What a rip off. They charged me for every single person 45 a day for a house we rented for 8. Even charged me for my children. They charged me for electric that i cant belive in one week we used $150. That would mean in one month electric was $600.00. We were not even there have the time. And the house was actually small compared to what we thought on the pictures they showed. Then i tried to call the office about charges. And got charged again because the office was in Norway. They were rude.

I've used these guys a few holidays must say I've never has a problem very kind and helpful staff to deal with when we arrived at our villa they that milk cheese bread fruit wine how thoughtful

This app says that properties are from, for example £50 a night but when you actually look at available dates the prices are more like £250 a night

Atrociously bad customer service . A customer service that doesn't work at weekends and closes at 2pm during the week . No idea what they are doing when you do eventually get hold of them, only to find yourself going round in circles . If you're thinking of using this app . Do yourself a favour and please don't

would love to use the app rather than website but unfortunately it will not allow you to select the age of the children travelling. you click on the age and it just resets itself. shame really. hope that bug can be fixed soon

Great app! Super easy to organise trips with friends, vote on the perfect vacation home and book it all in the same app! I also love the travel guides with tips and hidden spots to discover!

The pool at the apartment we booked was closed for the duration of our stay, this was not included in the advert so holidu intitally were great and promptly offered to compensate for their mistake. Unfortunately after this initial offer they have ignored my emails. It's been over two weeks now without a reply from them and no compensation has been received. EDITED: from 1* to 4* as compensation has now been received.

Nice and easy to use, but... I searched for what I am looking for and there are 900 results. I cannot find the way to sort the proposals according to a price (higher/lower), closer/or not to the beach, etc. Is it possible to include sorting?

Bad customer service. I booked for a holiday which was confirmed and even contacted the company after an hour of booking to ask if it was confirmed as I was sent an email regarding a problem with my booking and was told by one of their staff to disregard the email as it was wrongly sent. Then I went for my holiday, only to be THREATENED and RUDELY asked to leave the premises by the owner as it has been cancelled without even trying to listen to my side of story. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Too many pop up adverts from trust pilot to review even before knowing whether booking successful or not. so annoying. making it irritating to book. not enough direct info on how to follow the booking process Annoying as hell.

It's great to be one of your early customers and this is a very nice app:) but in order to really find your PMF, you have to give me, as a customer, some undeniable reasons to uninstall Airbnb. I did not find any. If you do have them and I just did not see them, then make more accent on that. hope you grow big and all the best)
