you should still allow people to use your app even if they don't allow access to location and installed apps, it's our right as a customer to choose what info to and not to share. plus it's a third party app, not HLB themselves.

I cannot access my app after it asked me to update it. It keeps redirecting me to update my app. So I have to reinstall it and now I cannot login because it asked me to log in to my old phone and remove access from it, but I have not changed phone at all. There is no old phone or new phone, it has always been this one and only phone. Now I am stuck not able to do any transaction because it requires app access to secure code and I can't use my app at all. Sheesh.

Easy to use. When I got transactions error on line and ask for assistance from chat online, there is prompt reply from the chat and my problem solved immediately.

1. Often disconnected and poor network conducting the app. Cut off network especially referring information from other application 2. Insufficient details of balance showing up. No breakdowns, eg instalment balance.

Apps bud, failed to press the button, no reaction. (Aug 2023) Apps bud, failed to press the button, no reaction. (April 2024). Same happened again (Aug 2025). Other bank online apps all no doubt just HLB apps have many problems only

I had very bad experiences with HLB system. and they gave me a very bad idea. I'm very disappointed on Menara Raja Laut branch staff attitude and IT suggestion worst.

attention to the app developer. my old cell with this app was not allowed to access , nor update due to old Android version, now I try with a new HP, but I only can access after log in to the app in old HP. and remove the link with old HP. but I totally cant access into old app. what should I do before I give up HLB.

Everytime i log in, always show loading. i need to do 3 - 4 times log in, need to upgrade your apps or system. very dispointed.

i thought no otp again after u apply appauthorise in your app. but the otp is in the inbox? which has no count so i didn't even notice the feature!!!! please improve your app. i miss my payment!! because of this

sometimes it hangs a bit. I am not sure if it is my phone or the app. it does take some time to loaf the login page once a while. even with full coverage. wish there is a QR duit now to receive funds.

Laggy AF, QR scanner issues, fix it damn it , you're affecting our daily transaction, this issues had always been there since 2/Nov/2024 , haven't encounter such issues on T&G .

very difficult to understand the flow , once the payment is made online , just don't know where to see the transaction and balance , not user friendly at all . my suggestion is to make all accounts show every transaction instantly, not a day after , that's the most frustrating part. in addition to that the layout also causing confusion.

don't disable screenshot.we need to keep copy of transacted info. you make life difficult for everyone. our phone our privacy ..who else is peeping!?? I have to use other phone to camera the screen. when you think security,I think too much playing with android features. other bank apps much better!

Just a month using hlb card.. But somehow, this ui/ux for a banking app especially for credit card is basically useless.. How I'm able to see the amount already paid and how many balance that I need to paid? It's really confusing if you didn't keep track the amount paid and unpaid.. Please make it more easy to navigate for us especially new customer.. This app only make me want to shutdown for good for HLB.. Take a look at uob for instance.

The app works fine, but I dislike how the keyboard changes when I want to type. I think it would be a much better experience if the keyboard adapts to the system's keyboard instead of using its own (on an Android device).

Useless apps keep asking for updates! But couldn't even run the update! Have to uninstall and reinstall the apps and still cannot login have... It says have to remove old device first. Called customer service and the agent is not helpful at all keep asking questions that not relatable to the problem!

as lousy as you can't imagine. always time out, always error. wasted 30 minutes just try to make a simple transfer and still failed. and you can shift to normal website to do it as they will redirect you back to this lousy app for approval. guess better withdraw my account and change to another bank.

The app glitched at the worst possible time, it froze and buffered while making a payment. Because of that i switched to another bank and completed the payment there. But then, a couple of minutes later, the original payment went through as well, causing to accidentally pay 2–3 times. Job well done!

Latest update suddenly not allowing to capture screenshot, prompting says "screenshots restricted for privacy and copyright". There's no problem to screenshot with other bank apps, so it's definitely this HLB app enabling some flags in the background. Also, please fix the hideous looking keyboard during login. Have to type in slowly and carefully because that abnormally vertically lengthy keyboard just make user keep pressing the wrong characters and made mistakes.
