Doesn't pair with Tenovi BP monitor. Have to enter all info manually. Doesn't provide anything more useful than program/app I'm already using manually.

Been using this since 2019. All I want to do is sync my BP data with Google Fit, that's it! It used to work fine, recently updated and now I'm expected to pay an annual subscription, can't even make a one-off payment for this single feature. Stuff that, going to find another app to do it. What a rip-off. Edit: Sorry but a one year reduction in the subscription for just one feature doesn't warrant thinking about. App deleted, I'll enter the data manually into Fit.

I love this app, but it doesn't always automatically sync glucose readings. Sometimes have to enter them manually. It is much better than keeping a paper diary and is handy to take to the doctor.

This is a great app for me. Works with several sensor devices that I have. And their technical support is first rate.

The customizable dashboard on the standard app is awesome. The best feature is being able to store all your at home BP readings. Nice and handy to show my Docs that my BP is all over the board

Previous review was about a login issue but seems to have sorted itself. Good app for keeping everything in 1 place. Only bug/issue now is my fat fingers sometimes find it hard to scroll to the correct number but that's a me thing not an app thing

Hahahahahahahahahahaha, pay money to sync my data to Google Fit! Hahahahahahahahahahaha, deleted app! You still have to pay a subscription to transfer data which I've never seen on another program, ever! So no, your app is a joke when I can go to another app that will do it free! SYNCING WITH HEALTH CONNECT ALSO REQUIRES A SUBSCRIPTION! STILL NOT PAYING! WHY WOULD I PAY TO SYNC DATA WHEN EVERY OTHER APP I'VE LOOKED AT DOESN'T REQUIRE A SUBSCRIPTION FOR SYNCING DATA!

Love, love, love this app - and I DON'T own an electronic device that links to this app. I use the Reminders extensively; Logs of test; links to FatSecret and Google Fit. This gives me an app that keeps all my immedicate medical and physical expenditures. Great for Doctors, Trainers, Dietitians, and great for tracking weight loss, too. I recommend whole heartedly, if you want a one stop shop for everything you. P.S. Help Consultants are great in helping as well.

Won't work without giving location. I dont understand why, in order for Bluetooth to connect to a blood pressure cuff, it MUST have my location turned on. This is a ridiculous request (mandate) can you please explain why? I understand blood pressure changes in regard to elevation, but my readings aren't date stamped with location, so that wouldn't effect anything.

I got the model: bpm-617 to monitor my blood pressure. It's been a wonderful tool to monitor my heart health, it's been easy to use with lots of info. My favorite part has been the Bluetooth monitoring and journaling options. I got it for its rechargeable and Bluetooth capabilities, when I can, I want to get the other i-proven monitors for temp. Thank you for making such an easy to use product.

Lost all data and can't set to different user! I had issues getting it to grab data from an oxiline BP meter. It finally decided to work. Then after recording a bunch of measurements, I went take a critical measurement and suddenly it wanted me to log back into my account. I was in a hurry so took the proceed without logging in option. Now the app is stuck with user "me" and gives me no option to change back to my actual user. No help in the help section. Going to uninstall

I needed an app to work with my blood pressure cuff and allow me to keep track of my weight loss progress with out any extra bulk. I'm glad I found this app! It's easy to use, doesn't need online registration, and just works! The only two things I wish this app did was local data backup and restore and the ability to work with my Fitbit. Otherwise it works exactly for what I need it for. Thanks for a great app!

App isn't very consistent when trying to sync my blood sugar readings to my phone. It's paired in my phone. I've tried turning it on and turning it off, tried refreshing the app to see if it would sync. I've only able to get it to work a couple of times. I see there is an update that I tried to download and got an error message. Error says (com.medm.app.health:0). I've tried downloading it several times and keep getting same error. I'm on an Android

Excellent product. Superior customer support! This app supports a ton of sensors (many of them "off brand") and integrates bidirectionally with Google Fit and so is perfect for tracking your vital stats when your sensors don't belong to a common vendor. When I found that I had an issue with a supported sensor not syncing with Fit... Their support team was right on top of it and had a fix pushed out within 2 days. Very impressive! Team is very responsive and won't leave you in limbo.

I have loved this app for a year or so, so when it quit working last week I was reminded of how simple, yet awesome it is. Now I can also praise its support team, especially Timur, who responded quickly, and accurately, and got me up and running again. (They had a problem with a build.. and then I compounded it with operator error.) In my experience how a company responds to problems is the best measure of their worth. And MedM is a solid 5 stars.

Device bluetooth data sync is unreliable and poorly designed, even if background sync is enabled, even if you make the app unrestricted in battery usage. It doesn't always sync in blood pressure measurement, and if it missed a reading import, it missed it forever. The app does not sync any previous blood pressure readings from Oxiline Pressure Pro X. Readings have to be synced the moment it is taken or it never will and you've lost it. **The reply by developer doesn't address the above issue.

My Oxiline Glucose meter X Pro would not sync. I emailed tech support and they replied same day with some pointers. It still didn't work so I sent them a log file from the app. The next day they released a new version and sent me the link. Turns out Oxiline changed the Bluetooth name for their meter without telling anyone. I have NEVER seen such amazing tech support from any company. Also I love the features of this app.

Overall I really like this app. I just wish that every vital sign & item trackable was able to be manually entered. A few require "devices" for you to even track them and Id rather not buy new bluetooth devices just to be able to track it. I want to use what I already have which arent bluetooth enabled. Also not all bluetooth devices work. I have a bluetooth thermometer and it never "finds" it. Also, I wish the temp offered BBT temp & a way for women to track their cycles & food tracking too.

Google Fit syncing is blocked by Google and fit bit syncing isn't working for me either. Finding this out after paying for a subscription to this app. Ugh. Edit: thanks for the explaination about google fit. I will give Health Connect a try. The only other complaint I have about that app is that when used with the iproven blood pressure monitor it doesn't obey the User 1 and User 2 setting. I often get user 2 data in my user 1 log.

Only use this for a blood pressure machine. Not paying monthly or yearly just to sync with health connect/Google fit/Fitbit. A feature that other health apps do not charge for. Not like you even have to host a server for that function since it runs on my phone only. Edit: I should add this was an advertised feature of the blood pressure machine at no cost when it was purchased. It only works with this app. Talk about bait and switch. Response to dev: bs excuse.
