Cannot see or travel to Europe. I can only see the main page. I used to be able to see it. But now it's just a black screen. I thought about reinstalling it but I've done that several times already to no avail. Plus when I have reinstalled it I'm forced to begin the whole game over.

The game is very good. The only thing is Everytime u go to different screen it loads, it doesn't take long just annoying. And it always plays the same ad when u watch video for free items

Great improvement from Part 1 with good variety of activities / puzzles. Currently though, I am unable to access EUROPE, it only shows a black screen and freezes. Tried emptying cache already. Please fix.

I've played this game for a few weeks now and i cannot find any way to request items, i get shown the way to the option only to find i can either find or buy the required item, unlike the 1st edition of this game where the option is there on the same set up but not on this 2nd edition, there is no separate list of items to look and choose to request from so how do i do this??

way too many ads! an ad after every search?? Plus most of the ads come up and there's no option to close the ad, it just keeps going.....nice game, nice graphics but WAY TOO MANY ADS!! I'm Uninstaller. I downloaded to play with occasional ads not after turn.

It's great and all but the thing that bugs me is that it doesn't have a save option so you will lose every progress made if you get another device happens with me too since this is my third phone so I would appreciate it if it has an option to save our progress ☺️

Brilliant game and would give 5 stars if I wasn't forced to use a booster, from the ones I've won, when I start a new game x you make me use one before I can start playing the game and you don't give it to me free ,as a demonstration of how it works, it's just wasted, most of these games do it and it drives me mad x except for that its a brilliant game, with an assortment of games too, very addictive x

Pictures are small hard to see and no way to enlarge the picture to see item you are looking for. It would help but the game is just to much repeat of same items and it goes no where but finding them. I like to make things and have a story line that don't have today stuff in them like sex, nudity,cussing. I play games to relax and shut out the real world for a while I haven't been able to find a game that is fun to play and has a story line that makes you want to play. I'm stilling looking.

Enjoying this game. But what I had intended to do was report a fault in Mystery Society 3 which I downloaded but is nowhere to be found anymore in playstore. There is a bug in Dublin: tasks described are to find Irish items, but what you get and what is listed on left of screen are Spanish ones, like matador cape and bull! That does not make sense. Apart from that, the game is fine but completing collections is just about impossible.

Having issues collecting my daily reward for connecting games, so I contacted support. The answer I got back was to explain to me how time works (can only collect every 24 hr), and nothing else. I troubleshot on my own (reinstall, try collecting under diff conditions in game) and nothing changed, and "support's" answer to that was "I can't help you." Absolutely useless, they didn't even try anything and gave up immediately.

Due to my other device crashing i am now forced to start this game from the beginning. I had just managed to get into Asia and was really into the game now i am back to the beginning. i know this sounds dramatic but i am frustrated and devastated. I absolutely LOVE this game can you not fix it that should you install it on a new device you may carry on as with the other device? Just a thought. Thanx guys

I enjoy the game. Recently downloaded this version, however every time I time I am suggested to explore a location via Travel and choose Fly to Europe, the game freezes. It is black screen with nothing happening and need to close it completely and re-open again. It is rather annoying.

I like your game very much. I have a problem with one of the commercials. I don't know if if anyone else is having this problem. It is the Gold Fish one. The commercial will not let you out of it so you can get your rewards. You have to exit out of the whole game and then go back in from the beginning. It is very annoying and makes you just plan 😡 cuz you don't get you rewards from the game. I think if you would take this commercial off things may go a lot smoother or redo the advertisement.

I would like to know why all the different scenes/games stop getting experience at level 5? Do you have to buy it or something? I've already deleted the original game and getting close to doing the same and getting different games from a different company. I've asked you several times and no response. I love them, but it's kinda pointless after a while.

UPDATE - started in Berlin but now other locations also. I'M PISSED. I can see the clue list & I can see all of the hint options & I can see the time ticking away. But the ENTIRE AREA to actually tap on the clues to successfully complete a trip to MULTIPLE LOCATIONS is COMPLETELY BLACK! Tapping randomly on the screen only gets me warnings of some previously (unmentioned before) repercussion. And all I have left after I eventually cancel out, is lost energy I spent a lot of resources to get. 👎🏿

I really like the game, however it constantly freezes and won't respond like it should. Also the ads are a pain because they don't help with the freezing problem either. If these things were fixed it would be awesome to play. The freezing keeps getting worse especially with the Mario ad it shuts everything down and you lose your stuff. This is a major issue with this game. FIX IT OR I DELETE IT!

Love the complexity of the game! One glitch I've been experiencing, after choosing to watch video,( after running out of time to find all hidden objects), the game freezes, and won't allow me to select the item to complete the level. Restarting resets the glitch, but I lose the benefit of choosing the video, otherwise, outstanding game!!
