It was amazing 🔥, really effective on the body , the app development is just outstanding which comes with easy to use features, demonstration animations, sound effects, voices of trainer , the workout plans ,etc and many more .. Everything is just amazing.. I've been using this app since 2 years but due to some distractions I stopped working out and all the amazing strength I've created got lost.. But now we back & this comeback gonna be amazing.. An honest review for the app 👊🏻🔥❤

Been wanting to work out for quite sometime now, but unable to go to a gym, and don't quite know the necessary routines to use at home! This app has basically done that for me, providing me with the right exercises, timing and all, to have me sweating it out, and feeling really different on just my first day! Looking forward to the days to come, as it also allows me schedule the time for my next workout session! Oh and it's completely free to use with no ads, and really easy to navigate!!

Extremely few forced ad's, and when it is a forced ad, it stays for a couple seconds max. You do not need to get pro to "unlock" new workouts as it gives you the option, as EVERY app should do, to watch a 30sec add, or choose to pay a few. Connects to your Google fit & Health connect to help tailor workouts & routines just for you. Extremely easy to use and straight forward! So far, so good! 👍5/5

I like the app overall, but there are a couple of things that I don't like about it. The first is the number of calories burned per workout. It's entirely unrealistic. I trust my smart watch more than I do the app, especially when it says I burned over 90 calories just doing body weight exercises. My watch said 32 calories were burned. The burning of over 90 calories in only a few minutes requires a much, much higher heart rate. My next complaint, too many ads. Way too many.

Wish there was a way to bookmark or favorite certain workouts and routines so you can organize them instead of constantly having to go to the discover page and scrolling to find it every single time. And maybe a way to save stretches/warm-ups separately from your workout so it doesn't track it as part of your weekly workout. Otherwise it's good if you already know what you're doing and what you're looking for. Super basic

It's great!!! Definitely would recogmend getting it. I'm a gymnast and I think that it has helped me improve my skills and I feel alot better and stronger after a few months of using it!!! I just love it so much. The best part is that it doesn't spam you with notifications saying that you should get back to doing the workouts! It just lets you do it when you want to or need to!!!! ITS THE BEST!!!! Can't wait to keep getting stronger with this app!!!!!

After reading the reviews I saw the app was free with ads but after going through the set up process and answering questions to establish a plan, I dont even have the option of a free trial? It goes straight into a paid subscription. Not even presented with a free option. If I had a trail and liked it then I'm more likely to do a subscription but will look elsewhere now instead.

After using this app for a year now, I have to say it breaks down workouts in the best way. It makes it convenient to do a workout anywhere, especially when traveling. I use a lot different workouts to keep it challenging and there are plenty of options here. I also appreciate how customizable it is to your needs as you become more fit.

This app is amazing. I'm 13 turning 14 towards the end of this year. Free and great. One thing I would add is being able to make the workouts a little longer. (Im a new user, on the one after beginner. Forgot name 😅) Another thing I would add is being able to select your age. Not saying that there hard. Just that I feel like it would be able to choose harder workouts ( And the other way around.) Also at the beginning when it asks how much pushups you can do, there should be an option to do more

It's free, it's great, it actually works, it has animations to teach you how to do it and gives you tips you let you know how you would know if you are doing it wrong. Did I say it's free! It has a few ads that aren't intrusive. I wish it had a nutrition guide, too, since nutrition goes together with exercise. I am using it, and I m happy. This is beginner friendly 100%

The workouts are generally good and require little to no equipment. I only wish it offered a finer-grained way to tailor the workouts to my abilities (beyond just rating how hard an entire workout was). For example, in the beginner ab workout, I've always felt that the leg raises are 100x harder than all the other exercises combined. The app tells me how to make some exercises easier--just not the one that is actually too hard for me.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now. I chose it bc it's free, and while there are ads, they aren't intrusive. The way it asks you to rate difficulty and then redesigns the routine based on your feedback is helpful. I plan to continue using it bc it does provide a good workout at a reasonable pace.

Needs better balancing. I'm at the beginner stage and it wants me to do almost 100 push-ups in one workout session. Ask me at the end how difficult it was. When I selected too hard and it make it a little easier. It makes the rest of the workouts easier. Which is not what I want. The rest of workouts then become too easy and I'm stuck raising it back up to a difficult level again. I'm not getting a good balanced workout from this. Extremely difficult on some days, then too easy on others.

I'm using this to get back into shape so I can enlist, it allows you to choose how hard or difficult it will be, and even allowed me to choose if the tasks were too hard to do. It's helpful and the videos are also great for if you don't know how to do something. I also appreciate that you can add time to the breaks in case you still need a moment. Just a great app to me and I would recommend it to most. Adds are short and pop up less than most apps so it's also handy.

I like using this ap. It's at my pace, as far as when I want to workout. The workout itself shows great demonstration and the muscles that you are working. Great balance of time in exercise, with a rest in between, so you can catch breath if needed, or transition from floor to upright. I use this ap as a filler, or an add on, so that I can keep strengthening my core.

Perfect except for one thing. Been using this app for a few months and the results have been amazing! Went from 137 lbs to about 150. Started nice and slow, because I could only do 2 push-ups at a time. Now I'm muuuch stronger and plan to keep going! The only thing I don't like is how the lower body 7x4 challenge doesn't have all the features of the total body 7x4 challenge. The total body has an option to adjust the workout both before you start and after you finish. No such thing for lower.

I started w beginner exercises for the first two years, now am using the intermediate exercises. My approach is slow & steady. I modify the exercises if they are too hard, working towards doing them as prescribed. The program has improved my fitness level and endurance. Consistency and not giving up are key. I like that I can go at my own pace. I feel the program gives you a well rounded workout for all muscle groups throughout the week. I recommend it. You can't beat the value.

It's like having a partner! You can listen to background music from your MP3 player or music streamer while exercising. I feel like Mr Olimpia! The change up of different styles are also an attractive feature. Loving it! And will stick with it! It schedules, reminds, coaches, gives readouts, target goals, communicate with other health apps for a faceted experience 6 STARS!!

Got charged my annual fee the other day. Was all excited about it, now I do not have premium. Why? I would like it back immediately. Here is an awful review til you fix it. After getting an email from y'all, I emailed back with proof of payment and now it's been 2 more days. I paid for a year of this app, and now I'm watching ads and don't have full access. Please respond to my countless emails

Amazing, beginner friendly app. If you're a beginner, stick to the "full body 4x7 challenge", it'll build your fundamental strength for calisthenics. You don't need the premium, most the features are free. And the ads are well placed, so it isn't annoying. I haven't had an ad force me to the app store, either. So I hardly notice it. It's nice to use the app because I don't have to make up a routine. It also has a few features like voice coaching, that you can turn off. Anyway, amazing app
