More About HealtheLife

HealtheLife helps individuals and families stay informed, educated and take a more active role in their health.
Through the HealtheLife app, you have real-time and easy access to your health care organization's online portal. This portal shows your latest health care information and provides services needed to plan, understand and engage in your care.

You must first be granted access by your health care organization to use their online portal. Once you have an account, simply sign into the HealtheLife app with your Cerner Health username and password. If you have access to portals from multiple health care organizations, you can view all participating portals through the app.

Each participating organization's portal is unique but most portals allow you to connect with your care team by:
• Securely messaging your provider
• Scheduling and managing upcoming appointments
• Accessing medical information including allergies, laboratory results, health issues, immunizations, medications and other health documents

If you need assistance accessing your existing account, visit your health care organization's website for support options. Contact your provider directly regarding questions about your health record. Personal health inquiries or concerns posted as comments in the Play Store cannot be addressed.

Never lets me sign in. Every time I try and log in on the app it just sends me back to the main screen again. If I delete the app and reinstall it allows me to sign in once and then never again. It's been doing this for over a year now

Results are so delayed you don't even know if they're going to download. Tech help is none existent. Emailed issues & it took over a month to respond & still no help. Have to uninstall & reinstall to get login to work or reset password. It's a terrible app for anyone that wants their medical results.

No longer allows me to log in. I have the correct password, but when i click sign in, it just reloads the sign in page. No errors shown or anything. Just unusable.

Absolutely terrible Portal app. Every health provider should use MyChart. It's cleaner, easier to use, and at least canceling an appointment and scheduling appointment is easy. This app is terrible when it comes to this. It asks send to who can find the correct person. Absolutely garbage shouldn't be considered by health professionals.

Unable to download records most of the time, and when signing in, it won't let you until you either completely close out the app (make sure it's not running in the background) and reopen it, or uninstall it completely then reinstall. Otherwise it will ask for your credentials and then just blink back to the sign in page after pressing log in.

This is the worst medical app I have used. I use it for Insight Chicago. I can't sign in most of the times. When I am able to sign in I am not able to message my providers. It doesn't show my upcoming appointments. It doesn't have a link to schedule appointments. When I used Advocate Health app it is a very good platform. Maybe you all could get ideas from them. The app needs to be fixed.

Update: I can only open app and use if I force stop each time. I know they are in transition right now but 50% of the time I can't sign in, such as this a.m. You can't make appointments on it anymore, you can't view culture results. The clinic visits aren't timely & say very little. I love the email option now & being able to attach files/pics. It's a Cerner product, which is good but very quirky, which is not up to my RN standards

Our healtchare provider used to use FollowMyHealth. From a user standpoint, HealtheLife is inferior. It keeps losing the ability for me to sign in with my fingerprint. A lot of the menus are poorly constructed. There is a lot more reliance on you as a user to type and search to find your particular provider, for instance. There is also not an easy way to request a refill through the app. This is such a disappointing downgrade.

Not the best, when it works. About 1 in every 4-5 login attempts. After clearing the cache or uninstalling/re-installing the app. Am able to log in to the website online 100% of the time which would suggest this to be an app issue. Also, of all the MyChart/patient portal apps I have used (3) is it hands down the least intuitive or user friendly. Not a fan.

Menninger in Houston uses this. It SUCKS. Mildly ok at first, it keeps getting worse. Video calls never worked well. It used to let me sign in with a fingerprint, then it would make me login too, then it would just sit on the loading session screen forever. Now I have to sign in, force close several times to get to the second login before I can access. I still have to call to make appointments. The message system has no history. BEYOND USELESS.

Good-when it works. It gives you options to sign in, but won't actually let you in, even after accepting your fingerprint. It will then have you enter your email and password over and over and over again, until you get so frustrated you select "forgot password" option. Reset your password. Surprise! It still won't let you in... I need this app to work. It's what my hospital and it's affiliates use, and is the only way I can communicate with them. I am Autistic, and do not talk on the phone. Help

The new update is TERRIBLE! If I could give it ZERO stars, I would! It's nearly impossible to navigate, I can't find any of my history, test results, or visit summaries, and the color scheme is horrible! I used to love this app, and I monitored my health stats frequently. If these bugs aren't fixed soon, or if you don't revert back to pre-update state, I'm uninstalling! Very disappointed and a firm believer in, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" ☹

This is basically a wrapper for loading specific webpages. Information, such as your account number, doesn't carry between modules like bill pay. The login screen gets stuck in a loop until you force close the app. There is no "remember me" option when logging in. There are references to using updated browsers like Chrome/Firefox to view the pages...inside the app. Some tasks require additional navigation for no reason (eg messaging). From a design standpoint it looks bland.

This app could be more user friendly. For example, it should explain that MRN means medical record number, and users shouldn't have to search through documents to find it. I also wish the app wouldn't make me filter the results by date--just list them all. It'd be easier that way. Also, my upcoming appointment is not showing up. I am not having any trouble signing in and appreciate being able to use my fingerprint sign-in.

When I first got this app, signing up was pretty easy. When I went to log in, it took a few tries. Now I can't get it to log in at all. It keeps stating logging in and then gives me an error and retry. No, it's not my password because if I enter the wrong one, it states user and password don't match. No point in having something if it doesn't let you in the app.

The app sucks. Before the update it was simply bad. The information was there and you'd get to it eventually, just not user friendly. Now it's horrible. Can't access anything bc screen either freezes or doesn't indicate where to go. Can't get any test results, see appointments, etc. WMC is a disorganized organization whose administration needs to go.

I started using this app when I joined YRMC. Compared to the Kaiser Permanente app, it's horribly convoluted & difficult to navigate. Having tabs is fine; you just need more of them. Perhaps using sliding tabs. Messaging should have an option to switch folders (ie, from Inbox to Sent Items), without having to go through multiple levels (menu>secure messaging>sent items). Just turn the Inbox page title into a drop-down, with selections (Sent Items, etc). At least you don't allow ads in the app!

Didn't transfer over to new phone. I've been using this app for years and love it--until I got a new phone. I was told all my apps would transfer over, and most did except for three. Yours was one. The basic app transferred over but none of my personal info--blood work, other tests, messages to and from my doctors and--worst of all--my password! (I had kept all passwords on a list app which also didn't transfer.) Is there any way to get that info back? Help!
