This game is absolutely horrible. The tasks are impossible to complete unless you buy boosters with real money. The items needed are too expensive for the little amount of income you earn. So you're stuck playing the same level repeatedly until you can beat it which is impossible again for the reasons already stated. Money grab game and a complete waste.

The game is really fun! However the costs for upgrades dramatically increase and the rewards from the levels seem to plummet. Even if you play at a previous hospital with lots of upgrades, it gives you even less money than before. Additionally the "endless" levels are not endless. Basically once you finish the first hospital the game is done unless you wanna grind forever. The free gems were helpful in getting gold, but the returns went from great to nothing really fast.

I really enjoyed this game for sometime, as I am currently on level 135. I give up though, as it really needs to be balanced. I've already spent money on gems and tried everything I could, but there comes a point when it's pay to win. The game Crazy Hospital really has it figured out, compared to Happy Clinic. I know many people complain about ads, but I am so thankful Crazy Hospital has as many optional ads as it does, since it allows me to afford necessary upgrades and get boosts.

Not fun at all past the first 15 or so levels. The rewards versus costs is extremely unbalanced. Download and run games for coins and never get the rewards. The difficultly amps up way beyond the ability to even slightly upgrade. It will force you to spend and I didn't. Unlike other similar games you can't go back and replay levels so if you up the wrong thing or don't have the levels high enough, the your stuck failing again and again. Uninstalled it the same day I started it.

Made my way to second hospital, Oslo. It is so difficult to pass a level. Each upgrade costs a minimum 500 coins, but if you do not pass a level, you're only earning 3-15 coins. Even if you were to double your coins by watching ads, it will take weeks to get a upgrade, which doesn't really help you pass since each level is hard. This game has become a potential money pit, that I have uninstalled the game. NOT WORTH MY TIME AND MONEY!

Response to developer - 1. It takes multiple days of logging in to catch the mail and collect happiness to get coins/gems before you can continue playing without losing the same level over and over. I know this because I've tried. 2. You can't surpass level goals if you can't pass the level??? And you can't collect memories or achievements if you can't pass the levels... 3. No way on earth am I going to connect an app game to my Facebook account. 4. Enable replaying of old levels please!!!

Really fun game. Unfortunately almost impossible to play without spending money regularly. Still have ads to double your money. But when it's 16 coins as a consolation for losing and 500+ coins to upgrade EACH part of the game. Even winning doesn't give many coins. Cannot keep up with the rising cost of upgrades, which are needed to keep up with the game level. Ruined the game for me. Deleting

I wish I could choose the level. I don't like being forced to upgrade a building. The ppl move too slow. It cost so much for the power ups (like walk faster) it should last the whole game not just 5 seconds what a waste. Y can't you have two nurses. The pathways to each item is weird like its designed for you to spend diamonds and coins and real money. But im only on level 17 so this is my first thought about the game.

It was really fun and great but then progress got halted after finishing the first map. Can't make any progress without spending money really. Everything is so expensive to upgrade and you don't even make a quarter of the costs each level so you end up having to spend gems to keep from failing levels and still don't make enough to upgrade doctors and equipment.

Fun, not heavily ad-forced BUT cost of upgrades increases way more than the amount of coins earned per level, so to do harder levels, you have to spend cash. No option to replay levels. Only get the option to watch an ad to double winnings if you lose the level (so 10-15 x2), which is pretty useless. Played to level 20 before hitting a wall. I WOULD pay to support a fair game but this game isn't that. Uninstalling.

The game play is a 10/10. My issue with this app is it's one of those games that is impossibly difficult to beat without spending real money on coins and upgrade. They offer very few and very occasional ways to make coins in other ways which makes this game unplayable beyond finishing the first level/hospital. Other games like Crazy Diner do a great job of increasing difficulty without the paywall which is important because I'm just not willing to waste money on game upgrades.

This game is lots of fun and something to indulge in to past the time but the missions are unrealistic. Very hard to conquer the levels unless you spend some money which i think is the ultimate goal. Im not spend another dime so I guess this is the end of the road for me know this game unless of course they revamp this game to make it where everyone is able to play and pass levels with out spending money repeatedly.

Amazing, and very enjoyable game. Suggestion: short play time makes it way to difficult, no ad option for extra coins to upgrade. Can't win unless you pay, ppl move to slow, and waiting 30min for an extra life makes you lose interest. Seeing the same complaint. Overall very well put together, extremely fun, and not alot of glitching. Please make it easier to move forward in levels, or get coins to upgrade.

Very fun time management game! Once I got up to level 20, though, they seemed to increase the difficulty extremely, no transition into it like with past levels. Following all of the "recommended" upgrades in the store is supposed to help with that but it doesn't. It just suddenly gets too difficult to pass with the sudden bombardment of clients & you can't lose 1. I'll play a couple more times & see if I can pass but if not I'll have to chalk it up as a loss & move on. Update: Uninstalled.

Fun, addictive and frustrating. It is a great time management game, super fun and very addictive. However, it is incredibly annoying that you can't replay levels, you are forced to move to another location before maxing out the first location, and it takes forever to earn enough coins for an upgrade. You can keep leveling up a location by playing endless mode, but it gets increasingly harder keeping you from being able to improve much and not quickly. With improvements it would be great!

I love this game, BUT the levels are so hard to pass. It can take me several days to weeks to pass a level. And lately, when I watch an ad to double my reward (which is necessary to make the upgrades needed to pass a level), it most of the time doesn't give me the extra reward, so I'm wasting time watching ads and not getting rewarded for it.

Glitch! Since the healing tournament, my game has been erroring out. The results fail to load, and it's been days already. Also, the game fails to connect to the server every time I open the app. I have to try five or six times for it to connect. I sometimes lose a life once the error appears. I've been playing a long time, not cool!

I really do like this game. I find myself spending money here and there on it when I get stuck. But the worst part, currently, is the fact that the game glitches after every level causing me to have to close and reopen. It's like the pause screen, all blurry and I can hear the level has started but I can't play.

My review was 5 stars, but changing it to 2. This game is very addictive, which is great, but you literally can not succeed without spending actual money. When you lose levels, you get coins that literally do nothing. I don't mind spending money on a game, but not if I have to spend a lot just to get anywhere on a game. The cost to upgrade ALL the items is ridiculous, since you don't get hardly any coins for even winning levels to make a dent in even one upgrade. Sad this game has come to this.

I really enjoy the game play and challenge of the game but lately it's starting to have issues. Sometimes it has trouble loading up and I have to close and restart multiple times. Then it started closing in the middle of play and when I reopen the app it has taken away one of my lives as if I lost. Very frustrating. If you could fix this I would happily give it 5 stars!
