Below are the permissions which are necessary in order to operate the Hellopet app.
Users can use Hellopet without enabling optional permissions.
•Storage(Required): Download update files, saved images, My Room screenshots, and save Pet Chat photos
•Microphone(Optional): Enables voice commands for your pets
•Contacts(Optional): Enables voice commands to make calls and write SMS messages
•Device ID(Optional): Enables app to recognize ads opened and give rewards
♥Managing permissions♥
Android versions 6.0 and later: Settings> Application Manager> Hellopet> App Permissions> Allow access
Android versions prior to 6.0: Will be required to update to version 6.0 to access the permissions menu

I absolutely love this game! It doesn't take too long to get addicted to the cute pets walking on your screen. The menu is so smart, like when I open my notifications menu it has a setting to unview the pet, when for instance your doing a game or something. And also the "Fence" is perfect! Gives you some space while seeing your little SongSong or little dogs. 10/10, and not too expensive! ♡♡

Pros: Very well done. Nice app. Great graphics, art work, and animation. I love that you can interact with the pets on your home screen. Cons. You have to pay or watch ads, download apps, and such to buy cookies (money) to spend in the game. You could probably play without, but not as much fun. Also you are pushed into getting multiple cute pets to deal with all at the same time. And though you can limit them or remove altogether from the home screen view, I didn't want a house full of pets.

This app doesn't work on my Motorola G7 Power. The pets won't come onto my home screen even if I give it the "okay" in my settings. If I could have used it the app would get 4-5 stars. I also remember playing this game a few years back, not on the phone and I loved it. My only problem would be the fact is it's hard to get cookies. I don't think it should be super easy or else the game wouldn't be fun, but I would at least make it achievable. Therefore I give it 2 stars.

This app and the concept is so so super cute, I love having the little dog always running around my screen no matter what I'm doing. It makes me smile and making it able to do that was such a good idea. I would totally give it 5 stars but whenever I click the thing to earn free cookies it comes up with nothing except a sentence in a language I don't know, I presume it's some sort of error message. So not sure what that's about but would love to have it resolved

I love this game, but over time its gotten a bit boring like me buying the same pet, getting the same items etc. And if you have a lot of pets the rooms become crowded which looks cluttered. I wish you would include more rooms and new pet choices so we can have more to do because if you are high in level and basically have everything then what are you saving for? I enjoy the game you put out and again i really do enjoy this game i just wish for a bit more. Thanks again!

Its quite fun to play with your pets and have them run around your home screen. My only complaint is that it is to hard to get more pets if you dont want to spend a little money like me. Also, it somtimes glitches going from game to home or back. The pets dont move and the pets on the screeen double. After that the game freeezes for a little bit. Then it all goes back to normal. Besides that, it is a amazing game.

The ads don't work. I tried to get help with it, then never did. The app is cute, I like the animals, I just wish they were easier to get, or at least have a different way of getting them. Maybe I'm the only one with this problem, but it just seems flawed. You shouldn't base your entire app off of being an ad for other apps. Anyway, I gave it a three because of the detailed animations of the animals and how easily the app is to work BESIDES getting cookies and new pets.

This game is so fun! I have fun petting my pets and watching them walk across my screen when I get on, and this app barely takes up my storage! Two complaints of mine are, 1, that its hard to get enough cookies to buy new pets without having to play another game to get them, and 2, Everytime I watch 3 ads to spin the wheel, I always get a TOY. Idk if its glitched or if its supposed to be that way, but besides that, everything about this is awesome!

Super cute, however, I'm a bit suspicious of the "earn free cookies mechanism". Some of them seem fine, like the ones where you have to get to a certain level in a game, but, other ones involve some sort of purchase. This seems a little weird to me. However, not including the "earn free cookies", this seems like a great game. I love seeing my pets walk around my home screen, and they have super cute dialog as well. All in all, great game, but some suspicious in game features.

