I just logged out from the application and when I tried to login again the application doesn't send sms to login again to my account and the customer service at the call center always saying, it will be resolved soon and nothing is happening, still can't login to the application

This app is a complete scam. I paid my balance, the money was deducted, but the app still shows I owe it. Calling support is a nightmare — you wait 30+ minutes only for the line to disconnect. Their facebook support? Even worse. It’s like talking to bots that repeat useless responses without fixing anything. I’ve wasted hours trying to resolve this, and it feels like they just don’t care. If you can’t run a reliable app or offer real help, shut it down. This is pure theft.

I do not recommend anyone to deal with them for two reasons. The first is that I made an order for a laptop, and in just two days its price rose to more than 3000 pounds suddenly, knowing that there was no increase in prices and that the laptop did not have any offers.. and secondly, that they have worse customer service From what I imagine, their method is mockery of customers, and therefore I have removed the application and will not deal with them completely.

It's not like any othe apps that you could try them and do everything, And just before you place an order you have to register. But it doesn't allow you to see anything on store before you register. *Disclaimer* most of apps in Egypt they sell your data to get some money from it, and you will get annoying ads though messages and calls. PS. I'm not sure if this app doing this or not

Halan gomla specifically. It's very good and always have the cheapest price. Would be better if there is delivery timeslots to know when the order will arrive.

worst among all paying cards. Avoid ALL paying cards providers, that are not banks !!! even can't do the silly "follow up" phone call that we all hate !!!

I used to buy regularly from this app. The prices were good but the order always comes missing or mixed up. The last time I ordered I specifically told the driver to revise the order because I wasn't home, he obviously didnt. The order came missing an item for 400+ le and when I complained the "customer service" said they couldn't help because I didn't complain within 48 hrs!!! Highly unprofessional on so many levels!! I deleted the app altogether.

The approach is low. If I am a few days late and the month is not over yet, they will talk to me in a bad manner. I hope I will not deal with them again.

Terrible experience I tried many times to apply for a shopping card multiple times. Everytime I finish the whole process on the app it gives the the error massage "something went wrong, please try again later"

The only reason why I'm giving Haln just 3 stars is because every time I try to open Haln Card it gives me an Error, even when I try to activate Haln limit on my card it also gave me the same error, I would like from you to fix the app and I can guarantee a hole lot of people will enjoy and that will definitely improve customer satisfaction and you'll be five stars.

I regret creating an account on this app. From day one they told me I need to visit a nearby point to activate it, but I wasn’t even interested anymore. Since then, for over a month, they’ve been spamming me with endless messages and calls just to activate the account. I must have received more than 15–20 messages. I even contacted their customer service several times to complain, and every time they said there’s nothing they can do, no complaints can be made.

no accurate time instead of giving you as an example 2 or 3 hours to deliver they give you around 14 hours to deliver which is not working with us , as an example I submit an order around 1 pm and I wanna sleep around 9,30 pm and the order did not arrive then I called they said maybe one more hour so I canceled it and until they put a short time frame I think I won't order from Halan

very bad, it will provide you with a very low limit that you can not use, and to increase it, you will have to use installment payments for 6 month wich is very contradictory. Called the customer service they put me on a waiting line for 11 minutes and they couldn't give me a satisfying answer. I don't recommend this app it's so bad.
