It's interesting to see who you've crossed paths with and where, but many important preference features that would allow you to refine your search is behind a paywall. Many other apps have preference features for free. Not to mention some important privacy settings that some might want/need are behind the same paywall. Again, not a problem with other apps.

A great concept, but unless you're in a big city it's useless, I live in a smaller city and even in a smaller city lucky if it matches one person a month. And then the only subscription is for 1 year at like $150? That's just way too much for the almost zero matches I receive. Maybe if it catches on with more members in smaller vicinities, and/or the price goes lower/different membership tiers, but otherwise sorry this is a fail.

Edit: after two months of using the paid version of the app, it continues to be worthless. It's not that I'm not getting any matches, it's that there is nobody to even match with. No one...ever. When I pull up the map, there are no icons but myself in the entire northern half of my state. Cool idea, but apparently, NO ONE USES THIS APP.

Love the idea. It's getting better than it used to be,but still never met anyone from the app ( whereas I meet lots from other apps), so it makes me wonder if it's worth my time. Seems to be lots of fake profiles ( photo verification would help that ). Wish it said where guys live,& if it includes guys that visit the same places ( which I'm more interested in) vs crossed paths at the same exact second( which seems more limiting). 🤔

I never found anyone I crossed paths with in 2 weeks I've had it installed and all my preferences are very flexible and I make sure it's running in the background. There were maybe 10 people it suggested I may cross paths with. Regardless of the reasoning, it's not doing what the app was created to do so I can't give it a positive review. Update: my age range is 20 to 32. The issue is not on my end.

Originally this app was a great, very simple concept. You turn it on, you cross paths with somebody and if they have the app to you potentially could meet somebody interesting. The app has gone through so many different iterations it's completely strange. It's better now but what's annoying is the notifications. I open the app it says I have six notifications but actually have none. And when I open the messages it still says I have one even though it's zero.

Basically can't use the app unless you upgrade $$, which would be ok if it wasn't so overpriced. This app is not worth the amount that they think it is. Also, I turned off all of the notifications and would still get atleast 2 notifications a day, all of which are pretty pointless (if I wanted a daily notification to see "what I missed" I wouldn't have turned off all of the other notifications). I'm sticking to bumble and hinge.

Liked the idea of it. You can't just sit on your ass in front of the screen phishing for matches. You have toa a as actually get up and go to where people are. Seemed simple enough during my trial. I'm in a mid-sized city and the hits are a trickle rather than a steady flow. Still it seemed cool and more engaging than other dating apps I tried. So I paid for the annual membership. This turned out to have been a huge mistake. When I get notified that someone likes me I open the app only to have them disappear. Contacted customer support who told me... Become a premium member. Do not spend your money on this app.

The most useless dating app out there. Nobody ever shows up in your area, even when you take a 3 hour trip to Atlantic City. Waste of time -- don't waste yours. Update: Tried this app again about a year later and it's the SAME THING. The people running this app haven't even cared enough to fix the problems. Worst dating app out there. 🤦♂️

Since the moment I've installed this and updated my profile, I have yet to see anyone I "happn" to cross paths. Now, to put it in perspective, I travel through multiple cities everyday, driving by, walking around pretty consistently, and pretty much go everywhere but bars and clubs. And I have yet to find one person? Yea no thanks. Outside of coincidentally seeing someone, you can't do anything to "better" your odds of running into someone. Might as well ditch this app.

Basically no one in my area using the app. You can't look for someone a certain amount of miles away or set a distance. You'd have to drive around your limit destination to scope out the area for pings. You can't take a personality quiz to help out with matching pr anything. It's basically useless unless you go for long drives. I do appreciate you being able to set a few of your favorite songs on your profile though.

Forced full screen aspect pics ruined it. Used to be an interesting concept (albeit with a low user base on the West coast), but the switch to forced full screen aspect for the pics made it impossible to see what people look like. Half of the time, part or most of their faces and bodies are cropped off screen. Even if you can see their full face or body, it's hard to tell what someone looks like without the context from the rest of the picture.

Doesn't work. None of the screens work. The only way iv been able to see anything is to switch between tabs and things will pop up for a second and then disappear again. Update: Customer service is god awful. After sending screenshots and details of what the issues are and letting them know what I had done to troubleshoot they continue to just say it must be my fault or my connection. Not even getting what my issue is and trying to troubleshoot a completely different thing. Worst app on here.

Back when it used to work. It was interesting using this app, crossing paths, trying to match with people relatively close. This latest time downloading the app, it's riddled with "error" 's (as indicated by the app) and No crossings are detected (I live in one of the busiest restaurant areas In town) even though my match parameters are wide open. I've reinstalled multiple times and opened up all permissions with no luck . Hopefully it's working for others.

In theory, this app would be great, but in practice, it is a dead end. Its major obstacles right now are two things. First, it simply doesn't load. It is always hanging on the loading screen, telling you it's getting the profiles of those you've crossed paths with, but never loads. If it ever does, you hit issue two. Second issue is that no one seemingly uses it OR the app is faulty and doesn't find the other users. Either way, it's useless compared to Tinder, Bumble or Hinge.

Please go back to the old layout. This "you may cross paths" thing is not useful. I just want to see the people I crossed paths with, not who I might. And the map feature should be a secondary way to see this, not the primary. The app has become convoluted and a pain to use. UPDATE: addressing the reply by the developer...youd be wrong. Only the "possibles" show up in the main interface. The old layout was way better. This new layout is horrible.

Its an interesting concept, except I have yet to find anything in the app that's actually supposed to help you find a match, other than where two users just happen to be at a given time. Also, it's incredibly slow to get matches unless you live in a city like New York or Atlanta. Matching was on all day at work for 2 days and as I went to the airport standing around a couple 100 people. For all of that time, I got 4 possible matches (none at the airport either). This app needs improvement.

Cool concept but the app is incredibly slow. I've tried it on two different smartphones. Browsing profiles to swipe, checking messages, checking anything... The app loads and loads. Then they gave the GUI, colors, and logo a complete overhaul and it's even slower! Also, it gives a lot of fake messages and notifications that are just the app telling you to upgrade. The company seems bent on aesthetics and pressuring users to upgrade rather than providing a good experience.

Not particularly great. It would be if it actually worked...and didn't have all the scammers. The map feature does not seem to work, and every time i try to access anything in the app, I get error messages galore. I have thought that I met real people on this app, but to be honest, in the four mo the I had this app, I've only interacted with six women and they all turned out to be scammers. Beware of anyone asking about your finances/income and are insisting to talk on Whatsapp or Telegram.

The app is constantly pushing you to subscribe to their premium services to the point of annoyance. You're constantly getting ads telling you to pay. It's exhausting. The app would be decent if not for that. It looks good and is easy to use, but we all know premium subscriptions are an option and will choose to subscribe if we feel it's convenient for us. We don't need it constantly shoved down our throats.
