Excellent app...I used it for the first time today to video call with my doctor. Nearly everything was perfect; one small issue was figuring out 'how' to activate the telemedicine appt, and so it took over an hour to finally login with my Dr. Now that I figured out how it works, next time will be easier to connect. Once we were connected, the video quality was great and there are a lot of extra features built into the app to make it as useful as possible. Kudos.

App is all right, very basic, but what a waste of time it can be! Does not indicate what kind of appointment you have. I had labs and the app was not specific on the nature of the appt, never received a reminder, did not even indicate if it was a televisit, and I ended up missing my labs. Very inconvenient!!! Needs a better detail and labeling system.

Was fine. Not the best GUI, but she got the job done once you were accustomed to it. During the past week, after years of using it, I added a 2nd practice last year... Now I can't get past the: welcome & give us your pin page. Thr wrong pin generates an appropriate message but the correct pin flashes an unusable glimpse of the main page before returning to the: welcome & we need your pin page. My results were posted yesterday and I can't see them! For now, the app is a total failure.

The app is incredibly unresponsive, with little indication that you have selected anything. Much of the processing happens without informing the user that something is loading or processing. Also, it is literally impossible to change it password. There are multiple issues with the process, including waiting until the service sends you a recovery code before moving to a new screen. The button doesn't react to input. Finally, pushing submit on the new password does not seem to do anything.

EDIT: Used to be great a great app. Ever since they updated the pin from 4 to 6 digit (and probably other things) The msg center is messed up. It says I have a new msg, but I can it find it. Some old communications have disappeared too. Huge bummer, it's been a while and still not fixed!!! (4/21/22) *Great app, super useful and easy to use. I love the communication feature and that I can look up my results at any time*

Can't tap back and exit from the login screen. If you accidentally open the app, then you MUST login. This is especially troublesome if the app can't connect. Then you're stuck unless you kill it off. If I didn't use this to connect to my doctor's office, it would have been deleted long ago. It does work allowing you to view your lab work and send messages to your doctor. Can't seem to request appointments through the app. Lately it has been better. Four stars for the limited accessory and tracker support. It only supports t4rackers and apps from a few companies. None of which I use

Set up for a cell phone and for a computer are not user friendly or intuitive. The two systems are not at all alike. If you want to use this app AND the computer browser version you will have to learn 2 different systems (app's). The fingerprint login available in the cellphone version is the shining star of that system. Now that both versions are installed/setup, I have yet to determine the usefulness of this system/app since is new to me at this point. The concept is good, but the execution leaves a lot to be desired based on my first look. Time will tell if I feel that I should upgrade my rating.

Have had an incredible amsount of difficulty keeping this app workimg on a continuous basis. It's been down much more than it has been working. When it does work, and I can log in, I can't create or edit or verify or correct much of the data. The "reports" are mostly blank. In a section addressing 'problems', there are no dates (a very helpful detail when reviewing history). There are many little (and a few BIG) aggravations. It's a shame. Looks good/works bad.

Update: I've been unable to login. Keeps going back to the login and wanting my finger print again. I uninstalled and will reinstall but if that doesnt fix it, I'm done with it. When this app was first offered it worked great. Was able to link accounts and find info for my aging parents instantly. Now the linked accounts are missing and when I try to add them back nothing happens. Too bad! It was so helpful at first.

Biggest POS doc app ever! Before setting an appointment, I now ask if they use Healow, if they do, I do somewhere else! I can't even add my doctor to my profile. On the help page, to add I just goto settings, there is no settings button! I'm going to delete the app, re-download it and maybe it will work right on the 2nd try. Even though I've had this app for over 2 years!

This is easily the most pos app I have ever used for medical events. It is overly intrusive with "security" questions, passwords, pins, and biometrics, all of which had to be setup, including phone numbers. It is simpler to just call your doctor and be on hold for who knows how long rather than deal with this garbage. I encourage all medical professionals to find a different solution.

Tried to sign in. After entering 4 of six characters, it flashed warning that there had been 5 incorrect attempts to log in, so it would do a five minute countdown before allowing another attempt. This is when there hadn't been any attempts, and only 4 of 6 characters were entered! I waited 5 and tried again with the same result. Is someone attacking your servers? Also, appointment check-in never works. I end up having to use their long form check in or waiting for an available window.

Several things need to be worked on. Appointments cannot be added to my calendar. I have Google, Samsung and Outlook. It will not propagate to any of them. There are no notifications. Not of an appointment. Not of a new prescription. Not of a message. Nothing. It seems to lack all of the advantages of having an app. Literally everything this app can do, can be done by email. Except I get a notification when I receive an email. So email is actually better.

Hard to find anything other than appts. Difficult to tap small areas/icons Update.. just installed on new phone, won't verify location or provider. As an ex mobile programmer, I can say this is absolutely not user-friendly. And poorly designed for anything except larger screens. I use a small form phone and this app does not work on it. Very poor design

The app doesn't support adding your scheduled visits to your calendar. All you can do is add a reminder for the appointment which blocks of a 10 minute reminder time. That is not the time I need blocked off. To block off time for the appointment with location details, you have to add the entry manually through your calendar app. Once I do that, I can use the calendar app to set multiple notifications that notify me without blocking off unnecessary time. The app's 'add to calendar' is useless.

Make no mistake this app is incredibly clunky and difficult to use. Messaging is very unreliable and doesn't always allow you to type even though it opens your draft. If doctors and surgeons were required to also use it with their own phones they would cancel contracts immediately. As with most things healthcare related it's not there for the patient. It's there because it makes or saves money for providers. Just another frustrating firewall
