Generated one logo just to figure the app and that was it. When I wanted to generate something properly, got the message that I have to subscribe. Also like every application nowadays, the ads that you see about it are quite misleading.

This app allows you to create one thing and then it stops working, which is a waste of money. I'm frustrated with apps that force you to buy before trying, it's a flawed system.

i mean... honestly horrendous user experience so far, gave me one free try to use a software i didn't understand, jumps down my throat immediately with adds about taking my money before even giving a chance to try the product, who ever set this up made it far too obvious all you care about it the money, dropped the ball, and the worst part is... your watermarks are far too easy to get rid of.... shocking

I didn't get the chance to try it, I tried to make a logo in Arabic font, but it wasn't written right, so i tried something else, but it didn't give more trials, have to pay, may be you could allow some credit system to try first, then if I like it I would buy.

I can't even rate it properly because I can't generate anything without subscribing and being asked to pay for a year in advance. At least allow a person to draft some logo to see the quality, and if you like it, then charge to download it.

A Total waste of Time. The developers are just subscription money driven and not service rendering driven. No Trail version is available. All they want is for you to Pay subscription fee before you can start using the App. So Disappointing.

adds what it wants, changes and misspellings,can't get phone numbers correct. wont remove what its adds, and when it does, it changes everything for the worsening on the design.Is its a mess not worth the money or aggravation

App has alot of bugs taking commands. Something as simple as changing font changes spelling and whole picture. I use AI alot this is worst one I have tried. Super unsatisfied wish I didn't pay for the year. How do we get refunded or do we need to run a charge back?

We're not allowed to use the app without a subscription. I opted in for the free trial which is supposed to last one week just to give it a test run. However, my card was debited barely 2 hours later. I've tried the app and the designs being created are just basic, not professional enough to use. Sincerely other apps do a better job. I need a refund for my card that was debited!

Why a pay wall? Unless I hit a glitch, after making a single image, all I got was it wanting me to sign up and pay for a subscription. I couldn't really do anything after that. If I was doing something wrong, or if this is an issue that can be fixed, then I might re-download this again if it is fixed. I do like the idea, but if you only draw someone in with only 1 free image, then it's not worth it.

Pushes the subscription option hard from jump. You get one free, the results of that one was good however you're unable to see if it will continue producing good results. Of course without pulling out your card. Would have rated it higher if it'll give us more time to evaluate. However there are too many of these programs out there that does the same thing.

Paid for subscription and have quite a few good options to choose from. Spelling issues were a previous concern and they added an "EDIT" option but even that doesn't fix the spelling. No matter how much you try to dumb down your explanation it will NOT fix it. Change "Carpantry" to "Carpentry"......Gives a whole new design and it's still spelled wrong. Not fun when you were set on the initial option.

Spelling issues! Beautiful bright colorful images, but the spelling is wrong. There is no way to fix this. It's very frustrating! You need an edit option on the images. I gave 2 stars because the images are beautiful. I paid for a full subscription and can't get the correct image to use. I'm very disappointed!

Been paying for this app after the trial period. Honestly, it has produced some good concepts and rendering. I just noticed it has deleted at least 50% of my library, this is frustrating especially bcuz I had plans for those saved. Why we paying if I can't keep them in my library!?

I am having fun creating things for my laser cutter. But being a paying customer and having a daily limit is infuriating. Particularly when most of the creations I won't be able to use without massive changes. Rendering that chance wasted. updated. decided to pay for the whole year and as soon as I did it stopped working well. would get stuck on "creating image in 2 min" for half an hour. tried to get a refund from Google only to be told it wasn't eligible after only 2 days. Do not buy

Trying to test out the app with the free version. Apparently, you can only do one design before every other attempt flips to upgrade screens instead of creating the design. The original design also would not include the entire first word of my business name... just cut out the middle to make both words the same length?! Delete.

I purchased a 1-year subscription to HEXA expecting to have full access to its features, but it turns out that the subscription doesn't actually unlock the service — it just gives you a limited amount of coins. Once those coins run out, you’re expected to keep paying even though you're already subscribed. This was not clearly stated upfront. I feel misled and extremely disappointed. A subscription should mean access — not a paywall hidden behind another paywall.
