Crashes everytime I try to access the thermostat schedule. The latest update fixed the above issue and the app works very well and is very simple and intuitive. This issue has been resolved in an update.

Needs IFTTT support. I like Legrand products, but they are really behind in the Smart Home arena. If you want customers to spend a lot of money to upgrade switches then it has to have good smart home features, otherwise it's just a functionless money pit.

With the last update rolling shutters does not work as previously! Scenarios are completely messed up, when I select a scenario opening the shutters, they close and vice versa!!! Please roll back or fix it! Incredible!!!

It's a very basic app that does not link well with other services. There is much more possibilities of automation beyond Google Home and Apples Homekit. I really want to see the option to get notified with a device is offline.

Does not support manual configuration of WiFi connection, which means the app cannot be used to configure a device that broadcasts both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals. It also can't be used to configure a device on a network that uses a different password for each device. This app is the sole reason the hardware I just installed in the walls can't be used at all.

Simply rubbish and unusable! It's simply impossible to successfully go through the advanced configuration! Tried endless times in various areas of my house far away from any other devices... It keeps telling "ups.. an error occurred... Please try again". Brand new DAIKIN AC but impossible to use. What a waste of money!

I thought it was better than this, the app gives: -0 information - there are no controls. -no shortcut to see the current temperature in the house and the set one. - Impossible to lock a maximum temperature. - no notifications when the temperature is changed manually on the thermostat. -no connections with Samsung smart things (which everyone nowadays uses). I believe a 15-year-old kid can develop a better app. If all of these things are implemented in the next update I will put 5 stars.

Although the interface is good, it is missing a REALLY important function in smarther thermostat, that is you are not able to set manually a desired temperature and keep it forever, it always sets it for up to 12 hours, whereas smarther v1 with bticino was letting you set a manual temperature for as long as you like, even forever. I might have to return the two new thermostats and buy a smarther 1 which works with bticino app, unless the app gets updated properly

I have been forced to move to this app from netatmo energy cause i upgraded a thermostat to Modulating model. With this app there is no way to manually increase temperature to all the smart valves at the same time, very annoying. Also I had to setup everything from scratch as it seemed not possible to uninstall the first thermostat from the app nor the web interface, only the rooms were kept saved.

Getting better but needs A LOT of work to be done. Used to be VERY unstable, now it's just a little with fewer disconnections. Sometimes, it loses some of the wireless / wired switches and goold luck trying to reconfigure them. Also, it's impossible to force firmware updates on switches and other products. Therefore, you end up with a bunch of different versions and different behaviors. I.e. sone switches toggle while other behave traditionally. In conclusion, it's new untested and immature.

One of the major downsides beside the bugs in the app is that the plan is divided into two layers only. Meaning we only have the plant layer and rooms layer, we cannot assign rooms to a middle layer (Floor Level for example) to make it easier for the user to access areas. A lot of customers are upset of this. One more thing is that a visual indication of the current position of the shutters would be helpful for users to know the status of the shutters and blinds.

Ok overall but with large margin for improvements. Please consider adding: 1) One shortcut for heating with the in-app slider to set custom temperature for a specific time. 2) Possibility to export raw data to make my own chart and expenses report externally. 3) Reports with to check total time of heating turned on during the last day/week/month

Why does my thermostat work with this app only and not with the Netatmo Energy app?? It all seems to be dependent on the color of the led on the device. This app works, but only let you do the bare minimum. There is no synchronisation with Google home or other, no export of the historical data, no web access. It feels like I have a limited version of the real product without anything showing it when I bought it...great!

Weather station Web app keeps directing me to this app. I have a weather station not a heating system. I understand the web app is migrating to this app on the 27th but now I can't use the weather station. Either make it work or not. Just destroyed probably the best westher station as its now unusable.

Every couple of days, the Bticino gateway disconnects itself, and it does not work anymore. To get it working again, I need to switch off and on the general switch of the home. Awful

I have items automatically moved into an Elsewhere section that I cannot edit and move them out of and into their proper rooms/locations. Very annoying. Please fix your app considering how much your switches cost!