Really cute app! I've been playing it off and on since 2016 and I love the little pets running around my screen! The customer service has be amazing! I've had them retrieve my data twice and both times they've been extremely helpful and got my account back in working order! I would love if they added more pets, but I love playing this app either way!

love this App. 9/10 would recommend. There is a few things i would like to see done though. For one i would like to see an easier way to obtain cookies. I can already see they've added a few ways to get them since i first downloaded the game. Its a step in the right direction. Also i would like to see more Animals added. i feel that the Animal selection is very small. (personal opinion here but i think that the "Song Song" or whatever is kinda lame. would like a new Dog or Cat instead.)

Amending my review: the animation & widgets are actually super high quality and SO incredibly cute, & have way more actions & applications than I thought initially! But it still is a bummer that primary way of progress is thru other app downloads & purchases. I love the social features as well. wish some controls were clearer. (Can you move pets to diff rooms??) All in all I've been very impressed, more than I thought I'd be, and I'm love the babies so much 🥺🥰

This app is great, and I love the Scottish fold on my screen. Just, sometimes, she never shows up on my screen and I have to go into the app, which sometimes laggs a lot, but that is the only issue. Also, when you go onto a website to get something, the website takes forever to load, plus, if you are doing the wheel question thing, EVERYTIME you click an answer, it takes a bit to load.

Okay. I love the fact that you can get cute pets and have them run around your home screen being adorable, but also put away at will. But I also have problems with this game. The 'Complete this offer!' Rewards NEVER come through, (I've tried several times. Completed quizzes, taken surveys, even installed BOARD KINGS to get that stupid cat) I'm not uninstalling it. I'm not trying to cause an uproar. I just want to get what I am promised, especially when the freaking quiz is longer than told.

This is a great app. It allows you to have not one, not two, but THREE pets walk around on your home screen. The pets talk and are just soo cute. They even told me how much battery I had left and there are no adds either. They only thing is that in order to get cookies (ways to get/buy pets) you have to install other games, and it's not easy to get the cookies even then.

I really like this app, but it has some problems. Like, there is no easy way to get cookies. Also most of the pets are crazy expensive. I can't download and play a bunch of games and apps just to get cookies, so I have to depend on spinning the wheel for them. And, more times then not, it won't let me play ads it just tells me that there are no ads available. Also more pets would be nice, and cheaper ones too. I do enjoy all the cute animals though.

It is an adorable little game! Basically a pet collector game, with even species like dolphins populating your screen! ...if you are on an Android device, that is. iOS users don't get fair treatment, as many of the features from the Android version are gone, and you cannot do much. Another issue.....the Tapjoy ads do not work for me, only rarely. For some reason, I have downloaded some of the apps, opened them repeatedly and even tried opening them through the ad menu...no cookies.

The animals are very cute. I love them. The rooms are cute as well. The feed your pet game is interesting. The layout is lovely. However, it has been a very long time since I saw a new pet. The updates are minimal. The options to earn cookies often don't work and are seedy/suspicious. The pet commands are buggy and kind of plain/boring. The chat contents aren't something that can really be helped, so I won't dig into it too much. TL;DR: It is a cute concept but it seems abandoned.

very sweet game^^ just a couple things though. it's only happened a couple times, but the pets can say some kind of off-putting things (said "there's something behind you" and "going outside is dangerous", didn't exactly help since I was in a bad mood) which can be pretty disturbing, especially for paranoid users. it is also hard and not very fun to get cookies, as I have experienced. also, my pets keep running into the side of my screen and freezing, gotta go back into the app to fix it:(

Something happened and its glitchy now. I've had this on my phone for several years without issue. When I restart my phone, the pets don't run off screen when supposed to. They messed up an important call I had to make because they were in my way. I have to literally go into the app, tap the run off screen box, tap it again then it works. This is getting very annoying. I love my little pets but I cannot have them interrupting important things! I shouldn't have to do this daily within the app.
