Two days completed till now not given gems and refund process also no proper response from this application. The app UI is friendly recharge options are good however the app has started lagging a lot recently I tried clearing the cache app however that did not help either please fix this going one from screen to another or exitinf from a room causes the app to lag even. I'm hoping to see more features and improvements on this app. I have a few suggestions to start with namely mention the time duration that we are on call with a person.
