The app accepts all orders, even those that can not be delivered for lack of drivers. Nobody from Hardee's will contact you. I waited for 1 hour, then I called to find that the order can not be delivered and they would return the money in 5-7 days. Such a stupid app that has nothing to do with their system!

I was charged after making an order but the order wasn't confirmed, called costumer service & they confirmed that I was charged but the order was stuck so I have to wait for a week to 10 days for a refund. How stupid is that, terrible costumer service & terrible unreliable app

If it was possible, I'd have given them zero rating! I ordered couple of sandwiches from them for dinner at 9 PM. Unfortunately, after waiting 45 mins the food was delivered COLD. I called them to return the order, but they asked me to call them again in half an hour, rather than taking this matter seriously. I wouldn't recommend buying from them, specially at night.

I tried to reach you guys out but couldn't find any portal to do so. A couple of months ago you guys introduced 'Jurassic Burger' which has been the best burger I have had at hardees. As the burger had been discontinued, I tried ordering Chicken Superstar but the taste has been really poor. Since then I have stopped eating at Hardees. Can you please reintroduce the Chicken Jurassic Burger as it is the finest of burgers I had tried at Hardees. I am not coming to you guys until then.

Got scammed by them. I paid using my card for a meal delivery to my hotel. I tracked it and it said delivered while I never received my food. I called them they kept saying they will deliver. This is totally unprofessional and I I never using this app again

Nov 2022 FEEDBACK 1) APP UI IS NOT USER FRIENDLY . 2) WHEN I PRESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUTTON , NOTHING HAPPEN 3) TO TRACK ORDER , VERY HECTIC - PUT ORDER NO AND DETAIL ( I NEED TO GO BACK IN ORDER HISTORY TO SEE ORDER NUMBER ) STUPID UI . SHOULD SHOW RECENT ORDER ATLEAST. 4) NEVER SAW ANY DEALS AND OFFER EVEN AT FESTIVAL TIMES. Even if offer is there they will charge 9 AED for delivery in that .

Worst application, Make an order and choose the address from the builtin GPS and it shows the restaurant a completely different address, after 40 mins of order the restaurant calls and says that they will not deliver, On top of bad app, bad customer service and bad behaviour of how to solve/rectify the mistake and eventually cancelling the order like nothing happened and like there was no customers waiting for the food they ordered

This is awful. It would not even allow me to put in my (correct) information to sign up! If it was that terrible in signing up-no way was I going to keep the app. Definitely need to work through your app and fix it.

Unlike Hardee's menu on Zomato, Talabat, etc, this app doesn't have any option to add condiments for burgers, like cheese, sauces, etc and it has several issues with signing in and payment checkout processes. A total disappointment for a famous fast food chain like Hardee's!

3 times we order an order through the application, and it cancels and responds to the customer service. Each person speaks other than the other, but they telling a single solution, which is that the solution is to order the order through them, but without using the discount coupon. It is clear that the purpose is to evade the 50% discount offered with the application.. a bad approach and you deserve a complaint about consumer protection Abu Dhabi . Very bad experience.

Worst experience. All fake promises. Unprofessional service. Not at all recommended. Believe it or not it is 2hrs despite of repeated calls the order was not delivered. And finally Hardee's gave me two options. Either to wait further even after 2hrs so they will give voucher for free chicken sandwich or cancel the order. Funny isn't?

Location among other things went wrong. First of all, I couldn't even order from the Hardees closest to me - it always said it was "off-line". Secondly, when I ordered for next day self pick-up from another branch, it just showed "pending" and not "confirmed", even after the time I had set for the order passed. 0/5

This app is either a scam or totally not optimised or coded very wrong. First of all there is no delivery option only pick up and then when i go to place an order it says that the store is offline no matter what branch i choose. Truly a scam imo because of the whole 50% off thing you were advertising about just to get people to download this non functioning application.

Very bad experience I ordered from the app waited 2 hours and did not receive the order I tried contacting support they said order is on the way but still nothing and then my order was completed and I didn't even receive it. Terrible experience I would not recommend using this app I don't even want to give 1 star as well but that's the only option there is

Placed an order to avail the 50% discount and the order got cancelled after we paid for it and the money was deducted from our account. They said they had issues in the system and that we'd have to pay again in cash but we wouldn't get the discount. The worst experience and overall they are definitely not worth it 👎👎👎

App wont log me in. I keep getting the login screen. The OTP doesn't reach my phone via text. I opted for email, and entered the OTP code but it keeps taking me back to login. I Force stopped the app, cleared cache, restarted with no use. I even Uninstalled and reinstalled but the same issue persists.

When making a meal why is the reset button so easily clicked on the top right side of my phone. When resetting a meal wouldn't it be more sensible to have an "are you sure you want to reset your selected meal" warning to show up on screen? I accidentally reset my order and I ended up ordering the wrong items without realising it. It's a massive design flaw and needs to be updated and fixed. Thankfully the branch we orded at eventually gave us the meal we needed but the hassle was ridiculous.

Absolutely infuriating. I tried to order a meal on their app. After checking out and finishing payment, i didn't have any order number due to an error on their app, but the amount was deducted from my bank. I have called their helpline and spoke with their staff multiple times while successfully verifying my bank card as instructed by the staff they acknowledged the issue and assured me that i would get the refund within a week. It's been six months, and i still haven't received my refund.

Worst ever app to deal with. I tried placing the order, updated all card details. Proceeded with the payment. The page showed web page not available. Tried again, almost half way through the payment attempt, i got a message that initial attempt deducted my money from the account and still not ordwr confirmation number nor is it taking me out of the checkout page either. Worst app ever. Customer service doesnt have any clue on what to say and technical team cannot be contacted either.

Don't use the app. the amount deducted from your account without order registered in their system. They don't even know where the problem is! The only solution is to wait for the money to be refunded! They don't even consider the hassle they caused the customers! Feedback dept / hotline useless - only reply from them is "we cannot do anything".
