So far, depressing. Played with the budget, raised target prices. Multiple homes show, but zero in my state. Not one thing any size under $200k

Keeps saying I don't have access, but I get homebot reports on my email already. Also, can't find this 'customer code. It doesn't seem to be in the emails.

Does not load my address. Gives me a "type error" where the home screen is. My address is not updated in their system? When my loan officer sends me the link it works in the browser. Please fix or reach out with solution.

Since the last update, the app won't open. currently non functional. App only loads an error "please update your homebot app to the latest version". Developers need to fix this ASAP. Will edit this review if this happens.

Kind of a garbage app. Won't let you sign in without authorization from a home lender or agent. I found this app through my agent and it did not work with Firefox so I tried the app and it refuses to let me view any properties without first connecting with my agent again. Too much trouble, would not recommend.

BUYER BEWARE! I was subscribed to this service as a Realtor. When I went to cancel in mid-September, there was no place on their mobile web to do so. I finally used a webform to cancel. No response. I finally found an old email from Support that I used, once again to cancel. They assured me that I wouldn't be charged and that everything was canceled. Guess what?!?! They charge me anyway, and now claim that they didn't and won't give me my money back. Have some integrity, Homebot!

App is not working. It keeps saying that I need to update to the current version. When I try to do it there is no way to do it and I am unable to use the app.

I can't log in after the update. Now it says I need to update, but there is no option to. app was ok, but I needed work on home searching. it was very buggy.

upon attempting to install the app it says it needs an update. yet, there is no available update in the app store. so it's literally of no use. would have given it zero stars but that's not possible.
