How to use this app. How to find camera ?
Move app near to any device that you have doubt. For example - shower, flowerpot, lens looking part or changing room mirror.
This app analyse the magnetic activity around the device. If magnetic activity seems similar to that of camera, this app will beep and raise alarm for you so that you can further investigate.
You have to move app facing your sensor towards the object.To know sensor position of your phone, have any camera and move nearby top of your phone and bottom of your phone. When it beeps, you find the sensor position
Infrared camera detector - This app has one more tool which is detect infrared lights.Just open the infrared detector and scan for white light that appear on screen but not visible by naked eye. Such white light indicate infrared light.It could be infrared camera. Your normal cam can also detect it but what we have is inbuilt feature with luminescence effect.
What less, get some easy techniques that can save you from potential exposure to hidden camera.
You can share the location with friends easily if you find the camera so that they can take precaution when they visit this place.

My phone does not have magnetic sensor -
This app analyse magnetic activity based on readings from magnetic sensor of your android device. If this sensor is not available, you can only use infrared detector feature. Other way is you can try on some other device having magnetic sensor.
App beeps near metal or electronics -
This app is not designed to detect metals. Metals are good conductor for electricity so they have electromagnetism but it is very weak and app is designed to ignore it.
But sometimes, some type of metals depending on their length, material, temperature may exhibit same magnetic activity as that of camera. In that case app may beep. If so always look for lens on the suspect if app beeps.
What do I do if it beeps near metal -
Check if there is any lens on the suspect. If not, then you are secure. if you find lens like object, then there should be hidden camera.
What is the use of this app, if I have to detect manually
App analyses magnetic activity and warn you if it find magnetic activity similar to camera.
So if app beeps, check for lens.
App can not see if suspect is having lens on it but your eyes can see it likewise you can not see its magnetic/ electromagnetic activity but the app can analyze ! App will help you many times and may also fail sometimes and there it needs your intervention.
Infrared detector is just a fancy green tool of normal camera. Normal camera can also detect infrared
You are partially-correct. Along with this, infrared detector have luminescence effect to glow white light. If you feel better with normal camera, go for it. We never claimed something false. But please give credit to the app if you never knew IR camera can be detected using digicam. And off course, its a quick scanning feature within the app.
App does not open Infrared camera detector. It shows not responding
Please kill all other camera apps that are running in background.

The in app pop up video ads occur every single time you use a back arrow and are so loud that even though your finger is on the control ready to decrease the media volume- which starts out high regardless of where you have your volume settings- the noise wakes anyone in the house and the dog barks. Uninstalling now.

Riiiiiight NOT. MY home is packed full of security cameras, wired and wireless ran threw my router and you guessed it. It didn't find a single one. It did have 14 chances pfSttttt. This is definitely not a program you want if you are worried about having privacy that's all I can say about that.

At first it's good but then later on that I installed this app..even though am not opening it..the adds starts pop ups..so many adds even though I open my email the adds are pop uping...and it's really annoying.. I really really hate this apps...even am in online classes it starts pop uping gad.. This app is fake.. When you download it they will enject an add virus where adds are pop young even though ur not opening this app.i gotta report this..

I've had this app before and it's a con. It detects metal like screws And nails but it does not detect cameras I tried it on 5 Of my hidden cameras and Was not happy at all and I noticed that they were using a lot of Data in the background along with my battery juice and be careful with this app because they might even be able to change your system settings. Before you install an app make sure you deny all access to everything that they have access to. If you need help just comment.

we tried with this app to detect any hidden camera in a hotel. As we expected, this app showed results like "potential camera or speaker detected" in few plug points (not in every plug points) and we checked all rooms and we asked our friends to check in their respective rooms(in same hotel). Only few plug points were detected with cameras. Then we asked hotel managers to come and open the switch boards, there we cannot find any cameras or anything..Actually there is some leakage current flowing inside the boxes and that's why that app was detecting something and showed results like that... Really we are eagerly waiting to know what is the principle behind this app in detecting cameras and we need some more practical view to accept this.

This app gives you better idea spotting hidden camera. If you use it, you definitely reduce the chances of getting exposed. App is not 100% but it is just an app and it helps. People whi are travelling, who are businessman must have it in your pocket. As far as negative reviews, you must understand how to use it and spend some time. Your majority of complains will go away.

