Very bad experience. Not able to register the card to process the payment. Disappointing call centre that say simply delete the app and reinstall it 😕

This app is really glitchy it its design is unprofessional and most importantly every time i try to order delivery it says doesnt deliver to your location even though i live 5 minutes away ti the nearest branch waste of time people dont even try .

I just get it twice orderfor food delivery by apps but food quality is bad and price is not correct in the apps receipt and in actual receipt. very unprofessional. Staff and manager need more training to handle the SOP of the customer complain. Always think that's it's not the money or food you need to send back just to compainsate the customer complain. It's the thing that u need to assure that u hear their complain and that your ganna change what happen so u will gain the customer back.

Terrible customer service, definitely will not use this application ever again. Thieves! Due to an application error not including 2 sandwiches in the deal, they spent a good hour coming up with excuses not to provide our order!

I downloaded the application as you said , with a promise from your side that there will be a discount of 25 QR on the 1st 3 orders. I received an order with a shortage of one item which is hand scooped strawberry and I paid the full amount without discount. It was exactly like, I made an offer for Hardees !!! I wish you enjoyed my offer.

Can't vouch for the food, but I have to say that the app is great. Well designed, fast and fluid feeling. The animations/transitions are great and UI is quite clean. The search option cod be optimised but is okay.

Self pickup,carhop,dine in options not working in app from last week,only delivery option working, as I read reviews lot of people have same problems,I think your cheating customers by giving this promotion, because If they use those 3 option you will not get any delivery charges, so your trying by disable other 3 option and a worked only delivery option, customer only option to pay delivery chary buy these food ,shame on you

Waited for more than an hour, only to be called by a delivery guy who was at the wrong address. (Almost an hour away from my location.) And in the app it was already showing delivered! Let's just say I will not be ordering from their app again!

First of all kindly recruit customer service agent who can speak proper English. The way they communicate is horrible. Next app must have cancel the order option.I mistakenly placed the order and had to call customer help. Then no live tracking. My order wasn't delivered but app says it's delivered. I cancelled my order after waiting 1.5hours. within few mins of cancellation got a call as Hardee's delivery.But I see no such one around my place. Cheating like that they are ready to deliver.

The app does not have a way to cancel the order. We have called support 4times to assist since they're not accepting our credit card. When we chose the option to casb, our order took 1hr even though we were informed to receive it within 30-40mins. App even showed delivered even we have not received the food yet. Most complicated app ever

The tracking of orders is plainly false. It reports undelivered orders as delivered. I have yet to complete an order without multiple calls to customer care. The support staff are incompetent and dishonest and mistakes in delivery are not resolved. Steer clear of ordering through the app if you value your time and money.

It simply does not work. Selecting outlet and dine in location does not work. It simply isnt loading the outlet list. Unreal. Waiting, waiting, waiting, abject torture. Please please please fix this app. I am a coder and surely would be capable to use it if it worked

I had an absolutely horrible experience with this app. Firstly, the order arrived extremely late so my entire family (7 people) had to break their fasts with just dates and water. Then, when it finally arrived we discovered that 3 items were missing. This is ridiculous already, but on top of that, every single one of the 7 burgers we ordered were undercooked. The sauces were non-existent. After hours of attempting to contact customer service, these issues remain unresolved. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

They are giving offer only to the new customers, advertisement will show to everyone, there after if you go to the store, it will not get from app. Earlier offer was not showing, but nowadays it showing on app and location can't selected. Without location we can't place order. If you use new account you will get all. Cheating.

It was absolutely terrible! I had placed an order, and they didn't confirm it for 8 minutes, so I called the hardees helpline. The lady at the helpline said that they didn't receive any order from my number when I had already placed it AND PAID FOR IT! Now, the app shows that I haven't made any orders yet. Neither the app nor the hardees team is making an effort for a refund. Don't waste your money or time with this poorly designed app.
