Bad rating just because of false advertising; in over a year it was impossible to use the promo codes the app sends or gives you through the app; went to the store, not even the stuff know how to use the codes or make them apply, i understand a bug in one code but in over a year for 5-6 different codes; come on now it's just a scam and as I said false advertising. At this point its not about saving that % of money, its just they think the customers are dumb and will buy anyways; NO I will not!

The burger was cold. Also if you have paid extra for a large meal, you'll probably get a regular size meal. On their website, it said there is a chance you can win prizes if you order large meal but there were no coupons for this at all.. Overall their service was that good but it can be better

I placed an order online went to the shop tried to pay for it using my card, they refused to take my card and insisted paying with cash, I wasn't carrying any cash still they refused to take my card and asked me to pay online and online payment also didn't went through, worst service i have ever experienced from a top brand in my Kuwait life

Very poor service. Not good at all. I was ordered burger 28 November and they cancel it for some reason. But they said that they will refound my money in 7 working days. But today 13 December still they didn’t any kind of response. I called their customer care many times but they didn’t say anything. Very poor response. I'm not happy with their service.

Dear Hardess Restaurant, You gave a coupon to our cashier to promote your lunch meal offer, but how can you expect us cashiers to promote it without any benefits? Promotions aren't cheap, you know! At the very least, you could arrange for a one-time dinner for Cashiers, and we'll make sure to promote it well. After all, we attend to more than 600 customers every day during our evening shifts. The app is great but, there's a tiny issue the detected address block number and street name are concatenated without spaces, which confuses the drivers on every delivery. I tried to manually edit the field but, it seems fixed - readonly.

The app needs fixing 1- the location always off, even when I use the location tap and pin point my location and still wrong block and street. 2- payment option takes for ever to open. 3- feedback limited words to type to complain about your app. The selection and offers in the menu are the same as any other app, make offers daily deals or weekly deals, burger of the day. Make reason why I download and keep it this app. Thank you for the great burgers and service. Keep up the good work.

I don't understand why some people are complaining about the location, I put the location once and there was no issue at all, I think it's because people need to type in the "how to reach" bar and be specific where exactly your location is, it's a great app too the delivery is fast, food is still hot, and packaging is great!

Everytime ordering and on part of checking out always loading and not going through. Error message shows contact customer service or place a new order.

This food apps is the worse ever I tried. We ordered but when we make payment it won't load like an hour. Stupid customer service also, the man on the line is keep asking and not listening.

Bad expirence i faced in hardees app , that i palced the order by application and bank deducted the amount but the order was not visible in there application ,once i called customer service they mentioned that they dont have any order under my name they need to check it and refund the amount after 3 days . Why should i wait for my amount to refund it i just want to get my order but their mentioned that they cannot deliver it . Worst applications to use in kuwait . 98079979 this is my ordernumber

Fast Delivery, Combination and Variety of Food are Perfect Match. The taste was so Amazing , You can Really tell if it is freshly cooked. Rider also polite. Total impression and overall for me was great and awesome.. I wish hardees cared about customers like they used to the curly fries portions is too little before medium was large and large now is less than medium before what happend plus offers is not good or inticing for me to use than talabat i don't get it
