i used this app for dining-in, but they gave me the wrong order, and when i asked them why, they said that the order they got was different from what i made in the app, and they couldn't make the custom one i did in the app bcz they didn't get the details in their machine, how come?! the staff even didn't know how to use the app! such a terrible experince

I'm trying to remove my save payment card but the application kept saving it... even after calling customer support they are unable to remove it..this is very risky application..

They're not trustworthy.... They will show you a coupon code to install their app and you try to order the food.... Booom ... No coupon code is working cuz it expired the same day...... Am not recommending them at all

Horrible app cant rate orders if you close the app, fake offers, invalid coupons. As for hardees as a restaurant they became overpriced and their food quality is decreasing by the day and you only get a verbal apology and the next order will be worse.

The OTP (one time password) never received from my side, the app keeps on asking to resend the OTP but it's not working.. I couldn't make any order through this app!!

Cheddar cheese appears in a small cup in the pic in app while you find it inside the sandwich as extra cheese. Either change the pic or write a description so that we dont get surprised upon receiving the deliverd order (wrong order for us according to what was chosen on the app!)

Items were on menue and issued for an invoice. The call center called me to say that Salads ( a menu item showing on the app ) is not available. He also kept asking me details on my address as if the information wasn't sent to him

A failure because of the OTP , first to register, but luckily there's an option to get it through mail , then after setting the order , OTP again with no option to get it through mail and the OTP was not sent by sms , a great waste of time

Im 2 km away from the branch and it leaves you select all items on your order, then it tells you store is offline and sometimes can't deliver to your address... are you joking.. uninstalled because it's useless

I used to order from it before and now they are saying they don't deliver to my location while the restaurant is infront of the Compound

One of the worst app I have ever used , you can't easily find what you want , you suddenly find out that you have made an order , and yet you can't cancel it , I don't really recommend it to anyone .. Hope you guys trying to work more to make it easy to use

Orders take a very long time to arrive, although my place of residance is so close to the restaurant, and on using the option of tracking the order in the app. It shows that the order has already arrived though it has not.

Very bad! I'm less than 1km away from the branch and when I tried to set my location it said "it can't deliver to this address!" lol You know what? TALABAT doesn't have such bugs in their app and it deliver to my address! Good luck

Bad responsiveness, coupons are never valid, not able to verify my phone number, can't use the app exclusive offers and when called the support the redirected my call to 2 different departments and the last resort was to take my order via phone...

After making an order with the application, the order came with a higher total amount and when I refused to pay it and paid as the application said the restaurant called and told me that I owe them the difference as I didn't update the application so ots my fault. I need to update it before every use so the new prices to be on it. Terrible application Terrible management

Works fine for delivery orders ... however self pick-up orders have recently became a disaster, the amount is deducted from card however the order status remains pending confirmation and the restaurant/branch doesn't recieve the order .. one time it was communicated super late and another not received at all !! So sad that such feature isn't working properly anymore..

I ordered by app and recieved a wrong order which is way cheaper than what i paid. I called the hotline 3 times to exchange the wrong order and all they say is " We are sorry" " We will exchange it" but they never did. Scammer restaurant. Don't ever get food from there!

the app doesn't work. it keeps giving an error that the prices have changed but nothings changed, it also gets you in an infinite loop where it asks for your info in order to pay. you literally can't buy anything.

Much delay in order delivery, terrible delivery time, it took 3 hours for my first order. The 4 stars are just because the app interface is good and friendly. But the app lacks precise location description field, beside street and district, it should contain description field to specify landmarks to make it easier for delivery.

Terrible app! It happened twice, that i ordered through this app and my order was delivered to an entirely different location and the mistake was not corrected neither by customer support nor management. Very disappointed in Hardee's management, uninstalled the app, and probably never ordering Hardee's again because of how poorly they handled this technical issue on their end. Not to mention the constant random change of pricing that doesn't make any sense.
