It's okay, it's nothing like a parabolic mic, or Discords array of audio options. It kind of increases sorrounding sounds while almost removing ambient sounds. I definitely wouldn't pay for technology that was free in the early 2000's though. Has promise if they worked on it.

For an app that works it's s fine. UI and features could be improved. A 30 day trial before a $129 subscription is a big barrier. You would likely profit more from a one time purchase for a full version at a much lower price. I know I would buy it in a heartbeat and likely so would many other people.

Great up works on and off pretty good I mean it does cut out sometimes and it has to have just a little bit of noise for it really to start picking up stuff on a consistent level but otherwise but otherwise works great only thing that I would suggest to the Creator is to make it be able to go into the background and leave everything on or to have it in a pop-up or in a split screen you literally can't do anything else and make it easier to connect to headphones instead of happened to turn off an

Not working on Samsung Note s10 plus. Trying 3 apps out… other 2 work… this one not at all. Keeps saying "first connect to listen device/ Bluetooth. This phone is beyond amazing at connecting with apps that use Bluetooth. Heard That has a great UI and user walk through … but for Samsung Note s10 plus it ends there. Uninstalled this app that doesn't work.

Works pretty good. Must get paid version if you plan on using it a lot. I wish there was a record feature though.

The noise removal works well. Unfortunately, it does not manage directional mode on my Samsung S24 ultra, so I hear my own voice loud and delayed. Really distracting!

I like the Idea, and you guys nailed it on presentation, three things i want to talk about, 1, The UI looks old, it feels like im navigating facebook in 2017. 2, earbuds do not work. 3, the tutorial video looks very nice, but i feel like you can make it more like an ad. Instead, you can use someone younger, it makes the video a lot easier to look at, and pay attention to. Edit your little cancellation bar to fade in quickly. wouldnt recommend for people who use earbuds. 4/10.

This app is pretty friggin cool. It's been a long time since I've honestly been impressed with a free app. But be forewarned, tweak out too much with it and it could become addictive. ;)

I have tried using this on my MotoG8 Power phone and think it may have potential, but have given it up for now. Setting the app up requires a very long slow process after which it did not work well because of time lag between amplified audio and direct audio still audible with headphones. I posted a comment and was sent something to try, but the message somehow got lost, and in any case I don't have time for the required installation process. I may try again later. It may work then.

Could use finer quality tuning abilities. The constant "high-pitch" tone that comes through, once you try to boost the noise reduction, makes it an almost recommendable app. But once you've got to adjust the noise reduction again to rid of that deafening "high- pitch," it makes anything that you're trying to hear, come through basically non-transcribable. Maybe an update of a "teleprompt-like" option for any words heard that are clear enough to be transcribed would be amazing 👍

I suffer from very poor hearing and it's incredibly difficult to have to actually go anywhere if my hearing aid stops working so have searched for something to help me be independent and hear what people say the first time they say it rather than them repeating themselves several times!!!

This app is amazing! It actually works as described. I can hear everything crystal clear and my own voice is canceled out just like in the description. That makes it the only mic amplifier app available that is a viable hearing aid for use in conversations. I am thoroughly impressed!

They hold there own app ransom for 7 days true story. You would be better off just buying hearing aids and a really nice recorder,it would be more affordable. It works fine but it's not worth the effort you would have to put in when there's state of the art hearing aids out there that you can get through your health plan. Thanks for helping me figure out this decision guy's. Thank goodness you helped me save money instead of getting ripped by you guys. Love ya'

I rarely give an app five stars, but the developers hit it on this one. It's not a super spy app. You're not going to hear a conversation through a wall, nothing like that. They tell you straight up what it's limitations are and what it's designed to do,and that's just what it does!My hearing is not the best plus I have tinnitus. The noise cancellation works great. It was impossible to hear what other people were saying at the dinner table, now I can clearly hear what everyone says,I can now engage👍

Went to try this app designed to help folks with hearing issues, rather than give me written introduction, you know, cause my hearing sucks! It uses a bloody janky video consisting of an accented speaker with still drawings !?!? Next, I went through setup, then app stops transmitting bringing me to screen where I can start setup over, read faq, buy subscription, but not use app ?! Finally found how to use Further, rather than sell me the app, I have to pay $100+ a year to use it!?! Hard pass !

This app is great! (For Galaxy s8+, APD) I am not deaf or hoh, but I do have auditory processing disorder. So for this app, I turn the volume to a normal level and when people talk to me it goes directly into my ear! It tricks my brain to pay attention to that specifically. It doesn't have much of a delay at all and, though I did have to reboot my phone to get my earbud to connect, it otherwise works perfectly! Tech support was great and fast at getting back btw! 5/5! Best amp app on the store!

I tried the free trial about 5 months ago and I absolutely loved it. It was picking up what I wanted to hear from a good several yards away. Now it just doesn't have the same distance as it did before during the free trial. Or maybe the amp up the free trial and then when you purchase a subscription they downgrade the performance. Either way. Yes it works, sadly not near as well as it once did. I plan to reach out to them and ask for my money back. I'm not happy with it at all for my situation.

this app started out fantastic but with or without a subscription or wifi or on the network it hasn't worked right since trial period. it showed great promise with how well you can isolate other back ground noises. such a shame.....I don't hear any difference when I move the sound bars isolation. I can't even hear the playback. I moved the bar up and down. This was going to be a great app. Hopefully they get it resolved. This was really becoming my favorite during the trial period

Pretty interesting app. Someone could use it if they have hearing empairments to help them hold a more clear and thus meaningful conversation with loved ones, friends, and anyone else. I am just interested in the world of noise that is all around us that we don't readily hear with the naked ear. I've found some odd noises coming from different areas around my property, not exactly sure what is causing them but will update this if I find out. We only hear a small section of sound spectrum.

I was looking for something to amplify the TV. Been years since I last tried something like this and I am amazed at how little delay there is (on a new Pixel 8a). There is no substitute for zero delay actual hearing aids...but who can afford $3,000 for prescription hearing aids? One thing when watching TV - it considers music to be noise. Ditto for singing. But moving the Noise Removal slider to the far left helps. I think that for hearing people around you or in meetings, this app would excel.
