to add the card to mada app the OTP went to a number that doesn't belong to me!!! When transfered to the bank transaction took 36 hrs to complete even though it's week days.

Usually I don't write reviews but this app is awesome. It makes your transactions really easier with your family and friends. I hope it gets more popular app around the KSA.

App always crash when you try to go to the store page and last time they withdraw 27 SAR from my account which I didn't authorize. Their support is the worst as well so don't install instead look for another solution like Stcpay or well known bank.

Well, again you have stopped top up from international cards. it is like someone who has a domestic card would use your wallet? I think you lost the application's best feature by doing this. Good luck with your customer base.

You need to test the app before publish it for public, it's not working. Always give me error for invalid mobile number or pin code while it's valid and marked in the app as valid. And mandatory to select Marchent, Supplier or Agent while I'm just a customer want to pay as you advertise you app. Please be careful with the customers always.!

Malformed Server Response. Tried clearing cache and storage and didn't help. APP is 100% useless with this bug. I basically can't add money via Card, I keep getting the error. I suggest you guys use APM tool such as new relic on permise or cloud, you can also combine it with any other bug capturing tools to detect those catastrophic failures and errors. Do not jeopardize your app core function (adding money) or you will lose customers fast. تم مسح التطبيق ما منه فايدة بوجود خلل عام بالتطبيق

Crashes have been fixed, it actually works now and it seems to be the simplest and quickest way to send and receive money in Saudi Arabia. The UX could still use a lot of improvement and stuff that isn't working yet should be hidden (e.g. Recent contacts are always empty even if you have recently sent money to someone).

Greetings, I have recently installed the App and it is good. However, there are some issues must be improved to meet the full security. For example, when closing the App, log out must be automatically. Therefore, In case of losing the mobile, the App cannot be accessed. Also, there is a problem with IOS users when adding contact to the favorite, it says "Not Okay" Thanks, MJA
