I've only been able to schedule 3 clients on the app. The location isn't set properly. I got a job request in Tennessee but live in Texas!! The online support is ALWAYS offline and never gets back to me on any of my inquiries! I'm not getting any new job requests at all and if I do, they're already taken by the time i get notified! Horrible app! Great clientele. If the creators of the app would fix these things, it might be a great gig!

Steer clear! Even when I set my desired distance for jobs, still only seeing jobs outside of that distance. Then when I finally claimed a job, which the app listed as close to my location (3 miles, 8 minute drive), turns out it was the incorrect address. I had to break the news to the client and they were not happy. Got no support from the "support team." No direct phone number. Just a generic reply via email. App has constant issues with glitches. The links they sent you via email are broken

App has a lot of back doors where you can access account without signing into the app. One example is emails have links at the bottom, and when you click the link, it goes directly into the app without a login. Not very user-friendly to navigate the app, especially when first starting. A description of how everything works would be better.

I have been using the app to pick up cleaning jobs for a few months now. I have a perfect rating, lots of repeat customers, & have stayed busy. Suddenly I am unable to pick up more jobs, & the prompt tells me to "Invoice completed jobs before claiming new ones". I have no completed jobs to invoice. Despite me sending messages & emails to "support" all week, I've gotten no response or explanation. I paid to use this app, rely on it to support my family currently, but it is so frustrating.

I enjoy working with Homeaglow. I don't know if it's an app issue or not but it shows me jobs in one city when they are actually in another or it'll say 11mi and then I claim the job and it's 20 miles. My truck gets bad mileage and it's hard for me to do those appointments. It would be amazing if you could give cross streets instead of approximate location so we know where we are going! Other than that I have had no issues so far!

I've experience some minor glitches. When I first got it, I believe someone else was trying to claim a job I was trying to claim in the app. And had it say to all 3 new jobs that someone else is claiming it currently. Unfortunately it glitched on me and somehow claimed the two jobs. The two jobs has scheduled times that overlaps eachother. So I had to inform the client and they ended up canceling. Another one is sending an invoice. But I dont have enough words to explain in this textbox.

Tried to use this app to start my cleaning business, but never could get the welcome video to load to be able to activate my profile! Tried using a different browser than Chrome and still wouldn't work. I've got all necessary java plug-in installed on my phone and laptop, so idk why it won't work. Followed steps provided by customer support, sent a screenshot showing where the player wouldn't even pop up and haven't heard anything back from them since.

Very great opportunity for growing a business and I've had no problems with any clients yet in the passed 3 months I've used the app. The only thing that i have an issue with is recently I'm getting messages late and the app is allowing requests to show up that are much further than my preferred cover area.

I enjoy the app finds cleaning jobs that is great. However there are many glitches and bugs with the app. Like right now I just came to a clients house, and they said she can't do it today, she wasn't even let known about the appt. She was I can see the verification (2) emails sent to her. So she didn't want me to stay. There is no way to report this issue. The app use to have a lockout charge but now there is no way to access or claim that. There is no customer service phone number

The app is buggy and lags. Sometimes it closes for no reason. But I WARN YOU, stay away. The jobs underpay. Clients continually cancel. You can pick up 20 jobs and I guarantee 6 will cancel. They will not stick to their cancellation fee rules. They will make up new rules to not pay you the cancellation fee. I've had a job that cancelled on my way to them 30 minutes before and they made up a reason ,not in the terms. They will deactivate you for unknown reasons and make you pay to get back on.

Haven't even fully made it thru the sign up process and the app kicked me out, got a text saying to click the link to finish the application. I click it. Fill the rest of the info out. Make it to the end to submit it and it says that I have tried to log in to many times and foe security it locked the account. I haven't tried to log in at all, my account hasn't even been made!!

CLEANERS BEWARE: They will deactivate your account with no word, even if it's clearly not your fault, it was an app error. There's no support to help you, they don't read or respond the appeals or emails. I've repeatedly sent email, messages and used their links, they don't respond, they only seem to respond to negative reviews. I just want my account reactivated so I can work.

This app needs more improvement. I drove very far away and then some clients would cancel on the last minute. It's frustrating and I didn't even get at least 5 hours notice. The gas isn't free and it's expensive, commuting isn't easy, it's a WASTE OF TIME!! The customer service isn't responding. They need to fix this app

the amount of jobs I got are great. the app seems user friendly, but it's weird about weird things. usually takes a while to hear back from support but everything I have had problems with has been explained and the missing money has been fixed. I'm happy with it overall but there are a few kinks I need to figure out.

I like the concept and was really looking forward to using it as a stay at home mom working around my husband's complicated work schedule. The page displaying the jobs is EXTREMELY buggy. They'll show up and disappear repeatedly. Tried to submit my photo of supplies, the app glitched when I clicked submit, then got deactivated for not providing proof of supplies. It has officially been over 48 hours since contacting support with no response. Almost too buggy to even function within the app.

The app is not as efficient as the website. Message notifications come on, but the link never works. Texting with clients only works from the phone's text messaging feature, because the app only allows you to write a paragraph to the client before you have to write a new paragraph. When you move to another town and update the system, it's unreliable. The only feature that works consistently is the invoicing and getting paid. Everything else you still need the website for.

Absolutely hate this app. Everytime I change my profile photo, it says it was successful. Save it, and it changes back. I can cycle through the 2 photos I have on there, but it won't actually save the photo I want to show. When typing in my bank info, I get a message saying "we already have that email"... I've never had this app before and there's not a section on that page to even put an email. So where did they email me from? I'm so angry I'm missing out on money.

The issue that I had happened after my account was active. I was sent a job, claimed it, and was about to contact the customer. But, when I went to the "Upcoming Jobs" tab, the job wasn't showing up. When I refreshed the page, it said that someone else had already claimed it. I am aware that it's possible for multiple people to be sent the same job. It's just odd that a job can be taken even when you claim it. Plus, it wasn't showing up for me so I wasn't able to solidify my claim.

An app that takes itself too seriously and provides few clients. When you get offered a job, it's random, so make sure you catch the notification and respond in 5-10 min or you'll lose the job instantly. Presumably there's a lot of users. You're forced to interact with real human staff via email and do a welcome call once which can cancel out a job (happened to me). Clients can be flakey and unreliable. I'd give this app a higher score if there were more clients and no human staff.

I wouldn't recommend using this company, considering i have spent the last two weeks without work because of problems with their internal system. The app and website both dont allow me to accept new jobs. I get an error claiming i need to "Invoice more completed jobs without issues." I've had nothing but 5-STAR REVIEWS (no issues) and have invoiced every single one of my completed jobs. This has caused me to lose my "Top Cleaner" status. I have emailed multiple times and gotten nowhere.
