Worst app ever!! We bought tickets for Universal Studios through this third-party app, and inside the inclusions of the tickets, it says we could have free meal vouchers, which we bought it more expensive than other third party apps... when we arrived at USS and ordered food... the workers there told us that the tickets this app gave us had no vouchers in it!! When we make complaints at the customer service, the ppl at Universal Studios told us that many customers also encounter the same problem

We bought 3 sets of USS tickets (admission ticket + express pass) but Headout only sent us the express pass tickets so that we can not enter the venue. We tried to contact support by email and call the local agent in Singapore but turned out there was no responses at all. We had to purchase new admission tickets to enter the venue. Totally ripped off. Better purchase directly to the venue and avoid this disreputable company.

Customer care service is pathetic of this app.. please be sure of bookings which you make. In case you want to cancel due to some emergency issues they won't help at all. I have faced a issue with one of my booking in Thailand. I booked for tiger park in phuket and somehow the book was made for next day, not sure because of technical glitch or what but when I got to know when I reached destination. They told to purchase a new tickets and then vendor will refund for cancellation. But nothing happ

I travelled to thailand and booked Safari world tkt from aheadout. Found the best price. The thing with these aggregator apps, like flight, hotel etc bookings,one has to read clearly what's included and not , so there is no disappointment later. We live in an era of complicated Terms and conditions , so that's a given. This app is easy to manage and user friendly.

I was denied entry for the Nusa Penida to Sanur ferry using the tickets provided by Headout. I raised this issue with Headout 45 minutes prior to departure, but they were unable to resolve the problem. I am unsure if they even attempted to fix it. Consequently, I had to purchase new tickets, paying 350k Indonesian ruppee in cash. This was my first transaction with Headout, and it was a horrible experience.

do NOT use this to book anything. it is a scam. I bought 5 tickets from them for universal studios and ALL of them were refused entry because the tickets had already been used! these people knowingly take your money and give you expired tickets. and while we were getting help from universal studio counter, there were people next to us having fact same issue and they also purchased from head out. Do not use these scammers.

I used their app to buy a ticket in the Leonardo Express. Inexplicably, after paying, they dont send you the ticket. They tell you to wait. I missed my train waiting for the ticket to arrive. Why on earth would you provide this service and make people wait 30 mins for a ticket you can get instantly at the station? As expected from all these low quality apps, the help chat was absolutely useless. If you use headout, you'll likely miss your train.

Booking #23856401. My wife was VERY DISAPPOINTED with your services. She chose a date too early for her trip to Paris by mistake and tried to notify you within several minutes but was too late to cancel. She paid for a tour she couldn't use. Please realize that, especially with online bookings, there is a probability of a mistake. And you should have a way to cancel the booking before it takes place. I hereby request a full refund of the unused booking #23856401.

Bought tickets online - they don't actually email you the tickets, you are forced to download the app. This caused much inconvenience when entering a museum. Also booked a tour but there was no information on where to start the tour from, wasted half the day trying to find it. Customer service non existent

Literally one of the ***worst*** customer experiences I've ever had. Having paid an extra €11 for a service that ended up not being provided at all by local tour operators hired by Headout, the Headout customer reps flatly refuse to refund just this portion of the experience that was ***never*** provided to any of the guests, despite providing copies of text exchanges between the tour guides and guest where this service is clearly stated. AVOID this app, also look at all the 1* reviews

Don't book with this company, they make their website look like the real places, then charge a big fee. I even cancelled a booking with them, no record sent. tried to call put on hold via automated voice, then told me they couldn't help me at this time and hung up!!! now I am emailing them with the issue and their responses are odd and don't reflect what I am saying.

This app is based on a hoax. They pose as a website for a real tourist destination, then charge a few and also try to upsell you by leading you to believe you are getting an audioguide. I went to the Prado in Madrid. The REAL museum audioguide had descriptions of hundreds of paintings. Headout had about 12, and those didn't work. Garbage. The only good thing I can say was that the ticket (which I paid 20% extra for because I bought it from Headout) did actually get me in the museum.

Never ever do business with these people. I booked admission tickets and an audio guide. The audio guide was never provided. I attempted to call all three support numbers (for France, the US, and touring bee. No answer from any of them. I attempted to send email to the support email address, but that now gers bounced with an error. This is a pure utter scam!

We booked a tour that included audio guide and the code was for a side tour that we did not book. I called for help and was told it was my fault and when I tried to pay extra for the right audio guide my attempts were declined multiple times. We saw the Acropolis without a guide which was disappointing. The wording for a native English speaker was unclear and the lack of help from customer service was disappointing.

Absolutely useless. Zero stars. 1. Does not allow purchase of more than two kids tickets. 2. The guide feature requireds constant internet connection, it doesn't download the guide to your device. Abosolutelt useless when visiting sites with spotty connection. 3. The app requires to be on top to function at all, otherwise it closes and you are required to login each time. This makes this app abosolutely useless as a museum guide. Each time you take a picture , the app logs you out.

Cant book more than one ticket for family of 7. I guess you're target market is single people who go Dutch. Also tried via the website but my credit card kept getting declined when I tried to buy more than one pass. You have to email them your passport # and other personal info. Tried to cancel but they stole my money. We travel a lot and we use apps all the time. This app is not for anyone seeking a good value or good service. They are thieves!

Some tour guides are hit and miss (audio issues or lack of; some are very hard to understand) I'd still recommend getting a tour guide when you go to these marvelous places. I wish I had more time to explore. I liked that it will tell you exactly where to meet but some instructions were not as clear and hard to find them if they don't have the most noticeable flag. it's always great when the tour guide knows a lot about history and share tid bits about the city itself and some do's and don't.

Very bad. Paid for Audio Tour of Rome. It doesn't pre-download the audio files and instead relies on Mobile Data signal which is hit & miss inside the Sights, so it cuts off or won't even load properly.... Tour guide info is not structured or matched to your Tour in any systematic way (using numbers visible on signs, for example). Recordings have pronunciation errors, and rather than having you search out interesting stories or facts from things to find, it just gives tedious general info...

the app is functional but they are unreliable, I wish I had researched before using them. Headout has horrible user reviews, with one showing from the BBB. The portion that was fulfilled (heli tour) was great but we had no entry tickets for the canyon or skywalk and had to pay $164 onsite AFTER paying headout for those tickets. I've submitted a request for a refund but have not heard from anyone. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HEAD OUT.
