While using this app i feel app is too heavy not smooth. Even refresh rate is 120hz. 6GB RAM device have enough free storage but app not working smoothly. Please fix this bugs. Network strength is very good.

The app should be a bit more modified in case of playing the content in the backgroud while we are using any other app, while we open any other app and then reopen hoichoi to play the drama or movie, the play/pause button does not show up, we have to go back again to the home page and search and play. Please fix the issue.

A few days back this app was one and only Bengali OTT platform which produced some very interesting web series like Byomkesh, Eken Babu, Gora and many interesting thrillers. But recently since few days,it has started producing some boring web series with worst story line-up like KOLONKO, LOJJA and more. Central character female actresses acting are equally worst There is no real entertainment, solid facts, thrillers as earlier. I am totally dis-satisfied. So, not going to renew my subscription.

I already subscribed and paying every month. But I just uninstalled from my mobile and then installed again but unfortunately it stopped working. What is this. Very bad and poor quality After unsubscribed the payment. Still every month my money was taken by hoichoi. It's still happening from last 3 months. What the hell Hoichoi. It's not fair at all. Give my money back. Is it a scam from hoichoi or what. I subscribed from Saudi Arabia, the payment by doller, it was 9.99 USD. Last 3 months

Very poor content, and high price. subscription rate is higher compared to quality and quantities of good movies. don't allow subscriptions for less than 12 months. highly data consumables. request to add recent movies.

It's good but trust me whenever it is launched in web, it has a big and the skip,next and below options in screen doesn't go. Not sure when they will fixed these as the full screen view gets disturbed.

I just want to cancel my subscription but there is no option to do so... Also the app is doing auto-renewal. There is no notification of that and also my bank account is not linked with this app. So from where are you all deducting the money? And your whatsapp number also does not work. So just tell me the process to cancel the subscription and whether do I have to pay for the auto renewal of 1 month ?

The app is crashing in my Xiaomi 32inch tv. I just can't understand the reason. Android version and app all are updated and yet this is happening. Please fix this problem. My annual subscription is absolutely getting wasted as I am unable to watch any content on big screen i.w. my tv

Very poorly developed, streaming is very poor, when in web series no option to skip intro. + there is no option to move on to next episode + no option for fast forward. Too much too improve compre to other OTT PLATFORM VERY VERY POOR

Beware, you're falling into a trap if you subscribe. 1. The force auto renewal within smallprint, so you CAN'T CANCEL auto renewal once they subscribe, so basically auto renewal is thrust upon them stealthily and they continue to take your money 2. There's no phone number to contact and even the WhatsApp number doesn't work, so people can't contact except email 3. No notification of upcoming renewal is sent out

I have no complaints regarding to your content. But I have a issue with app. My account is shared with my friends someone watching a show then I want to watch that show but that movie/series not play from beginning it plays from where the other account user is watching it plays the same. Fix this like other ott platforms which don't have this kind of issue. Same series/movie someone watching and you want to watch it always plays from beginning. Developers please fix it.

Way too much bugs. Getting logged out randomly. Also logging in requires two sometimes three attempts. Playing window does not rotate itself with rotation of the device. The apps has stutters here and there. Overall this app need serious attention. This sort of experience is not expected from after paying 999 per year. When it was 499 or even 699 per year we've accepted it will have some flaws. But not after paying a premium price. **Developers please pay attention.

The server keeps going down every now and then. When I tried to subscribe it took 3 tries because "server down" and then when I tried to login , when I tried to get the OTP the app kept notifying me "Oops!Something went wrong" . Terrible experience. Although it has many amazing content, I have lost interest about Hoichoi completely.

Disastrous app...keeps shutting down and refuses to play shoes under the pretext of no internet, despite connection being turned on all the time. Really sorry state of the software. Very disappointed with the experience.

I kindly request your assistance with a small favor, I recently subscribed to the annual plan for this mobile application, however, I have noticed that the speed of the app is only at its normal pace. Due to time constraints, I often find myself having to leave certain tasks unfinished. Therefore, if it is feasible, I would greatly appreciate it if you could update the app to include a 1.5x speed option at your earliest convenience. Many modern applications now offer such features. Thank you 😊

Fun to use. A lot of good content. Streming should be smoother, more options like in Netflix or Amazon prime can improve the experience. Sometimes movies do not left countinue to watch list even after finishing. Sometimes it does not resume the next episode. The episode I,just have watch reload again and again. Like these one there are many more issues.

You can't cancel subscription on the app. An email to them is needed in order to cancel. Doesn’t let you log in to the app if you are logged in with another device. I can understand not letting me see any shows in two device simultaneously, but not to let you log in altogether is kind of silly. On top of that if you ever forget the password you cant recover it through your email cause they won’t send you amy reset link no matter how many times you try. TV app on Roku is also ultra glitchy.

I don't have any complaints about the content. it's very subjective. But technical issue is there. Gora2 and some other content isn't playing. I had tried to play it in many ways, infact I had downloaded gora2. But still it's not playing.. such a disappointment.

3rd rate app. Have paid for 3 months subscription but can't play DUJON in either phone or in TV through app. It should play on my mobile at least. But it does not. Pathetic. The app demands a very high bandwidth and switching from one episode to other takes very very long.

In general content and everything is fine but whenever I cast to my TV, anything I play always has 0 time left and constantly showing the next episode on the bottom right. This app is just pretty bad if you want to do anything outside the phone. Edited - I couldn't get chromecast to work and asked for support and they were responsive and quick to tell me there was a format issue where videos (name with a DOT at the end) work while those without don't for some new uploads. Weird but now can watch
