I've had issues with the app and had to reinstall it. My account had not been restored as it was promised and I started all over again. I'm about to give it up and delete it for good!

I deleted this before and just reinstalled it from an email. after playing it for several levels and getting back to back hard levels, I remember why I deleted it the first time. not for people with bad eye site or shakey hands.

Thanks for letting me know about the two icons. I did as suggested and the game is working now. I don't know how i came to get the second icon. What is going on? Every time I start this app it wants me to download an update and go through some apparently worthless actions.

I really had enjoyed this game however upon getting a new phone I can no longer access my old account and support is non-existent for me and it would have a better rating if I was able to get my old account with the level 2172 I'd rather not start all over either.

Use to love the game. Issues with the whole game! Even said I was logged in with Facebook it is no. I lost my whole progress. And yes I did down load the new version. Didn't help after a few plays. Will be deleting!

DO NOT UPDATE! I updated my app, and I went from level 2500 to level 990. I've spent alot of money in this game to have to start over. DO NOT DOWNLOAD! There is no support to restore your progress. I'm deleting the app because I'm not spending any more money on it. I did try to contact support in the game and that was absolutely NO help!

All game progress gone. Literally played in school parent pick up line and by the time I got home, all gone. Well over 1k levels and now back to zero, no answer from support. I didn't have any mini games in months and was told it would be awhile before any would be available however anyone starting out has a NEW game (filling coffee) that older players apparently have no access to.

Ever since the latest update July 2024, this game is not working correctly. It requires you to restart twice each time you open it. Please fix this newest issue so we can begin to enjoy the game again. I only use one app. The one on my phone. The same one every day.

Unable to play the game!!!! Everytime I open the app it keeps asking me to update, so I do. I have to re Install etc. Then I can play the game. When I go back and play it the next day it's the same process again. Truly annoying and takes the fun out of the game. I foolishly spent money playing this game. Not worth it. I wish I could take all the money spent on it. Don't even start it.

This game was a ton of fun until recently - Game now has awful glitches and forced downloads of an "update" on a daily basis which pushes you into this death spiral of pop-ups windows and entrying a code to continue with your saved game. They haven't been able to fix any of the bugs preventing purchases and it has been like this for the last 2-3 weeks. Huge deterrent from wanting to continue to support this game.

Money greedy!! I'm on level 741 and constantly " super hard levels" they want you to spend the money! It's ridiculous! The game is meant to be enjoyable, not super hard, every other game!! There's challenging, and then there is overdoing it. I don't want to hear feedback from owners saying, " People can complete the levels without purchasing bs." You are a money hungry app! You skipping "hard games" and going straight to "super hard game" after I've just completed a super hard game! O stars

Cute and addictive 3d match game. Unfortunately the story suddenly stops, and there aren't many places to refurbish, but the match part is fun. You can easily progress without having to pay, though it is easy to accidentally spend coins when you fail a level (and for this reason I would avoid buying coins with real money).

Was a good game, now awful I loved it until about a month ago. It wouldn't let me play until I updated the app. Since then, it's been flipping between the two. Every time I try to play, I have to download then enter 111, then it flips back and drives me mad. Support said I must have downloaded it twice ( I haven't). I've stopped playing now which is annoying as I was up to level 965.

Loved the app until this last update - the bug isn't fixed and the game makes you enter 111 multiple times in a single play, just to be able to play. I've contacted support in the game. They told me to update which I did and the same bug is there. Still having to reset with 111 2-3x before I can play

This game is killing me lately. Every single time I play it glitches and makes me re-download the game. I don't lose progress, but it is such a massive inconvenience when you're in the middle of a game and it errors out and says a new version is available when there is not! I shouldn't have to re-download the game every single time I open it.

fun but when I have to download the latest version 1 to 2 times every time I open the game it kinda makes it really annoying. all the pop ups when you first open it as well. also I've played all the side games and they haven't added anymore in months. with that being said it is still a fun game but definitely has some CONs

MONEY GRAB. Far too many super hard levels, at least 1/3. Some are almost impossible. Level 1141 requires you to collect 120 items - that are DEEPLY buried under hundreds of others - in 3:20 min!! And about half of them are the tiny items that are hard to see/grab. (It would still be a super hard level if they were the ONLY items on the screen!!) So plan to blow thru your bonuses and spend tons of $$. Sometimes back to back super hard!!! Much more frustrating than fun now. I'm over it.
