My biggest problem at the moment that I hope the developers take notice of is that when I'm on the app it won't let me sign in to my account. I push on the areas for the keyboard to pull up to type in info and the keypad never comes up. Secondly, their weekly ads are difficult to go through and it doesn't flow well. In fact, the whole app doesn't flow well. Love the store though

The UI is terrible at categorizing merchandise. I try using the search bar and it just return with 1 or 2 result that isn't even close to what I was searching for. It needs a lot of improvement to make it easier to find products. I feel like it doesn't have anything at all other then just the basic here and there item that are not what I was searching or looking for.

I had issues with the coupons if I tried to purchase an item on the date the expiration date of the coupons. The app is not aesthetically pleasing, it looks like whoever put the site up did it it in a rush with low budget. The coupons are scanned in from the book & so is the booklet. Basically it needs an overhaul, typed in barcodes, a catalogue of actual photos of their items, & videos/links to videos of merchandise as they have on their site. Also include a review section, then 5 stars.

App no longer works. I'm unable to log onto my account or conduct a search for a specific item because the keyboard doesn't appear in order to type anything. The default location is now Oklahoma City but I live in California.I called customer service but they were clueless that there was any problem with the app.Clearly the app needs a fix, based on others' reviews. I live a distance from the store, it would be helpful to conduct searches for what I need before driving there. PLEASE FIX THE APP.

Since the update, I cannot click on a product to view it without it closing and then having to start browsing from the beginning again. Also I can no longer just type into the search bar eg. 'farmhouse' or 'buffalo check' without having to click on a category first. I used to love this app and now I am so irritated I don't even want to use it. Very frustrating ! Please go back to the way it was before!

While the app does allow me easy access to coupons it is really bad at the search function and is annoying to navigate. When I click in the search bar it wont even let me bring up the keyboard, or even the paste function, making it impossible to search. It is easier to open an internet browser tab on my phone and use the website from there when I want to actually search for something.

Please add the ability to show all the results of a search, rather than going page after page. As well, the search results didn't even display all the results. The final page said "showing 30 of 190." Another issue is that when I click on one of the items resulting, then hit the back button, I am taken not back to the results but all the way back to the main page. I have to search all over again.

Hobby Lobby has wonderful merchandise, but the app is not so wonderful. When you do a search, the listings that populate are often not relevant. Plus if you open a listing and hit back, you go back to the home screen vs the search results. Very frustrating. And frankly, with the cancelation of the 40% off coupon, I find myself shopping there less since prices are often higher than other stores. Too bad.

Lots of choices and good prices. The only thing that stopped me from giving a higher rating is that each time I select an item to view or add to my cart, using the app back button or my phone's back button takes me back to the "Shop by Department" menu instead of the page where I left off and I have to start my search, enter my filters, etc. all over again.

The app worked well till the updates. Since the up dates you can't change the items in you cart it freezes if you try. I had 2 of one item in my cart but needed just 1, when I tried to change it locks up and you have to close the app. You can not hit the back button or you have to start all over to find you item again. Other times it freeze up just because it wants to.

This app is terrible. It runs incredibly slow even when connected to 5G networks. Browsing through items is a hassle because it displays a very small amount of items at a time. Comparing items is virtually impossible because if you select an item to view details, then try to go back, it takes you all the way back to the home page. You have to start your search all over again. I LOVE Hobby Lobby, but this app is very low quality.

100% not user friendly. I LOOOOVE Hobby Lobby. But I HAAAAATE this app. I can't use my keyboard to search for anything. None of the icons on the home page of the app match up so when you click one icon to look at something, it gives you something completely different. If I get to an item after taking forever to get to a list of products I'm interested in, I cant click on it because if I do, I can't back out of that and resume looking without being kicked to the home page of the app. DELETING IT!

The basic layout is user friendly enough, and I appreciate the quick location for the coupon. However it often gets stuck when I'm browsing, and I am unable to scroll through the page at all. I know it's not completely frozen because the back button at the top still works; but once it starts freezing up like this, I am unable to navigate through any search.

Probably one of the worst apps in recent memory. 1. After searching for a key word a list of matches is displayed but you aren't told that it's out of stock until AFTER you select an item. 2. Filter does nothing 3. Select an item and then try to find it in the store, good luck! No location information is presented. 4. No "make this my store" option.

Attempting to use the filter while searching the yarn area was abysmal. I had more opportunities to select colors than I did to pick the materials (ie: no choice), and there was a single choice selection for "yarn", which would change nothing in the filtered choices. It was also aggravating that the back button was at the top (not user friendly), and accidentally hitting the back button at the bottom brought you back to the categories page, so you must start all over again.

Scrolling up & down on pages is very jagged, & not smooth at all. It feels like it is trying to skip lines as you scroll. Descriptions to many products is vague and does not tell much about the product. Especially for books. And going back is weird. Say you are looking at a product, and want to go back to the other products in that category. I typically use the arrow at the bottom of my device. But that takes you back too far. It prefers the ⬅️Back in the top left. Please improve these items.

Super glitchy. Back button takes you back to the homescreen instead of your previous search. Keyboard no longer works when trying to sign in, add multiple quantities of items or when attempting to search anything unless you use the search bar on the homepage. (My fiancé also has this issue on his phone) It wasn't always like this. Hopefully it will be fixed! Love the store! Just can't stand the technical difficulties.

Horrible shopping layout! It's impossible to shop online using this app. The interface needs a serious upgrade because when you choose a category to shop in, if you click on a specific product to see details and add to your cart, you CANNOT GO BACK TO THE SEARCH PAGE YOU WERE ON!!! Once you click an item, you see that item and if you press back button, it takes you back to the homepage! Driving me nuts trying to shop! What's the point of having categories and filters to search products??! Awful.

I installed this app on my android v14 device. I created an account this app but the app won't let me log in. I use the same credentials to successfully log in through a web browser. When I attemp to log in on the app I get a message saying "Something went wrong. Please try again." Further, it won't display any of the thumbnail pictures when I browse products. I have cleared the cache, cleared data and done a force stop and reinstalled the app but it still doesn't allow me to login.

Very glitchy. the whole app needs a re-do. I can't even view images right now. No matter what I do, the images just never load. I have to individually click each one lately. The back button takes you all the way back to the beginning instead of back to the search, which is super annoying. It's always been buggy and slow to respond. I love the store and depend on it for my business, but it would be so much easier for me to have things ordered. I also wish there was a curbside pick-up option.
