In order to cancel subscriptions, you have to pay for premium. I'm sorry, but I thought this was to cancel subscriptions, not pay for yet another one!

I apparently signed up for this without realizing it and have tried canceling it several times but still shows I have a premium account. Haven't used this app once and want to stop being charged for it. Some months it's even more than once that they charge me! Don't download this!

I am a man who enjoys entertainment. maybe a little too much, because I found I was putting money on things I never even had opened or seen. Thank the universe for this app because it shows you what your subscribed too and will cancel them with a snap of a finger! very useful and great customer service. Standing ovation for sure!

Was charged a premium that overdrew my bank account. I find it funny that an app that has full access to all your info would deliberately take money knowing it would cost you in overdraft fees. It's misleading and I don't recommend using it!

Very sleazy business practice they don't make it super obvious but when you link a bank account to the app it automatically subscribes you to $10 subscription fee to use your account with the app. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE MANAGE YOURSELF BETTER INSTEAD OF LETTING A.I DO EVERYTHING FOR YOU. Your future and everyone else's depends on that just a friendly reminder.

This app isn't as good as its competitors! This app is meant to help you get rid of unwanted subscriptions but instead I ended up with a subscription through this app that I didn't want. And got charged $7.99 without noticing. So in a sense this app doesn't do its job because they subscription didn't show up on my subscriptions list!

Do NOT use this app. They market it as an app to help get rid of subscriptions, but it found none of mine and now this is the subscription I can't get rid of! I'm charged monthly despite only logging in once and cancelling it immediately when I realized it couldn't find any of my subs. For months and months they've been charging me and I can't figure out how to log in.

It does say you have been upgraded to premium during the install as one user pointed out by design. This would indicate a higher fee after trial. It does not check subscriptions through your phone like Google aps its using your bank account. Its a money manager app like Rocket. If you dont link your bank accounts there is no value. I do recommend over Rocket.

It's easy to use and it does indeed show the content and services your app is promising to provide but... You have to pay for it all. Ruins the point of getting this honestly when I could've just took it to my phone provider lol. Maybe work on making it a little bit more accessible to people who don't want to spend more money or you know... Make another subscription to get rid of all of them?? Lmao anyway.. 2 stars bc sadly didn't provide the one thing I got the app for. 😂😂 Fair well.

I followed the ad,, downloaded the app. Set up my account, and it asked what I wanted to pay monthly. I picked $0, and the screen said that I wouldn't get premium features. Ok. I set it up yesterday, 11/28. I open up my bank app today to see one of my accounts was charged $8. I used the chat, got ahold of customer service, and even though I picked the $0 option, they said that choosing that does not mean I won't be charged. Why was it even an option if your gonna lie about being able to use it?!

Tricks you into a subscription for $10 I didn't realize I signed up for until I tried to delete because its not even a very helpful app. Didn't even recognize half my subscriptions as subscriptions, and wouldn't let me add some that were subscription. No actual subscription management aside from "hide subscription". I knew more than the app, and that's not even close to how it's advertised.

Downloaded the app with the expectation of canceling forgotten subscriptions and managing my spending habits. Whilst setting up an account, my CashApp was charged for "Hiatus Premium". All I could think was to deactivate the account, email customer service/support, and request a refund. We will see what happens after I lost money, as well as respect for these types of apps. Very displeased!!!!

I really thought this would be a good app but downloaded it and found out quickly it it isn't. I was able to get in it the first time but never after that. Even after contacting customer service, I never could log back in so I deleted the app several weeks ago, now trying to get my $10.99 fee that was just charged to my account last night, refunded. Yes, yet another app that needs to be cancelled smh.

"cancel unwanted subscriptions" sounds great but it just puts into another unwanted subscription. When I downloaded it, I found out that I needed to pay to get the help with my subscriptions.. so I uninstalled it. Now, just an hour or so ago, I got sent a notification that the payment went through for a subscription from hiatus that I don't have. And now I'm struggling to fix it. I don't know my log in for it so I'm stuck with this subscription.

Edit: The ads for this app are all lies and are definitely deceitful. They mention NOTHING of having to pay for a premium package 🙄 I was super excited to find out if I have any subscriptions that I never canceled and get them resolved finally. But, I have to by the premium package for that. Like, come on!! Seriously?! I want to cancel all my subscriptions and find out if I have any that ai never knew about. Not add more to the dang pile.🙄 Super disappointing and not worth it.

Don't bother with this app. They charge you without consent even though I selected the free version and it does not show an indication that you have a subscription with them on the app or under your subscriptions in Google play. I didn't realize till recently that I was being charged for months. So I had to download the app again and find customer service to cancel the subscription that I never subscribed in the first place. They at least refunded me some money. The App is a scam!!!!

After signing up for a free account, i tried to cancel a subscription. When asked for my card information (which i wrongly assumed was for verification, because there was no information given about why it was needed) and immediately after entering it i was charged $10 and signed up for premium. Horrible. Predatory. Will be reporting. They also made me apply for a refund after talking to support. And they will not give me a support number to confirm they have none of my banking data. Delist pls.

Scam to take your money. I tried canceling my Disney subscription, and it told me it wasn't a guarantee they would be able to do it. However, when trying to have the subscription canceled, it kept "processing" the request and never ended. I tried couple times and the next day too. After getting tired of not getting results, I ended up canceling the subscription directly from the Disney app and then, removed the Hiatus app, not expecting to be charged $7.00 for Nothing I want my money back 😤

Misleading & thoroughly disappointing. Entering my info at the start was a breeze and seemed promising, but before I ever reached the homepage, up pops a pay wall. Sure, there's a free option, alright, but it does NOT include the app's most basic function: Subscription Management. 💰🧱😠To quote a line in a competitor's description: "why add a subscription when your trying to CANCEL subscriptions?!"

In response to those complaining about the fees, it's in black and white in the terms and conditions: minimum $10/month to help lower bills, cancel subscriptions for you, etc. The free service let's you see what they can do for you, but it will still cost $10 per month to actually do the work for you. I consider this more than fair, and you can cancel anytime you want!
