**UPDATE*** This app had been working well for a while. However, this year, 2024, I have not been able to complete actions on this app, actions I have completed last year with the same company as used last year. I can't believe you can't get the complete app to work!***If I could give the app a negative rating, I would. Cannot log in and can't even get back to the login page. TSK TSK TSK!!! I have screen shots if you want them! Until it works consistently each month, I will keep this rating!

Won't take my email 50 percent of the time and freezes the other 50 percent. I end up having to change the long drawn out password you require Everytime I use this app. All in all I spend way to much time trying to even open this app. I have installed and uninstalled this app a dozen times and nothing ever changes. I am done with this aggravation ! I wouldn't give it one star but I can't leave a review if I don't.

Liked app till I switched to OS Android 13 and now it wont let me log in with password or fingerprint even though I can on older phone with those two methods and exact same password. Have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled. Tech support says there is an issue with it working on some phones. It would be nice if they would get it fixed. After reading reviews it seems as cells running on newer OS are all having same issues after the last update was done. I did reach out. No fix yet!

This app is the worst!!! You can't ever log in. If you by chance get to log in, it'll kick you off in the middle of doing something. I thought it was a download error, so I erased it and reloaded it. Can't log in at all now. It clears out user name and password as soon as you hit log in. Then you have to type it again. It's bad enough the elderly can't see or do half these things theirselves anyway. Then you put an app that is impossible to use!!!

Impossible to navigate. Getting all kinds of error messages won't let me log in screens frozen in place and can't scroll down. Will not list stores and just a pain. Also not able to connect over the phone either. If it goes through their is half a syllabi said and then disconnects. Horrible Horrible experience. Notice bot response on the reviews. Only the names change.

Problems logging in every time. App keeps closing out on first attempt, sometimes second attempt as well which prompts my phone to notify me that the "app keeps closing" and has me "close app." This is not a rare occurrence, it's every single time. Many items that I've scanned to see if they're covered show as not covered but checking out proves that wrong as the items (usually generics) will be deducted from the balance.

When I upgraded my humana plan, I had to re-sign and re-set up the app. At first, getting around the app was good. However, when I exit the app, then return to it, I have to start over from scratch, because now, all of a sudden, my credentials (username/email, and password) are not correct. And, I get locked out of my account. Update 2/3/2024, Now, I am not able to log in at all!!!!! When logging in, app completely closes out!! This app is COMPLETELY UNUSABLE!!! PLEASE FIX AND MAKE IT BETTER!!!!

This app has stopped working. It crashes every 30 seconds and if I'm quick enough to make it to the order aspect it tells me that I don't have enough credit, when I do or it says the price on an item has changed so the item can't be purchased. Shopping was so much easier before this app and the partnership with Walmart. Since Walmart got involved most items aren't available unless it's the one listed at the highest price and the prices keep going upwards!

Shows 3 different amounts that i have to spend but none are accurate. It's not your phone storage system. Crashes repeatedly after logging in. A nightmare app. In a half hour the app crashed 10 times. By 45 minutes marker it had crashed close to 20 times even after I was able to log in and just check on my balance. I have not been able to move past clicking logging in and just being in the app. It was not my phone or wifi, the app is the issue.

First, it doesn't allow you to save passwords. Second, it doesn't allow you to save the touch ID feature. Third, once you're able to login, after several tries, searching for an item is a labyrinth. Fourth, once you have gone through the process of selecting items, it WON'T let you check out because "your transaction exceeds the limit of your balance". Fifth, you end up calling the customer service number for them to process your order. PS. there's always a balance left in the account.

I was going to give it a 5 star rating but as I began to traverse through the app, it started freezing up, running slow and then the app closes down, and kicks me out all together. Have been trying for the last 3 hours to place my OTC order and haven't even gotten 10 things ordered. This totally sucks big time, I thought these apps were supposed to help those of us that can't get in amongst a lot of people shopping. Hopefully this can be fixed soon. I would like to finish my shopping with ease.

I don't want to even give this one star! Something is wrong with the login. Every time I go to use my saved email login combination it automatically deletes it. What's the point of offering the ability to save your login information when it won't allow you to log in with the saved information? And yes I triple checked, my email and password r 100% correct. Also don't go to their website for support, it leads to United healthcare who doesn't control the app

It works half the time. The other half, it just freezes on the login screen. When it does work, it often reports incorrect amounts available, like when you're checking out, staring at the screen that says how much IS available, but the card takes nothing off eligible items. Better still is scanning an item with the app, it tells you the item IS eligible, yet no credit is given at the register as the register displays, in a popup error message, "you have no eligible items." Yeah. Super helpful.

Constantly kicks me out !!😕😥😕 I'll be on the app trying to get my order together, but it will continue to log me out when I try to pull up an item to check it out (it doesn't do it every single time, but enough for it to be very incredibly frustrating 😕 😞when I'm trying to see what they have on their website so I can place an order. Instead of me being able to get an order together rather quickly, I have had to log back in over & over again! They need to make some major repairs on here !

This is a horrible App. Half the time it dosnt work, the other half has wrong info. Last year this benefit was great and the APP worked fine. During this FIRST qtr, I already had to request a new card hoping that would fix things. Somehow, It's worse now. This dam thing charged my card a little ovr $31 for an order I nvr placed, for an item that I can't use. When you call, that's a whole other nightmare. All I could do was cry in frustration.

Give's false $ left to spend. Go to transaction history and do the math yourself. The app closes with screen off for ~2 minutes with the app left open, it is gone, force closed not even in recent list, so relogin every 2 min/s. Items covered that aren't. Put the product scanner accessible on the main page! 0 stars. Galaxy S22. I'll send logs if you have it set up for that and update it. Cache/settings ive cleared, same. Cluttered mess. Not for non tech-savvy users. Restructure and simplify UI!

Ever since your new update on the app..it doesn't work properly and crashes all the time.. on top of that your new design for the website is absolutely horrible..from the layout to the organization of it.. the old layout was much easier to use more concise and you could see everything.. and decide between two tabs OTC oral healthy foods. this one is jumbled...doesn't separate anything then you change the rules that you must do $35 when before there was no cap.. so I can't spend what I have left

Prices are not shown in app unless you open each one. App will show out of stock when you can order it on a PC. After the sub total the total goes up with no explanation. Tax is added as expected but it says shipping is free and a mystery charge must have been added but not itemized. Now you are 12 cents over, even if you get a cheaper or more expensive choice and there us no way to add your own payment to it. Maddening enough to switch advantage plans

Update 6/3: Regarding the message from the developer below, I have sent an email to that address twice with absolutely no response. First message a couple of weeks ago and another last week. Very frustrated! After entering username/password, it appears to start to do something, but never leaves that screen. Have logged in fine with laptop/browser interface. And with all of the reviews indicating either login or stability issues when trying to use app, it is definitely a problem with the app.

I spend so much time scanning items in the store to verify they are covered. I recently had to have about 5 or 6 items removed because the scanner was inaccurate. What's the point of having the scanner if it's wrong? Online shopping is worse because you have to go all the way to checkout to see if each item is covered. I can't find a catalogue, PDF, or Google list. I literally chose this insurance because I thought this would be a help to me. I get so frustrated. Please update/fix the app.
