Seamlessly connected to their agency and available in multiple languages, the Mobile App allows caregivers to view their schedules, get directions to the patient’s home, clock in and out, communicate with their agency, and accept new cases – all while on-the-go.

Electronic Visit Verification (EVV): lock-In and Clock-Out with the simple tap of a button. Whether the visit occurs in the home, or out in the community, HHAeXchange will verify the start of the visit by matching an approved patient address to the clock-in GPS coordinates.
Scheduling: See your scheduled visits in real-time. View patient info like demographics, plan of care tasks specific to the patient, and directions to the patient’s home.
Case Broadcasting: Get immediate notifications when a shift becomes available and request or reject it on the spot.
Visit Notes: Easily add comprehensive visit notes, including text, image, and/or recorded audio.

The app sends system messages instead of notifications when there are new shifts available, these will interrupt whatever you are doing. They can not be turned off unless you force close the app in settings after every use. I use this app for work and it is the most obnoxious thing on my phone. Now it won't update and I can't use it, not that it matters because it was already useless.

App always needs updates. I have to take out apps that I need. Cant clock in till update is complete. Cant use old version. My job prefers clock in on app rather paper. This is slightly inconvenient. Also sometimes the distance doesn't register accurately. Times I was in client home and it didn't register correctly. Other than that I love the app! Very convenient and easy when everything is running smooth!

When it works it's a decent app, but there are a few items they really need to work on - 1) being able to see when you actually clock in over the course of 3-6 months. 2) being able to see your pay stubs. 3) being able to get notifications if you miss a clock in/out and 4) successfully receiving notifications of inter-company emails.

The longer the app is installed the more glitches it acquires . It currently says I have 7 urgent messages; I have 0. When I try clicking on/out it freezes long enough my phone asks if I want to close the app or wait. Also if your phone doesn't have data/WiFi you can only clock out in airplane mode, that's a bit weird but better than nothing. Besides theae issues it's not bad. To get it to start working properly, you have to uninstall and reinstall it periodically.

Maybe this information well help someone else out there! My phone crashed when I try to reinstall the app after not working for one and a half weeks. No matter what I would do I could get the app installed but it just kept saying, app keeps stopping. There was not a technical problem in the office they said it had to be my phone. So I deleted some apps I did not need to make more storage, I deleted some files, I turned off my phone and then restarted it. And this is what helped me get back in.

This application barely works. Care agencies really need to find or make a better way to clock in and out. The amount of times this app has malfunctioned when I was trying to clock out, is atrocious. It honestly is horrible. Update: App this doesn't work. When I try to sign in the app closes on it's own. It's nonfunctional. More to add the pop up notifications mess with my phone. Even while moy clocked in I constantly receive pop up notifications. Which cannot be turned off.

Every time I turn around, SOMETHING is going wrong with this app! Technical glitches, not registering my clock in and out sometimes, etc. And what's up with all these back-to-back UPDATES? It shouldn't be so many so often AND it's taking up too much space on my phone! I've had to delete multiple essential apps FOUR TIMES! Not cool. Update 09/02/21: I got ANOTHER notification for an update but there IS no update to install. So NOW I can't even clock in! Come on! This app is TRASH!

This stupid app keeps crashing and I keep getting alerts on my phone that it's actually affecting my phone in that everything is slowing down and glitching. It was fine for the first few months, but it's to the point that I have to start the clock-in process up to 10 mins before my shift even starts! I wish there was a "0 star" option.

The only benefit this app has is that I can clock in digitally, but even that's a crapshoot. If my agency didn't require this terrible app I would NEVER use this app! It freezes up when I try to clock in, making me late. IT'S TRASH! Where's a quick option for NOT APPLICABLE in the shift tasks area? I work overnights; e.g. serving lunch isn’t relevant! Choosing a reason why a task is not performed makes clocking out take too long! *Uninstall it, then reinstall when an update drops. It's helped me

This app is not ready for public use and needs to be removed until it's actually finished being created. It has too many bugs to name and literally makes our job as caregivers even more challenging! I only rate it 2 stars because if I CONSTANTLY click "wait" instead of "force close app" AND wait several minutes, it will allow me to clock in and out. That is the only function I am able to TRICK it into completing before I have to force close.

