I hate the bigoted Harness Health Pharmacy. No 2Factor auth. dont block screenshots. I don't see why their operations are legal. They never want me to start new meds the day they're prescribed, but when you are on hold all day to tell them they'll be responsible for health effects of delaying care, they'll finally authorize one bottle. I'm surprised they don't limit it to one week or one pill. They mail you pills in 100degree weather even if the package says store at less than 75degrees. hate!!!

Works well. Doesn't remember your shipping preference (vs picking up at physical pharmacy)

Contacting support is ridiculously hard. Puts you in a loop of call back with no one on the other end... I will change review if they can contact me and not leave me hanging.

I appreciate the thought & effort that has gone into the Harness Health Rx app. It works great on my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Their medication & refill reminders, auto refill, as well as the ability to quickly speak to a rep means a lot to me. *Edit: I forgot to mention that whenever there is an issue that requires them to reach out to me, they do it quickly and professionally by my contact method of choice (e-mail, phone, or text). Keeping my deb/benefit card on file means uninterrupted serv.
