Good gameplay and is really enjoyable. Rest of the things depend on how you want to run the app so its fine for the players like me. However, I would like to make one suggestion - when I try to star up my player, there is a differentiation between normal players, reliable players etc. That is really good. Please also consider on what level the player is that I choose to sacrifice to start up a player. There should be differentiation between a player of level 1 and level 20. Thanks and good luck!

Absolute worst experience. I played hitwicket with Harsha. Easy mode was simple. But medium mode was almost impossible to win. I tried Atleast 100 times over 2 days. But couldn't win. And what's worse is every time I got close to winning, 2-3 wickets would fall one after another. And the shot probability goes down for no reason. It's like they don't want you to win, just suffer

Game is unplayable whe you get to a certain level. Percentage of hitting the ball is completely incorrect as you miss more than you hit when in the 50-60% range anything under 50% and youre out regardless. Once you get to level 51 you play teams ranked 2 levels higher. Yet their lowest rated player is on par with your highest rated. No way are these teams only two ranks ahead. Another game where the dev is more on the micro transactions then making the game playable longterm (unless you pay)

I am being in a good signal area, net is working fine but while opening the game it shows loading only. Game is updated also. Trying to contact the support team but that is also not working. please show some generocity and show the rightful things while putting up any message. Specially related to error messages.

2 x World Class players degraded from 7200 to lower levels. I have reported the issue more than once with photos of the player before and after. Currently both are on 6900 even after upgrading them to 7200 on more than one occasion. Feedback from Hitawicket is that they will work on the issue. More than a month now, issue still persisting. Don't bother with this game. Assistance with issues are unresolved

Need a update in auction.. Its like a magic 'you lost the auction'.. Make some transparent system so we can understand we are bidding a player and there is a hope to buy.. 1 bid per hour and when the feed shows lost auction its like *********. Otherwise the game is cool enough and exciting than the others cricket game.. Hope you will work on it asap...

I just bought a season pass and after playing for a while.. an update came.. I updated my game.. and after that it was rolled back to what was before 4-5 hrs ago.. I lost all my season pass rewards.. nothing was there.. and lost all the progress also . This is cheating.. I want my money back or all the rewards..

A wonderful game and experience so far, I must say! Plus it's made in India and Prime Minister App innovation so proud of that too. Although there are few run time issues, use cases having bugs and server related bugs which needs to be fixed. For eg, if any call comes, or while match making server gets disconnected due to Internet, taking forever to reconnect even after getting good Internet connection. Rest, more features like, more animations for celebration, replays, slowmo, etc will be good!

I dont know how the percentage works in this game, but they are extremely wrong and make the game extremely irritating. I tried hittng sixes 2 times in a row at 70% and failed both time. Then, at the 3rd ball i tried hitting 4 at the 71% and failed again. How does this make sense. 3 in a row fail at 70% chance. Fix this issue otherwise this game just makes you rage quit.

Never play time will be wasted. When you see a Daily gold game win, it rolls it out for no reasons. Even if there is a 79% chance, it throws it out. Play that there are a lot of games in the Play store but don't play it. Their serve is bad but you will lose so there are a lot of games play it don't play this game. Don't waste time like this in one

It is a really great game. After the latest update 2 days back, it is stuck once you start a game. Neither does the opponent bowl not can you select any shots. The only way is to quit the game and lose the energy and game.

This game i have been playing for sometime too many bugs, for example i lost my pro equipments, raised the tickets no response yet, it has been almost a month same status being processed. Another example,In an alliance I typed the word blast , alliance 🏆 started let's have a blast. It banned 🚫 me for a week for using the word blast logged the ticket, no answer. such terrible and awful experience. And you cannot reuse your equipments on different players not transferrable. Money Wasted 😭

IT'S a good game but the problem is that whenever I open the game even for 15 minutes,my phone gets crazy heated up. I asked my friends too and they also have the same problem.Games like Pes(Efootball) runs smoothly on my phone without heating. Phone model : Realme Narzo 30 Please reply and find the optimization as soon as possible NB:- During auction,there should be a 'cancel bid' button so as to immediately cancel any bid on accidental unnecessary players

The player upgrade system, which utilizes training points, consistently resets to the same position, hindering progress. Additionally, the Training Center faces issues with player selection and a hidden training center, further impeding player development. The game's loading times and connection stability are also problematic, causing frustration for players.

Hopeless program malfunction. Never got my level progression rewards. I'm level 45 now. Each time you reach a higher level, game shows that you've been rewarded training points and other stuff. But after I click the claim button, they don't get added. Nothing in my inbox either. Must have lost out of millions of training points and in-game valuables

Even if I have a level of 49, my players are the worst fielders. Why is it so and is there any way to improve it? Also in the latest update, for PvP it is showing a blank screen but the match is being played in the background which shows the turns I missed and ultimately a defeat. I am unable to play. Need the bug to be fixed

Very bad experience. As app has so many bugs. It doesn't update the energy and other items and require restating the app. Today my app hanged and I lost 100 brilliant shards. I collected them after playing so many games. This is frustrating as now I have to wait to get those shards. Meanwhile I wrote to the app makers and would update their resolution. BUT the time spent on writing to them and writing here is lost and the inconvenience is caused. I have paid them for two seasons. FRUSTATED CX.

Total cheats. Shows one thing to purchase, takes your money, and gives you another thing. Support doesn't even respond, even if you contact repeatedly! Awfully buggy app. Half the time, rewards (like daily rewards) are not added. Ops support neither acknowledges the issue, nor resolves them. Filled with fake accounts for matching high-level opponents, to whom you will lose and spend more to upgrade your team. Just another snare for making people spend. Got robbed by spending on this app.

The game is enjoyable but I faced certain issues which dissuades me from spending money or time on it. The trophy count keeps reducing for no rime or reason thus pushing me down on premier league table. I had 3608 points when I went to bed and was ranked 3 when I got up my trophy count had dropped to 3538. Baffles me what could have caused it. No matter how I try to reach the team for help there is no resolution. Poor customer service is another huge turn off.

The game concept is excellent and I have become a big fan of it. However there are negatives in the game where the league match making is very poor. You're stacked against superior opponents, on average ranking is higher by 2000 points, and away opponents are also much superior so you can't even think of taking a revenge, another great feature of the game. The game is very buggy at the moment and it requires a lot of work on the back end.