It's working, I have tested by searching some electronic devices, I don't know how we need to search for cameras. I have opened my laptop Web cam but when I was searching with the app, it is not showing any message or giving any alert. But when searching for electronic device it is giving me alert message. But there are so many ads, that's really disturbing

It just runs a WiFi scan and arbitrarily assigns suspicious or not suspicious I thought it might be useful until I was unable to go into detail on any detection. The documentation literally says to ask "premises owner" to get detail on "suspicious" devices. Oh and the obnoxious advertising. I wouldn't mind if it was useful, but I'm also glad I didn't pay for this.

Wireless scan only scans your wifi and not for wifi cameras not connected to your network. Look, to the creator of this application,I can put a wireless camera in your house and connect to it on A DIFFERENT NETWOTK THAN YOURE SCANNING... Seriously you'll want to look to scan 802.1ranges. wireless cameras do have Known Signal patterns, and if you don't know how to do that, us the open sourse AI tools. I'm making my own detector using said open AI but I wanted to help you with some feedback!

Might be good, but how can one know since you are bombarded with ads everytime you do anything at all. In case you didn't know, more ads doesn't mean more revenue. Don't ask whether I like the apps or not. Can't even try it since you bombarded me with your ads. Not gonna keep this kind of aggressive apps. Good luck, I can always find other apps to do the same.

It keeps beeping when sensing to the magnetic/metal devices, such as hanger, socket. It such a worse and useful unworking app. Everywhere with magnetic devices with hole will beep. It can be use in a hotel for further checking, but the app was not reputable. Everywhere scanning will beep but don't have potential camera at real. Whats a confusing app.

You have to pay for everything and I had it on a different device and it was way older than the normal device the one that I have right now and if you want to use it for you have to scan Wi-Fi internet and connect everywhere but like it's not working it doesn't scan at all

Crashes/Stops almost immediately. Also appears to cause phone's feedback feature to crash as well, so I can't send you a feedback report, either. Sorry. I'm going to uninstall. It may not be your fault. Gangstalkers probably installed something on my phone to prevent such apps from working. Thanks, anyway.

Went gold for my own purposes. Has exceeded my expectations so far. Raw X, Y, Z data invaluable as I document any incident and anomaly. The green luminescence for IR detection actually lessens the risk of watchers seeing you may be onto them. Green, red, and blue... harder for our eyes to detect, especially a distance. On base, we were only allowed to use lenses in R, G, B on flashlights while standing guard at night. A÷ app an worth the upgrade!!!

100% FAKE! First wait 2x 30 sec ads pop out just for a wifi camera scan. I got to do the scan. It did a subpar net scan and found objects connected to the net, none suspicious. It recognized not even 1 of my 8 wifi cams. Any net scanner is way more accurate than this bogus app. A couple of ads after and not even the wired cams where found. Got an "electronic device detected" insulting as we all have such in the home, right? BUT it DIDN'T point out a thing and not anywhere near my cams.

Know that in 2022 the technology we actually need for detecting cameras using our phones isn't where we want it to be yet. Maybe future hardware will have stronger sensors that won't require so many hoops to jump through, but until then, many people including myself will not find this app helpful. Don't link me your guide page. I read it already. The problem is the lack of technology, no amount of software is going to compensate for our current hardware constraints. I would not recommend.

Unsure atm I think it picks up to much of the basic security I have. I can see the number's increases move it decreases suss the opposite way and same thing again.. So unless my walls have eyes ears I don't believe the app is beneficial. More options out there and easy to understand how to read it..

I personally thought i was going crazy. We live in a motel unit. Manager said something, that only my husband and I should have known. I used this app. Got from an article. It worked! My husband tried to prove me wrong, by downloading pdf of a lamp switch. Come to find out, it does have a listening device in it, that can be used if someone wanted to 30 ft away. Now I'm scanning the tv which has a clicking sound like a camera does. I'm so happy I'm not going crazy.

Might be good, but how can one really know since you're bombarded with ads everytime you do anything at all. Sure you need ads to generate some revenue, but too much that it makes people go elsewhere doesn't really benefit you much either does it? Good luck. I don't keep aggressive apps like these. I can always find other apps to do the same.

The magnetic meter works the best of the two in app sensors. Well accurate to within 6 inches or less consistently. The IR detector works best if you know the general direction to face. Than you can start to patiently sweep and then spot a device for a visual I. D. Simple GUI and easy to follow directions. A well designed all around app. Thank you for a great program to anyone involved.
