The app sucks‼️ They send you notifications for a "deal" and then you go to the app and that sandwich is removed from the menu now. This has happened several times. Locations are on their map and when you click on that location it tells you this location is unavailable. I attempted to "chat" with the get help link in the app with no response at all after waiting. Enough already, I deleted it‼️

I sent an email explaining my issues. But basically my only problem related to the app is that when the store systems shut down to reboot or update or whatever you can't cancel an order and they can't see in order and they can't take an order. So there should be some way to cancel an order without canceling your account which was the only option that I see. So if I've overlooked it please point me in the right direction.

Embarrassingly buggy and unreliable app. Slow to react, sometimes loses track of what it's doing, and very often logs the user out, and refuses to allow one to log back in, often requiring a full reinstallation to work again, though even that doesn't guarantee a fix. Desperately needs to be updated, troubleshot, and fixed.

Continues running in the background after you close it. No setting to stop this. You have to find it and manually stop it each time. Otherwise, it's an invasion of privacy and a battery drain... When I close the app, if I minimize the screen, I see "2 apps active in the background." One is the VPN, which is supposed to be there, the other is the Hardee's app. Sometimes, you can force stop it and it will open again in the background despite removing all permissions!!

I can't even redeem any offers in the app. Anything advertised is not applicable in app. Including introductory offer. No point in having it. Edit: still never shows advertised specials in app. Uninstalling, a waste of time. I won't visit certain Hardee's locations anyway, due to slow, rude service and cold food. Other restaurant apps work as advertised.

Zero stars! App is garbage. Installed it, filled out the info to sign up and it wouldn't advance past that. Kept wanting me to put in password, which I did multiple times and it still wouldn't advance. Tried to order as a guest anyway and it didn't bring up any offers, just regular priced menu items. And only 8 or so things to choose from. Hardee's has a long way to go to catch up with the other fast food restaurants. Uninstalled app right away. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!

It's been months since the app has consistently worked. I might successfully order through the app 1 out of 10 times. I usually get to Place Order, but it won't proceed. Also, when I try to apply Free Fries, I usually get a message that says, "SORRY you can only redeem one item per order" when I haven't redeemed anything else. I've submitted the problem multiple times and even called the company with no resolution.

UPDATE.... Just when I didn't think it could get worse, it did. Just updated the app and now when I tap order, it will not let me select anything other than charbroiled combos. THIS. APP. IS. WORTHLESS. Awful!! When I try to redeem any points, I keep getting an OOOPS message telling me to make sure I have the item in my bag. I very clearly do. I am not the only one having this issue.

Even after a reinstall, this app was unusable. Clicking on just about anything on the menu (which was stuck on the breakfast menu past 11:30am, the ones out of town were not) caused the app to either crash or kick me back to the home screen. The app tends to be painfully slow as well. The app is also incessant about asking for precise location and will outright ignore approximate location.

It logs me out all of the time, and when I try to log in, I click login, and nothing happens. I've tried to password reset, I even tried to create a new account using Google or Facebook, but once again, nothing happens. It's so frustrating that I've held out and grabbed food someplace else multiple times solely because I couldn't get their app to cooperate

This app is a complete joke. The rewards program is simply broken and nonfunctioning. No "stars" are ever added regardless of how much you order. Deals sent via email never show up. Upon opening the app this morning, I was greeted with a BOGO offer on the main page. Alas, there was no way to actually apply the offer. If Hardee's ever wants to ascend beyond being an afterthought in the fast food game, fixing this abomination of an app would be a good place to start.

I am about to give up on the restaurant all together after the frustration with the app. I can never seem to get the app to find any restaurants other than the 1 I ordered from. The app won't let me select a combo I can only add individual items and then not get the discount. I order without the app and try to claim the rewards, it can never seem to find my receipt number. Definitely one of the worse user interfaces out of any of the fast service apps. Very close to dumping Hardee's for good

This app is a bit of a mess. The "Order Now" tab doesn't work after choosing a location. The deals are typically the same deals on repeat. The option to schedule an order for later doesn't work. However, my biggest complaint is that Drive-Thru and Delivery are my only options. I am unable to walk into the store and pick-up my food. If I have to sit in the Drive-Thru line (which is long for breakfast), while the inside counter is empty, then what is the point of ordering ahead?

App is average.. easy enough to use, but a few things would make it better. I wish they would enable drive through pick up. It's hard for me to get in and out of my car,especially carrying food for two people, and they make you go in the lobby to pick up. Also, being able to customize burgers more, like adding ketchup or pickles to any burger. Currently, you can only add or remove certain things depending on what burger it is.

Updated review. Finally, I have delivery in my area. I still don't recommend this app. They have so many fees, service, digital order, still gotta pay tax and tip. Very small menu, not a lot of options and the interface is a bit confusing to navigate. They also don't provide specific tracking, so my food was sitting outside for 10 mins. Not a single call or text, despite providing my phone number. Can't find were to report that my items are missing.

They fixed one issue, but the app is still garbage. I have an expired coupon stuck in my bag that I can do nothing with. I try to order something completely different "sorry we can't apply this offer", I try to order what the coupon was for "sorry something went wrong", I try to add a different reward "sorry only one offer at once".. there's no way to remove it. This is the only fast food app I've had for months and wanted to use on several occasions, but it's too buggy to be usable.

Won't ever accept my code number for points added after purchase and there isn't a way to scan your app if you are making an order in store. Fix this! I've lost a lot of points due to this problem! Also, when you look at your transaction history, it should show method of payment, whether gift card and/or credit card, like Taco Bell's app does. Very helpful to have that feature.

Frustrating to the point that I give up on ordering. It's very glitchy, too bright, and not the most user friendly. It needs to be simplified. I have repeated difficulty redeeming my points on items. An "oops" message always pops up. It's also stupid to select "ASAP" at checkout and get confirmation of the order being placed on both the app and email, yet you have to click on a seperate link via a text for the order to actually be sent to Hardee's. It's honestly easier to just order in person.

Is it a good app? I don't know. It won't load my local Hardee's location, so it won't let me see a menu or place an order. THEN in order to "cancel" the account I set up in the app, I had to fill out an extensive form detailing my personal info, asa prelude for legal right to delete. Ugh. I just wanted to order ahead for pick-up. It's kind of crazy that the MapBox map shows my local Hardee's, but it won't come up as an option in the app.

Impressive! Overly intrusive while remaining completely pointless! App runs in the background collecting location data. Even if you force close the app, it reopens and continues to kill your phone battery. Despite having 13 locations within 20 miles, the closest shown in the app is 50 miles away. Less than 10% compatibility with locations? Rewards can not be used in stores not shown on the app, even when ordering in person.