The app is one big glitch. It was fine a year or 2 ago, but now if I want to sign in or out through the app it's a 10 minute process. The app will close every time I open it. It constantly shutdown our gives pop ups saying that the app isn't working. In order for it to work you have to wait for it to get to a certain point and click "wait" when the pop up suggests closing the app. After that it's at least a 1 minute wait for each section to load and you have to hope it doesn't close again

This app is a disaster. I've had more problems with it than anything else I've had to work with in my life. The GPS is never accurate, and the "updates" it tells me are available are lies. I had to uninstall and reinstall numerous times just to be able to clock in. And even then, it's a gamble in whether or not my clock-in will be available to me when I want to clock out. You've had this app "running" for almost two years. Maintain it better, or go back to timesheets.

02-16-23 update:This app has gone from VERY bad to EXTREMELY WORSE!!!!!!! It's constantly not responding, crashing, taking a year and day to load. It's trash!! Awful worse app ever!! Aweful!!! Crashes all the time, frequently getting synchronization errors and causing me to be unable to clock in and out! This app needs some serious debugging and error fixes and fine tuning because it's extremely laggy and buggy all the time. Hate this app, would not recommend it!

Every day it takes me 15-20 minutes for the red x to go off. Plus it drops in the middle of clocking in/out. Really horrible. Also lately I'm clocking in and out and it keeps the red X instead of changing to green checkmark ✅. It's even worse than it ever was! And for the last week it keeps doing the same thing! I have to get time sheets for those days. It needs to be updated as it hasn't been since October!

If I could give this app no stars I would. Let me start off by saying this app malfunctions constantly, causing me to have to clock in/out via dial in. It's upsetting to say the least. This occurs daily with pop-up messages of the app having issues with synchronizing my location etc. Also you may clock-in/out at a particular time, and it might show a minute or two difference. One of the worst apps, but I have no choice but to use it, when it decides to work.

keeps crashing. this is vital to me getting paid timely. I open the app and it wants to force close. you can't register your tasks because a force close pop up keeps showing up. This is how I clock in and out of work!!!! This needs to be fixed. this app deserves less than a star. it keeps malfunctioning and I have to use it for my agency so I'm stuck. I have to keep hitting "wait" and trick the app into letting Me clock in and out. This needs to be addressed

This app is horrible. At first it was OK, but after a few months of usage it's almost completely unresponsive, my phone constantly informs me that the app is taking too long to respond, either close app or wait, of course I have to wait because I'm trying to complete a process, sometimes just signing in and out can take 10 MINUTES, MAYBE MORE! Incredibly frustrating.

Having the same issue as everyone else. Worked perfectly fine and then maybe a month ago it's been incredibly glitchy and slow. Luckily with my tech knowledge I can get it to work but for the average user it is a horrible horrible experience. I'm really not surprised though. The company I work for doesn't care at all so why would they use an app that cares anymore

Edit: It got even worse. Barely usable. Constantly signs out. When signing back in, errors that I need to be signed in again. Requires full restarts. Doesn't respond constantly. Delays when confirming, causing confusion. Occasionally doesn't confirm clocks. NYS really has to intervene at this point. I'm a former IT and I find this frustrating, let alone the general HHA. Either fix this or don't require EVV.

I keep on getting notifications from this app saying that it is "NOT RESPONDING". I have to press the "WAIT" option numerous times. This needs to be fixed for bugs or something. I use this app to sign in and out for work. Please fix it. Thank you. This is an update on my last post. THIS APP IS STILL NOT WORKING! I don't know what else to do. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still is NOT working. I sent emails and NOTHING. Please fix the bugs in it as I am not the only person using it.
